Breakfast wasn't included and was at a different hotel than where we stayed (close though). The staff sometimes didn't communicate very well though one of the staff was very helpful but did always tell us the expectations.

The room was very good, it was clean and nice. There was everything you need. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was so nice and helpful, everytime here to help you with everything. There is a jacuzzi in the room as well. We had breakfast and there was a list with options to choose whatever you want and you are choosing the time when you want the breakfast to be ready. The room was secure, in a secured building which is very important.

It was more then I expected! A big and clean room. Near to central station! We had a nice view! The room is modern and it has many facilities! It was a bit too noisy, because it near to central station.

Old building, old location in Naples, very busy in the morning. Nice arquitectural buildings. The location was in a poor area, with homeless around. Dark and not clean the main entrance. The main door was closed, and with graffiti (was late). The first impression was really bad, but seen the rooms ours feeling changed. This is not hotel or Rbnb, they rent rooms. The building in the morning has business, offices, etc. we booked here because was near to the train station. Guseppe the front desk guy was friendly and cooperative. He help us a lot, Thank you Guseppe!

Nothing. This was one of the most bad experiences I had :( First the checkin was a terrible experience. We weren’t able to enter in the building and we had to wait more than 30m to someone bring the keys. And it was not specified in the property information. The room was not clean. There was no soap and the shower and the toilet flush wasn’t working. The shower drain was not flushing the water, making it flood.

we booked last minute because we missed the last train of the night due to a flight delay. there were not directions on how to enter and the phone number provided didn't respond via text or call. There were directions to go to a nearby hotel for keys if after hours and the hotel was literally boarded up and closed! total scam

The noise from the traffic was so loud. Did not sleep the entire night.
