Excellent central location, right opposite the entrance of the Galleria on Via Toledo. It is an ideal base for exploring Naples, with many attractions, shops, and restaurants within walking distance. While the central location is a major advantage, it also comes with some drawbacks. As Via Toledo is a pedestrian street, there is no direct taxi access, and guests need to walk through the Galleria to reach the hotel. The area can also be a little noisy due to its central location. In addition, there are several stairs leading to the reception area, which can be inconvenient when carrying luggage.

Shame on booking.com for not doing their homework the photo on website does not match what you get, Caruso place has only four rooms I was not location is very challenging to find poor signage Nothing

We loved staying here while visiting Naples! The room was beautiful, location was perfect for city exploring, and staff was very helpful. We did not know this location was the perfect spot to stay for exploring the new city and old city. We would definitely stay here again. This room overlooks the mall below. At times there was a lot of noise coming from the mall while large crowds walked through and morning cleaning. While this was a minor inconvenience, we absolutely loved it here and would definitely stay again.

Although on a very noisy and busy street the sound proofing was exceptional. Good base to visit the sites The marketing makes this property look more than it is. The beautiful dome is a shopping precinct and yes it’s beautiful but not as grand as the images portray.
