Clean, traditional aesthetic, comfortable, great location Difficult to transport our luggage to and from. No car access

Perfect location in a safe part of the city, but quiet, because the hotel is tucked away inside a block of buildings. Very large room, great breakfast, helpful staff both at reception, and everyone else. They booked a taxi to get us from the station, and to take us to the airport, and it was perfect, drivers were on time, courteous and skilled in the mad Naples traffic.

Roomy, comfortable, historical and elegant. Unfriendly staff makes us feel unwelcome.

The decor was a little tired. Sofa fabrics, carpet, etc. should be updated. The staff was not very friendly. We were not greeted with a smile nor a welcome. None of the staff was particularly helpful. Sharp contrast to Greece, which was very, very friendly and helpful.

We liked it all. Excellent location, smiley staff, lovely hotel and rooms. On our last day, there was a taxi strike but the staff didn’t make any effort to communicate to us about this. Fortunately, they managed to order a shuttle service just in time.

In a fantastic location in a quiet lane, just a short walk to the port, shops and metro with plenty of coffee shops and restaurants to choose from. We arrived early, although our room was ready on arrival so we were pleased to check in, so we could drop off our luggage and head out for the day. The room was lovely, really quiet and the bed so comfortable so we slept extremely well on both nights and the walk-in shower had great water pressure. Our stay included breakfast and although we do not usually have breakfast, I did pop down for a pot of tea one morning and the choice of options looked really good. The lady on reception was so friendly and helpful and recommended a few restaurants locally. Naples is vibrant and buzzing, packed with shopping options, bars, cafes and restaurants. This hotel and Naples was the high of our holiday. Nothing. Everything was fantastic.
