Super convenient and centrally located. Staff were so friendly and great. Really enjoyed the breakfast too One night the street below was really loud. Guess that’s to be expected when you’re so in the middle of everything. Instructions on how to get into the hotel should be provided. Incredibly difficult to locate the first time

The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location is excellent. The staff are outstanding. The breakfast has a nice assortment of options. The rooms are all located on the first floor of a building connected to a shopping atrium. The entrance is on a side alley that is a little hard to find. My room was located on the shopping atrium side of the hotel, which was exceptionally noisy into early morning hours. Fortunately, I had ear plugs, which helped.

Fantastic location - just steps from Theatro San Carlo and the royal palace. Lovely staff, great breakfast. Great gelateria just steps away! The hard surfaces of the galleria next door makes the noise of the crowds and clean up crews echo.

I loved this hotel and Naples. Welcoming friendly staff, there is always a Buon giorno and everyone was so lovely. I was sad to leave, but I had to come back to reality and my work!! Thanks especially to Rebecca, Fabio and Luigi for looking after me. Not so much a dislike. My room looked out onto the Galleria which was very busy and could get noisy. It's not a negative because I had a wonderful view and once the window was closed you couldn't hear much. I also spent alot of time out of the hotel so it didn't trouble me too much.

Kind staff, very limited breakfast choices. The room was huge, but very sparsely decorated. Seemed almost institutional, much like the entire property. Wonderful location. Extremely clean property. Friendly staff.

The hotel staff was very friendly. We had an amazing time there. When we went to breakfast they already knew our coffee order and room number - this level of service felt very nice! The room wasn't the biggest the hotel had to offer, but I still felt we had a lot of space. The room was very clean and well maintained. The location was very central and easy to reach by bus and underground from the airport.

It was not difficult to locate the hotel and the small square feels safe and clean. No problem in accessing the hotel after dark - the intercom worked well. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was spacious, clean and uncluttered so easy to settle in. Nice to have a kettle; Wifi worked well. Breakfast was wonderful and varied and clearly freshly prepared. Location is perfect for Teatro San Carlo and Piazza Plebiscito and the port just 20 minute downhill walk away. The lift seemed to be working well but I used the steps. No real problems. Some milk on the hospitality tray would be welcome but I was able to ask at reception.
