The bed can be improved to more comfortable one

The shower is a bit under-maintenanced, and bed was not the most comfortable.

Amazing location!!! Very central to everything and great value for money. Very easy process to both reserve and check out.

Loved the lively location near shops, businesses and cafes in the heart of the Spanish Quarter. Scenes from the balcony were awesome and wish we could have spent more time there. It was difficult to locate, however, manager kindly stayed on the phone with us until we found it. It was a "business style" building adjacent to a clothing store. Then we couldn't find the cute little elevator and realized it was accessible by climbing one floor up. Lighting in bathroom was low, thus, we used our cell phones for more light.

The good location, very helpful staff, refreshment available 24h. The room was clean. There was a cute balcony with a nice view We enjoyed our stay very much

When a transportation strike leads you to a Napoli Gem. The location of Napoli Bonita B&B is excellent. Located right at the Via Toledo train station and steps from Via Toledo, this location is a premium place to stay. Sergio and his team were exceptional. Thank you for accommodating us. All of these components made me extend my time in Napoli.

the location The owner, Sergio, was very rude and yelled at me when I checked out. On my check-in, Alberto was a very nice guy. I told him that I am planning to spend only one night, even though I had already paid for two nights. Alberto told me it was no problem; I just needed to pay the city tax in cash for one night for two people, and he left a piece of paper in my room with the amount that I needed to pay. Then, when I checked out, it was Sergio, the owner, and I gave him the piece of paper that Alberto left in my room, and I was ready to pay. But Sergio, the owner, threw the paper and was very upset and yelled told me that I need to be paid for two nights. After I explained, he received the amount that Alberto said. But I had a very bad time.

I stayed at Napoli Bonita B&B for 3 days and had a fantastic experience. Sergio was amazing and incredibly helpful. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Naples, close to all major attractions. The rooms are clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. My stay was wonderful, and I highly recommend this place.

Excellent location right in the centre. Complimentary coffee / tea is available all day in a cute little pantry. We love the colors and decoration of this place and the little terrace in our room. none

Amazing staff, great location, very close to the centre. It's a really confortable room, having access to a living room with table and snacks. Really recommend it!!

The location was excellent, the hosts are very nice and gave us a lot of usefull information. We had a pleasant stay and we will definitely come back.
