Good location and super service

Pit stop is right on Garibaldi Square, my room had a view of the Great Man himself I liked the quaint lift/elevator (a must for me as I can’t do stairs) The property was spotless and had a communal kitchen/dining room with a proper coffee machine The host, Francesco, went out of his way to make me welcome, even bringing me cake! Put Stop was the perfect place to explore Napoli, all transport was close by, and, although right on the busy Piazza, the room was quiet. I’d return here, it’s lovely! Nothing

This accommodation was horrible, if you are traveling to Naples I would highly recommend that you do NOT stay here. There were several problems with the accommodation such as the cleanliness, the hot water system, air-conditioning and the lack of a security box. I can honestly say it was not worth the money I spent. - I had the air-conditioning on the highest setting and it still came out as a weak breeze which doesn’t work when the weather is around 35-38 degrees. I was uncomfortable and constantly hot! - The entrance to the building was dirty and dusty, and I felt like everything had a layer of dirt on it. It was a bit better when I got into the main foyer, but when I was shown my room, I was completely let down. The pictures shown on booking.com are not what you get. The room had this musty and dusky feel to it. Not only did it feel gross but my room was right next to the front foyer door. This means I heard whenever someone came into the accommodation at all times during the night. Not loud proof! - I’ve been to cheaper and nicer B&Bs than this where they give you basic items like soap, shampoo, and conditioner this place I got nothing! Not worth the money. Every time I wanted a shower I had to wait 10 minutes or more for the hot water to kick in, this is tiresome and ridiculous. Why should I wait 10 minutes or more for a simple shower? - I also felt when it came to security I felt uncomfortable, there was nowhere for me to put my passport or valuables. I didn’t want to leave them in my room where anything could be stolen and I didn’t feel safe carrying my valuables around while exploring the city. I left after the first night because I couldn’t enjoy my holiday staying there. When I explained this to the front desk they shut down all my concerns and refused to give me a refund. They even wanted me to pay city tax even if I wasn’t staying. This place is being falsely advertised and super unhelpful, a waste of your money.

Doors are two thin you can hear what s outside your room.

The location terrific. We used the kitchen. The location terrific. Noisy but when windows closed you hear nothing. They have air con. It was hood It was good

Spacious room. Very helpful, proactive staff upon arrival, asking wher we wanted to go and offering options yo get there and marking on a map.. Large fridge in the room. Exceptionally clean. Minor thing: You need a 10 cent coin to operate the elevator.

Proximity to central station and reception staff excellent. Mirror on the ceiling so you can see yourself sleeping, very cramped bathroom, but huge room

Very helpful staff and friendly, room very clean, kitchen area was useful. Better explanation as to where the b&b is, ie within another building, also the key for the outside door was very stiff and difficult to open
