The property was amazing and in a perfect location for exploring Naples. Would sintieron definitely suggest it to others. Many things within walkable distance. Also the breakfasts in the morning were amazing!! The only thing we could find that we didn't like was the bed was really stiff and rough on our backs. But that is subjective. But it is our only complaint.

Giuseppe, The host ( very Italian) hospitible, all staff willing and chatty Quirky elevator 10 cents per ride, excellent position for termini rail station plus metro. With all the attention to security I still was pick pocketed on he menu and my phone was gone, bloody nuisance for the rest of my trip.

Close to train station If you’re short on time I’ll share this; “this B&B in Naples, run away, Run fast! Now a more detailed explanation. Firstly, My wife & I are game for adventure, 5 star & 2 star hotels, they can be fun but this was a big disappointment. it’s on the 7th floor of a complex directly out of the Netflix’s murder mystery “Ripley”. The 50’s elevator dark, creepy, odd and unwelcoming made for adventure but I honestly looked for the fire escape because if a fire happens we’d be toast. Outside the front door was a yard sale of locals selling used clothes on the sidewalk, had to dodge the crap laid about the walk way, avoid trash in the street. Secondly, rooms feel more like a “unattended” hostel, empty halls, no one around. Once i had the keys the host disappeared behind his door like a Dream of Genie head nod! Here now, gone a second later, poof. I don’t think he was in the building 10 minutes later. It was as if were abandoned and dropped in a zombie movie! Room service? None. You get none. I called, emailed, and walked the halls looking for a towel! No one around, no front desk. Never got a towel. The wifi was offered as I checked in, he showed me his phone and I had to type it into my phone. Later my wife asked for the Wi-Fi, it’s not written down anywhere. Creepy. Coffee machine in hallway was old-school espresso machine, which was kind of cool, but Only three espresso pods and was never restocked. Sad.. Basically creepy, dirty, unsettling feeling. Naples is a dump, this place a dump. That said, if you’re going to Pompeii I say take the train to Sorrento and use that city as your gateway.

The location close to the central station was perfect and the hospitality and friendliness of all the staff made our stay very special Not thing

The breakfast was plentiful and varied and brought on a tray to the room in the mornings. There were some gluten free options too that were pre-packed. We recieved yoghurt with honey and fresh juice and coffees, as well as pastries and breads. All served with a cheery smile! The lift broke when we were there and that was a little inconvenient.

Exceptional

Great view of Mt. Vesuvius, high enough to be quiet despite the noise from the street (7th floor.) Bed was comfortable. Station literally right across the street, so very convenient. Had to put money in the elevator but only ten cent coins, and only during certain hours (confusing) but the host did provide some. Breakfast was sub-par for the price.

Specifically Giuseppe’s food recommendations were very good. He was also very helpful with the transportation.

Location was excellent. Check in was exceptional. It was quiet on the top floor away from the hustle and bustle and the view was outstanding. Room service and breakfast stand out as being very good indeed.

great location, clean room and friendly staff. breakfast choice for vegetarians, 10cent charge for elevation.

The breakfast was amazing!!! Bed was pretty hard!
-
Very easy access for central station and convenient for day trips to Amalfi and Pompeii Not in the cleanest area of Naples but we had no issues walking around at night.
-
Train station in walking distance. The local neighborhood was pretty seedy I am not sure you wanted to be out late at night there. Not the cleanest area in Naples.

Convenient to the train station. Clean, comfortable, and breakfast provided. Great AC and beautiful view of Vesuvio.
