Very good location for public transport (railway station, touristic buses etc) and good view to Vesuvius and main street to the city center. The breakfast was very good Everything was fine

The room was comfortable and the staff was very helpful. Nice breakfast The location is right by the train station and there were many homeless just in front of the hotel. As two women traveling alone we did not feel safe walking around the area. My daughters phone was taken put of her pocket a block away from the hotel.

The room was HOT and there was no way to lower the temperature. The neighborhood was scretchy.

Downtown Naples is a bit scudgy but not dangerous

Staff was very helpful, breakfast was good and the room was very nice. My room was with a beautiful view of the station. Inside the room it's a little on the older side, but there is everything that you may need: from a desk to every power socket you may want. The position makes it one of the closest to the station, a little hard to cross the streets but still very easy to reach in a couple of minutes. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed for renovations and the room was a little noisy since it was facing an always busy street. Aside from that everything else was pretty much perfect.

It’s publicity and the amenities. No air conditioning, although it’s winter, the room temperature inside was 25 degrees. It was hard to get a good night sleep.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean and very comfortable. The area was central and a wee bit rough, but we never felt unsafe or uncomfortable. The room was quiet soundproof, with the exception of a Sunday morning marching band. We would certainly stay here again

The hotel was clean, the breakfast options had a variety of fruits, veggies, cheeses and charcuterie, and pastries. The location was terrible! It was about 1-1,5km from the city center (though it claims to be in the city center). Right in front of the Central Station - extremely UNSAFE and DIRTY area.

Loved breakfast. The gentleman in charge was rightly very proud of his area and we enjoyed the cakes! Superb scrambled egg and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating. Thank you. I am sure I put 3 guests into Booking.com when I was searching but was told at the hotel we would need to pay an extra 50 euros for the 3rd person. Ultimately it was worth it so not a problem!

Great location. 10 min walk to Spaccanapoli and 5 min walk to the train station. The room did not have the most pleasant smell. As if there was something with the pipes, unfortunately, we didn't check into the room until very late, so there was not the opportunity for any correction.
