We loved it. Having a tub was a real luxury. Wonderful breakfast, we were impressed with the huge selection available. We'll be back. There wasn't anything not to like.

Good location Very basic amenities, small room, extremely tiny bathroom

Central location, clean and nice apartment, kind staff.

The place is nice and modern. The breakfast lay-out was amazing! Coffee to die for!

Chiara and Vittorio were super sweet and it was a great location we were close to everything we wanted to see

The location was amazing, very close to shopping and touristic sites. Both Yara and Vittorio were very warm and welcoming, we noticed their friendliness as soon we arrived. Most importantly, they are very organized and made sure to send us clear instructions on how to access the facility. The B&B has a very charming ambiance, has air conditioning, hot water kettle for tea, refrigerator and is beautifully decorated giving a wonderful introduction to the city. We loved our stay in Napoli mainly because the accommodation was simply fantastic! Everything was fantastic.

Excellent location and very helpful staff

As a frequent travel I was surprised the level of service for a small boutique hotel -

Beautiful place, fantastic location. The service was really kind . But the toilet in the single room is so small, a tall man can't be able to use it. So he/ she has to chose an other room here. All the other things were perfect.

Great hotel in a top location, the manager Vittorio is really helpful, would stay there again when we return. No hesitation in recommending this hotel to others.

Conveniently located and very charming No complaints

Beds are super comfy. Cleaning lady is very nice, she remade the bed every day and replaced the towels (even though we were fine reusing. Location is very good, close to most things in the city. 1. It is being promoted as an accommodation with a view - it is not. The windows go to a busy street and the only thing you see is cars and shops. 2. It is also being promoted as an accommodation with a balcony - there is one, but so small that you can barely stand there. 3. We did not have the breakfasts that they promise - apparently there were not enough people in the hotel to make breakfasts. So they just sent us to the nearby coffee shop. Our "breakfast" included one pastry and one coffee. I cannot eat sweet things in the morning, so basically there was no breakfast. 4. The decoration works inside are very poor - holes in the walls, mould in the bathroom, doors not closing properly etc. 5. The bathtub was not fully functioning and very inconvenient to use. Since you do not take a bath every day and often need to take a shower instead, you need to take the shower sitting in the bath. Otherwise the water is everywhere. And on top of that, the bath is not in a separate room and very close to the bed. Thus you risk getting your bed wet when you wash yourself. 6. No elevator and the stairs are rather steep and narrow. Its only one flight, but when you have heavy luggage, very uncomfortable. 7. Wifi is rather weak, fine for basic things, but quite hard to work/ have calls etc. 8. I believe they mention that they give a welcome bottle of wine - there was none. We did not want it badly, but it is a bit disappointing when they promote the accommodation with things that are not true.

Clean and comfortable, although the room is very small. The bed is very comfortable, which by itself is great! The location is excellent, with lots of bars and restaurants around, and nice places to visit. Check-in and check-out were easy and simple. The bathroom is tiny, but new and functional. There were many options at the breakfast buffet, but not fresh. For such a small hotel, I would offer less options but with greater quality.

Very helpful host, very tasty breakfast

The building was undeniably beautiful It was hot and loud! We checked in at about 3:00 PM. Our AC unit was set to 17 C when we got there. We noticed that the remote was flashing and we could make no adjustments to the AC unit. We also noticed that after four hours the room hadn’t really cooled down that much. We were traveling with our son, who had his own separate hotel room at the property. His AC unit was set at 18 C, and his room was much cooler. I messaged the property’s contact at 7:00 as we were headed out to dinner to let him know of the problem . He messaged me back at 7:30 saying he’d check into it. When we returned to the room at 10:00, the room felt like an oven. The AC unit was completely off, and would not respond to the flashing remote. In a feeble attempt to get some air into the room, I opened the window. This let all the street noise in. Not only were there motorcycles, cars, and trucks constantly going by, but there were people yelling literally all night. The mattress topper only served to make us hotter, sweatier, and more uncomfortable. This was the most uncomfortable night of our lives.

Exceptional

Staff was very friendly. Perfect location. Bed was comfortable and the cleaning was good. You could hear through the walls especially during night which made it difficult to sleep. Maybe less sweets for breakfast.

Location was great - near the coast and we were able to walk to most tourist places. The staff were lovely and gave us recommendations on places to visit and restaurants to try which we enjoyed. We had a late check in due to a delayed flight but Vittorio (manager) gave us clear instructions on how to check-in. Overall had a pleasant stay. The only issue are the stairs (no lift available)
