Napolitan Trips Hotel is the same location as Ostello Bello, with the same staff and facilities but the "hotel" rooms are on the fifth floor while the cafeteria and check-in, along with the hostel rooms, are on the third floor. The fifth floor is beautiful, with a spacious, comfortable, and clean hotel room. The shower was good and big! Many yongsters hanging out around there, studying or just chilling out. There are also instruments people can play on if they feel like it. We stayed two nights and the first night there was a kareokey evening. Many people took part in it and it was really fun. One thing, I am not used to but liked a lot, was that the hotel sends out "shoutouts" about things happening, like everyone was invited to a pasta at dinner time the first evening and a reminder to use the free drink "coin" we got at arrival. All day and in the evening, coffee and tea await you in the cafeteria for free. The breakfast was very good with bread, croissants, yogurts, and cereals. The hotel is very close to the big shopping street, Toledo. Absolutely nothing!

Personale gentile ; camera pulita The property is described as a 3-star hotel (150 € per night) whereas it is a hostel occupying three floors of a building where one has single rooms with private bathrooms. Travelling for work I had asked for a quiet room but the terrace of the hostel is open to guests who made noise until 5am. For 150 € per night in the room there was not even shampoo but only two bottles of liquid soap. No security instructions either on the floor or in the room (when leaving the lift the floor is closed by a door which can only be opened with an access code) and all codes are given to the guest written on a piece of paper which has already been used. There is no instruction card in the room for TV, wifi, reception phone number. Breakfast is decent, but the service is what you would expect in a youth hostel, not a hotel. Fortunately, the staff is very friendly.

I will be totally honest the stuff was really nice they even bring us laptop to watch Netflix because was not smart tv in the room . It is cool place if you would like to party all the time .. this is not normal hotel . Location and staff was amazing but only this . That was the two the worst night in my life . Seriously. I don’t understand how possible is party all the time , so noisy !! dj and lots of people till 1 am !! Your room was literally on the patio room was really small and was so warm . People music was so so soooooo noisy . Till 1 am we coundr sleep my fly was 8 am I need to wake up at 4:30 but I count sleep whole night . Everything was on the app. If you like party all the time it is for you but is not for normal peoooke who would like to chill out and sleep .

the location of the hotel was very good, central located. we didn't have breakfast, but snacks and drinks/coffee were available during the day which was a really good service. also the sparkling water was for free. the hotel room size was ok and also everything available what is needed. the hotel overall is very smart and has room access with smartphone app. in general everything was fine. expect the price, the hotel was a little bit overpriced.

We had booked another place long time ago but when we arrived we had to change our accommodation as the place was not good. As we had very limited options to find an alternative we saw this hotel and booked immediately. Given the situation we were not expecting much but actually we were pleasantly surprised but the service, the clean air conditioned room and the general concept. Apparently many young people across the world stay at this hotel as it also offers hostel facilities. We booked private hotel room which was great and the location is just perfect!

Good location for the port and old city. Staff were very helpful and lovely. There is a rooftop bar that was nice for sunset drinks. The shower overflowed every time we used it. The hostel plays music till midnight every night so if you want to rest earlier then it is really not possible.

The Staff were fantastic There was a power black out in our part of the hotel, as a result there was no power to charge our phones so they were dead by the time we got to the airport, but luckily we had back-up printed boarding passes. The was no lighting in the room so it was difficult to pack in the dark as we were up at 5am, the Air-conditioning was out so it was a hot night which resulted in no sleep.

Free of coffee, tea, fruit, vegetable Public area, pantry Breakfast Paid storage of baggage Staff did not manage the NOISES made by guests over the midnight

My stay at NeapolitanTrips Hotel was quite mixed. The highlight was the cooking class with Fernando (I think that's his name?) that was fun and a great way to meet other travelers. I learned how to make homemade pasta! The hostel is near the Toledo metro stop and was easy to get to Garibaldi/Napoli Central station. Squarely located in the Spanish Quarter, the neighborhood is a bit rough around the edges, but it was a true Naples experience. It's an important note that NeapolitanTrips Hotel are single rooms connected to the Ostello Bello hostel. The room I had overlooked a courtyard that is used for parties every night until 1am~. If that's not your vibe, I'd advise staying somewhere else. I also noticed cut corners everywhere, my sheets were not laundered between the last guest and myself, the room smelled like smoke and the shower door would not seal, flooding the bathroom with water each time I took a shower. For the price, I do not think this hotel was worth it and I would not stay here again.

Breakfast, good location, excellent reception staff upon checkin. We were not aware it was a hostel atmosphere and were quite surprised. We assumed it was a typical hotel. More info on the booking. com website would have been appreciated.

Very nice accommodation with everything that you need. Comfortable bed, central location.

The accommodation is in a good location. You will find good restaurants at walkable distance. The high streets and most of the tourist sites are also at walkable distance. Breakfast could be better with more options. It is not bad though. You can get early breakfast on request which is a plus. Rooms are very comfy with not much noice from outside. Except if there is a football match. Its not about what I din't like but something to be ware of. It also has a hostel on the same building so it may get a bit noisy if it happens to be a football match night.

The location was very good, a 2 minutes walk to the metro, port and close to major attractions. Hotel also had a hostel with a bar and courtyard on the lower floors with a nice relaxed vibe. The mattress was a bit worn out on one side but not too uncomfortable. Noise from the city, but nowhere in the central Naples is quite.
