B&B City Soul Napoli

The host is very helpful and kind and he was available to help us with many things as, recommend places to eat, arrange the parking of our car in a private garage very close to the property and keep our luggage on the check-out day. The location is really nice and central and felt safe with a very local vibe around. Walking distance from Plebiscito Square. Recommend property to stay to visit Naples!

It’s rare to come across someone who truly cares about their guests’ experience the way Marco does. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described — but what really made our trip memorable was his hospitality. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again and highly recommend staying with Marco to anyone looking for a five-star experience!

Our host Andrea was great. Upon our arrival he offered us bottled water and a caffé. He was very informative, detail oriented and personable. His restaurant suggestions were excellent as well as specific eateries for local food favorites. Our rooms were clean and the air conditioning was superior. The location was amazing. All was good

The location is central in Chiaia, next to the luxurious shopping street! The room is beautifully decorated and super clean with a daily cleaning service and changing of towels. Breakfast was at the café right next to the building. The host was very responsive and helpful! If you are a light sleeper you should beware that you can easily hear street sounds being right next to cafes and bars.. We recommend this place and will gladly be back!

Very nice and central location. Very clean and spacious room. Inside of the building is historical and well maintained. Sound insulation should be improved. All the noise and talk on the street was in the room on weekend nights which made sleeping very difficult.

Stunning hotel in a perfect location to explore Naples. Lots of nice cafes, shops, bars, and restaurants nearby. The host Marco could not have been nicer and more helpful. Everyone went above and beyond. Comfy beds and pillows and everything you could need. Would recommend to anyone! Nothing, everything was 10/10. Perhaps the addition of a full length mirror would be helpful but that’s all!

Good location, very spacious room. Cozy room The WiFi is a bit weak, so not ideal for remote work. Our room faced the street, can be slightly noisy on the weekend. A part from that great stay and lovely members of staff.

Exceptional

The staff is very nice and helpful, the owner messaged me asking how we are, giving us recommendations. We had coffee and tea at any time of the day. The location is close to everything you need: store, coffee shops, restaurants, bars, pharmacy. The room had a balcony which was perfect. Everything was clean. There is an air conditioner in the room.

Very clean rooms - cleaned daily - lovely unique style of decor for the rooms. Unlimited coffees in reception - great communication from hosts. Host gave us some super recommendations for food, activities etc. Location is good it is on a main strip of bars restaurants so it can get very busy at the weekend although noise wasn't a huge issue for us I can see it annoying some people. tiny feedback - just a personal thing the pillows were nice but a touch too big/high for me i felt my neck was up too high as i say minor thing
