Well Suites - Piazza dei Martiri

Great location and comfortable accommodations. Our room was quiet and clean. There are lots of great spots nearby for shopping and dining. We loved Diego for fish and Umberto’s for pizza. Entering the building with a link after hours was a little confusing and we worried it wouldn’t always work due to poor cellular connections, but it ended up being fine.

excellent location within 150 m there is a restaurant, wine bar, grocery store, metro. The beach is about 400m. The room is very clean, fresh smell welcomes you, big TV, Terrace with fantastic view.

Super clean, staff extremely responsive. The room was comfortable enough but pretty tiny. Don’t book room 5 if you need space. It was very quiet however, which some people might an advantage. Room was at the back of the building, so don’t expect a view. We noticedsome other rooms being cleaned that were much larger and even had a balcony, so pay attention to details when booking. The two Antonellas who maintain the rooms are wonderful. Breakfast was just coffee and cornetto (croissant). The voucher said something about juice and when we asked for water instead the barista went into a loud harangue. Even a waitress who worked there thought he was over the top. Definitely doesn’t like his job. The waitresses are sweet and helpful. You can’t really find anything resembling protein for breakfast anywhere in this neighborhood but there is an excellent upscale supermarket where we got yogurt and berries just a block away.

Well situated and helpful staff

Modern, clean and brilliant location. Sound proofing could be improved as we could hear furniture being moved around next door and the housekeeper moving around outside in the lobby.

Be aware that this is fully automated and basically one flat with several one-room apartments!

The location is excellent if you want to be close to Chiaia area which is the best area in Naples for a tourist. The room is quite small but comfortable and clean. Self check in process is good but may be confusing for older people. The building is very old but the room is renovated and clean.

Great sized room, plenty of space, and modern bathroom, big shower. In a great location. Secure. Breakfast at local cafe was lovely. Housekeeper was super friendly and helpful. Weird not having someone to greet you and all self automated check in. Shower pressure was not so great sometimes.

Very spacious rooms with large bathroom. Very close to Martiri square, great location, quiet and peaceful but close to the main attractions. Excellent contact with the owner, when we asked for an iron everything was waiting in the room. Very good but modest breakfast in the restaurant next door.

The location is amazing. Right in the middle of Piazza dei Martiri in the middle of Chiaia. My balcony overlooked the piazza and the monument, it was amazing. And the price for this was great. One of my favorite places that I stayed in while in Italy

Nothing - it’s grim and depressing, in a back alley, in an old building that is decrepit and falling apart. Everything. This property should not even be on Booking.com. It has a fake rating of 9.2. The entrance to the “property” has a reinforced door akin to a prison door. The bedroom door is so flimsy it provides no sound insulation. The room smelled of damp. The bed had no support. The photos showed a bright room, this was dark and dingy. The view is of some internal light well under construction, grey and dark. It was a sunny day! We stayed 10mn and requested a refund, I was ignored for 4 hours then told I should have called. They refused to give a refund, despite us leaving within 10mn. If anything, this place is a scam. Do not book unless you’re into suffering and pain.

We traveled to celebrate my partner's birthday. Marina in charge of managing the B & B, does it in an excellent way and always attentive to explain and guide you through the city as you need it, attended with a detail our stay that you do not miss a 5 star hotel. The room was very comfortable, spacious and quiet. The breakfast option is ideal as it is served in a bar a few meters from the accommodation, the waiters are super friendly and the breakfast is typical of Napoli, the croissant of 10! We have stayed 3 nights in this place and certainly its location is next to the best neighborhood of Naples, it brings together class, elegance and all the comforts just a few meters from the accommodation. Definitely more than a B&B

This air bnb was spectacular, it was clean, location was great and the staff were so accommodating! Elena the lady that cleans the rooms was so amazing every day she would come in and clean with real care and detail we always came back to a fresh and lovely smelling room! The balcony has a table and chairs, so you can sit outside and watch the city go by of an evening! Everything about well siuites was wonderful 10/10 I would highly, highly recommend staying here and I will be back!
