excellent hotel. we asked for chocolates for my partner birthday and they brought us with a card. room is clean and quite and bed is super comfy.

The reception staff was so friendly and very helpful. Gabriella and Cristiano were wonderful scheduling our tour of Pompei and Hercouleum. Also helping with train tickets to Sorrento. Should have a coffee maker with coffee and tea in the room.

The location was great but not having breakfast was a little difficult. Only one uncomfortable chair in the room.

Clean room. Staff were accommodating. Place is near Toledo st where there are lots of shops and walking distance tourist attractions. The area feels safe. There’s no area where to place toiletries in the shower. We have to put it in the floor.

The manager and the Staff are so friendly and so nice. They have allowed us to get the rooms earlier cause we’ve had a baby with us. All the requests and questions they have handled so professionally. It was a 5 star experience

Rooms are really tiny, the shower is basically in the room which means that if sharing the room with someone, they won’t be able to avoid seeing you while you shower. Water pressure needs to be improved big time. Also the cleaning ladies used to chat quite loudly in the corridor just outside of my room starting from 7 in the morning and that’s a pretty unpleasant alarm clock…

None The staff gave us a room that the door of the shower tray was broken but did not mention a word about it during check-in. When we found the issue of the shower area at night, the staff replied that they couldn’t do anything. Moreover, the water pressure of the facet is super low in shower area. Meanwhile, the toilet was filing up very slowly after flush. This toilet defiantly needs repair works.
