the location was very good,realy quiet in such a busy town as it is located in an inner courtyard .It is high recommendable for friends to share the hole property. Large rooms, very clean and nice furnished very good air-conditioned. Pepe is very friendly. All in all it was a comfortable stay in a nice part of the town. Restaurants, bars, nice shopping just few steps away. I have missed a balcony although there is no view. There are four rooms and a kitchen with a floor in between. While preparing the breakfast or when other guests are talking during taking their breakfast, it is impossible to sleep. I would add some fresh fruit in the breakfast and eggs ?

Loved the location and breakfast. Was nice and clean. Shower tub was difficult to get in for my older parent.

The location is perfect. The staff could not be more accommodating. The bed was so comfortable. Peppe is an outstanding host!

Incredible value for the price. Perfect location in the heart of Chiaia near the Piazza dei Martiri for a low price. Spotless clean, comfortable beds, nice bath products. Peppe was the perfect host.

The friendless of the owner. The room looks same as the photos. Best city location. With all my respect, the breakfast facility noise after 07.30 a.m might be slightly restricted with minimizing the breakfast performers/ servers talks.

Breakfast and coffee were good. Peppe's hospitality was great! Only thing that was a bit off was that the shower leaked a bit of water onto the floor in the bathroom.

My stay was excellent. The communication and friendly nature was great. The location was incredible. And the room itself was lovely and worked really well. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and there were extra pillows if needes. A great place to stay! The wall to the next room was a little thin. But didn't actually cause an issue. Especially not while sleeping.
