Factory Design

The walls were very thin, so you could hear everything around you. Because of this, it was hard to rest and sleep. The breakfast was very basic and did not feel like a proper breakfast.

The host was very nice and even waited for us to arrive, which we truly appreciated. The location was excellent, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Overall, our stay was good, and we enjoyed our time there. For such a large building, a bigger elevator would be a great improvement, as it can feel a bit cramped.

The water was getting stuck in the bathroom and it was uncomfortable.

The plece of hove is near most of the attractions. Miriane who contact wlth us were bery helful in every issue. Everything were very nice. Mariana is very helpfull . She helped us to visit historical places and explained everything clearly.

Confortable and clean. Staff was great!

Clean and modern room with coffee machine. We were leaving before hotel breakfast so received a voucher for the cafe downstairs which was amazing. Reception staff was lovely aswell.

Great location, really comfortable bed,slept Great. Really pleasant, helpful staff. Didn't realise it was on the 6th floor and you need 20 cent to use the lift, not a huge deal overall but unusual. Having said that, I would stay again.

Loved the quirky design and the fact my balcony was the Perfect view for mount Vesuvius. The apartment block was very central to the port and easily walkable ! Great location. Nothing !

Friendly helpful staff, great location, good basic facilities. Little noisy, walls very thin but all quiet after 11pm. Hot water boiler very noisy.

Very nice hotel and very central to naples, female receptionist was very nice we didn't have breakfast included which we thought we had and she said we could have it free of charge, excellent customer service would recommend to anyone. Nothing

Owner was there waiting for us as arranged. excellent communication skills regarding checkin and out. there was a coffeemaker in the room but no kettle but i was told i could use the kettle in the kitchen anytime. there is a caretaker there till late evening. clean room. it was noisy in the street on the first night. elevator to sixth floor was annoying but they gave is 20 cent coins ro use.

The Location was fantastic everything from there is easily accessable. Also the. The staff was lovely and they helped us with everything. The Airconditioning did not work in our room. And the escalator was operated by 20 Euro cents meanwhile the Hotel is on the 6th Floor.

Nice place with a good location close to town. Nice room and with a beautiful view and your own balcony. Good Aircon. Good value for what we payed. Breakfast was not good but it rarely is in Italy. The usual sweet stuff.
