The property has an elevator and a security guard at the entrance, which is a big plus. The cleanliness of the room was also excellent

The location was exceptional, the staff very helpful, and the bed comfortable. Would have been nice to have a breakfast included perhaps at local cafe or bakery. Would have been nice to have a desk to be able to work at.

Was clean and newly renovated They installed vending machines on the floor. This means no coffee/tea in the room or a mini fridge in the room.

Didn't understand tea/coffee making set up-kettle, cups, spoons...and that's it!

Clean, nice area, excellent staff! Only thing was tea making in room lacked, and one light out...yeah first world problems...but this place really is nice!

The property is in a great location, very quiet and safe. The apartment is perfect for a solo traveler. Bed was comfortable and size of room was nice. The balcony opens to a courtyard which is very blah. But that would be the only negative.

The location, the bed was comfy and they change towels everyday and kept everything clean. Thank you very much! Nothing but if i have to add something, a mini fridge would be great to add.

I only booked the room, not breakfast. The location was excellent, very quiet. The unit was missing the sofa, apparently it was on back order but the table and chairs were sufficient.

Location is amazing! The staff very sweet and helpful. I have to highlight how good the communication is for check in purposes, everything clear and very well explained as it has self check in. A few steps you have the Lungomare, and also the buzzing Via Chiaia. You also have a nice view from Vomero from the room. Rooms are completely renewed and modern. It could be handy to add some te and coffee for the guests

Great accommodation for a city break: clean, nice stuff, good location for restaurants and shops. Highly recommend!

Super location, on a side street so very little street noise. Not sure what was going on in the apartment above me, but would occasionally hear noises.

We missed «do not disturb» sign to hang on the door. Experienced two times that the cleaning personnel got in when we were sleeping or in the shower. Noice during the morning.
