Maison Toledo 210

Found some hair in the bed and leftover food in the mini fridge from previous guests. Loud noises when using water in the washroom due to the old building I guess.. but overall a nice stay!

We only stayed for one night, less than 24 hours, but everything was great. The apartment is in an excellent location, very spacious and comfortable. They kindly let us store our luggage until the afternoon, everyone was super friendly and helpfu Just note that soap, shampoo, and conditioner for the shower were not provided.

Amazing host flexible on check in as we arrived earlier than intended and goes that extra mile to give u all the advice u need on how to navigate and to avoid paying the extra tourist tariffs, very clean and close to everything love it Nothing

Did not feel safe at this location at all. There was mold all over the shower we couldn’t even use it, there was daylight shining all around the doorway and you could see how the lock mechanism wasn’t really attached to much of anything, one good kick and someone would be in the apartment. there were people randomly ringing our doorbell, I’m assuming mistakenly because there was a business located right next to our door but it was very unsettling with 3 kids. We ended up leaving a day early

The Hotel is in Excellent Location, inside Galleria Umberto, The Building housing the Hotel is also very clean, the Room was of Adequate size , decently furnished with a Desk, a Sofa , a Chair, and adequate Storage and Closet space. there was also Shared Lounge with Free Coffee Facilities. The Staff at the reception was Helpful and Nice. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone staying in Naples. Bathroom is a bit small but of adequate size

Location: Is inside Galleria Umberto I and close to most of attractions, is in Toledo street where people take a stroll and where are many shopping place, restaurants, bars, etc. ,our room was not so big but clean with modern bathroom, beds are comfy it's not a complaint but in the same street there are other hotels/b&bs that are called Toledo something, it would be appropriate to put a sign directly on the entrance gate, especially for people like me who are visually impaired, because the navigator had indicated a gate on the opposite side of the street that had a Toledo hotel inside, however Pietro was super kind and in addition to giving me precise instructions on the phone he also came down to welcome us

Maison Toledo 210 exceeded our expectations. Mario was incredibly helpful with check in and through the entirety of our stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable. It was perfect for our family of 5. The location was great - right in the middle of everything yet it felt safe and was quiet in the apt. We walked to restaurants, shops, the funicular and all tourist spots. We got pizza from Gino Sorbillo across the street (delicious!) and brought it back to the apt with plenty of room at the table to eat. It was especially festive for the Christmas holiday. We did not have a car. It was easy to find taxis to the train station on the backside of Galleria Umberto.

Breakfast was great, location was good. Would be better to have 2 set of keys when 2 people stay in a room

The hosts, Felicia and Peter, are wonderful, accommodating and great communicators. He gave great food recommendations. The location is fantastic, near to the sites by the water. The linens were nice and soft, bathroom is very modern.
