The location was very convenient for access to the metro and the ferry. Rooftop bar with views a nice bonus.

Very well located, extremely clean, friendly English speaking staff that made us feel like family, convenient parking, newly renovated room with great air conditioning, comfortable bed with crisp sheets and very welcoming for our toddler with a lovely crib for him to sleep. The breakfast on the roof with views of the city was also delicious and very special. We couldn’t ask for more. Everything was perfect!

Excellent location, meters below via Toledo and walking distance to main Napoli sites. Breakfast is very poor.

breakfast was fabulous; and the elegant rooftop dining room was sublime. the room was beautifully appointed and the maid service was tops. every detail was excellent. BUT, a recommendation: in the shower, you need to install a tray for soap and other toiletries. i had to set bath materials on the shower floor. the staff was very attentive without being overbearing. they even prepared a snack bag for our departure to the airport. see aboce re: shower details.

Great friendly staff and the breakfast was fantastic! The location can't be beat! We were on the 8th floor and we could hear the commotion as stuff was being set up on the 9th floor for the bar/breakfast area. Way too much noise from the moving tables. The bed was alright but we've slept on more comfortable beds elsewhere

The hotel room was clean and spacious. Close to the metro station. Some of the reception staff was off putting. I do not speak Italian but it was very clear they were talking about me. And my impression was it wasn’t positive.

Good breakfast with various options at the rooftop restaurant, excellent view. Clean, renovated rooms. AC cooling didn’t work.

Location , rooftop, breakfast So many things were broken and falling apart in the room. From door hinges to lamps . It was shocking how many things were hanging by a thread.

Perfect location. Walk right out and a block away you are in Toledo with so many restaurants and shopping. Staff was very helpful and bartenders in the rooftop bar were exceptional.

The room was clean, stuff was nice and location is good. So noisy in hotel , furniture need to be replaced and digital things should be installed.
