Good breakfast. Ask for a cafe latte. Breakfast attendant was really strict. No taking food or coffee to your room.

Location, Location, Location!!! Right inside the Galleria was SO beautiful with windows opening to the domes Galleria! The staff was very helpful explaining how to navigate Naples, breakfast was outstanding and the hotel was very convenient to the port, many landmarks and restaurants! Well, as iconic as the darling old elevator is, it is quite slow. It does take .10 Euro which the hotel makes sure to give guests.

We liked the style of the hotel and our room I also like their breakfast selection. The fact that you need to go thru 2 sets of elevators to get to your room.

Loved the old world decor & furnishings. Excellent location within the Galleria, close to historical cafes and restaurants. It’s in the nicest part of Naples. The esplanade, the port and high end shopping close by. N/A

Elegant little hotel with an immense charme situated in Galleria Umberto I.... Incredible place in the middle of one of the most incredible cities in the world. Nothing.

Breakfast was okay Staff are disrespectful and don’t know what they are doing. They are not even capable of decent invoicing… During my first might there was a plumbing problem and all the bathroom floor was covered with water. Even though they have rooms they didn’t move me because other room options means that they have to upgrade me… specially women in the staff are aggressive and disrespectful, they are not even waiting for you to finish your sentence and raise their voice.

Beautiful hotel in the magnificent Galleria. Close to everything. Taxi’s out the door to train station or distant sights. Breakfast was good with made to order coffee and incredible pastries.

Nothing Property was difficult to locate. Nothing was good. Tiny room. Reception is not 24 hours as mentioned on their site. Breakfast is included in the price but if you have an early morning flight, you get no breakfast because there was no one in the reception area.

Absolutely great location and property. Stairs were hard on my mother who is 80 yrs old but it was great exercise for the rest of us. There is an elevator too .

It was located right in the center of everything which was nice, it’s gated so you feel safe, the bed was comfortable and the hotel staff were polite/ helpful. The bathroom could’ve been a little cleaner.
