overpriced for the facilities offered. no room service, no complimentary breakfast, some (our) rooms tucked away off the beaten path, shower prone to slips and falls (no handrails, high step-in, water bypasses glass door and soaks marble floor). mini-fridge unfunctional.

The terrace was stunning, one of the best views ever in my lifetime!

You have to get keys in another place (and it's not clear where to get keys, where to live and etc.). The view from the flat was not as it was in the pictures. Cold floor and no one-time shoes.

The property was very centrally located. There was an elevation which is a plus . It’s a lot of stairs to climb with luggage The bathroom were moldy, black mold around the tub, glass wall and the water tank for the toilet.

The location is fantastic, and as we stayed in the junior suite, we had this incredibly terrace/porch all to ourselves. While there are some other reviews mentioning how things are a bit old in the room, I didn't find it to be outside the ordinary or as bad as written. Would happily stay again.

The pictures are confusing because are mixed with the ones from the hotel. So be aware of that. The entrance is next to the Galleria and you have no view to the galleria, at least not from our room.

Nothing

On arriving it was complicated to find where to check in as there were two separate locations and no signage or check-in instructions.

Location is excellent. Room is spacious. Very quiet. Very difficult to find where to check in, and you need a 10 cent coin to use the elevator—which of course you need to do unless you want to haul bags several flights. One of the security staff took pity on us. Then you go to a different location for the rooms. WiFi didn’t work for several days & staff had to be contacted multiple times. The water in the shower is just lukewarm, so no nice hot showers. Checking out, we were locked between 2 security gates and had to wait for someone to save us so we could make our train on time.

the location was fantastic-very central. bad smell in the bathroom -constant smell of sewerage eminating from drains. breakfast was mediocre

The location is excellent, the room was nice and clean, the room service was good. I'm very sorry to say that, the small room was basically with no windows - you could not see through windows because they were covered, and when windows were opened, there was a view to the closed, ugly courtyard? There should be a note about windows in room advert and discount for the price. It is not very nice experience to spend 5 days in a small room with no view from windows.

The property was so perfect, we loved our little terrace. It felt so private and peaceful but we were so close to the busy area. Every thing you need is in the apartment. Loved the open plan layout. The host was amazing communicator, so happy and very quick to help. Everything was perfect, we stayed for a pre-wedding holiday and it was exactly what we wanted, romantic, quiet, vibey local area and somewhere nice to rest. Can’t wait to come back! Nothing !

It was practical and an authentic local experience. It feels a bit dated and in need of some maintenance.

Very central, surrounded by great restaurants. Clean rooms and amazing view

The location and the size of the room that we got was huge. We had a 500sq yd huge balcony with the iconic Italian arches overlooking the promenade. The check in procedure was quite cumbersome, we had to go to one building all the way to the top floor along with our luggage to collect the keys for our room which was all the way over to the other side of the street.

The location, the room and especially the balcony

The location is quite comfortable since it’s 5’ walk from the main port from which you take the ferries to Positano, capri and Sorento. Well, 1. The rooms were not soundproof at all, we could literally hear every conversation from the other rooms! 2. Too much noise from the street and the Galleria, although it is a nice place with interesting architecture , you can never find peace, too many people visit all day everyday. If you wish to relax, this is not the place for you. 3. Really uncomfortable pillows. 4. No shower gel and shampoo were provided. 5. Wifi didn’t work at all for the 4 days we were there. When we called at the reception they told us that the problem is temporary, (BUT it wasn’t) 6. The housekeeper knocked the door at 09.30 while the check out was at 11.00!
