Easy communicate from beginning to end. Good location. Private.

The hotel was in a residential building and was nothing like the pictures. It was dated, dirty, and the ac did not work well. The pictures on the website were deceiving.

Was a great location and for the price, I was totally satisfied

loved the location. The AC worked perfectly. Nice common area set up with balcony. Rooms were cleaned every day which was such a nice touch. Easy to find. bathroom needs to be updated. the shower head wouldn’t stay up and the toilet sometimes did not flush. it was also hard to get in touch with the owner (understandable as it’s August)

Close to the ferries, incredible restaurants close by including Michelin star ones. Excellent service and friendly staff. Brian was amazing, helpful, kind, responsive and resourceful. He made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. Thanks Brian!! Nothing really

The beds were not comfortable, and every move squeaked. The AC was working but with it being a small place had to turn off and turn on the AC since it was working too well during the night and become freezing. The bathroom was small. The fridge had not been emptied and there was a molded burger in there, so we did not use the fridge and disposed of the molded burger ourselves. Overall, I would not recommend this location due to the uncomfortable mattresses.

Location was great, staff was very friendly. Bed was comfy. Spacious. It felt unclean, the shower edges had stains, the toilet was a little stinky with stains. and the shower head was inconveniently strong. Some power outlets were falling out of the wall. Sink in the cooking area smelled. The place probably used to be very nice but now it's quite rundown and feel unmaintained.

We liked everything. The place was very clean and tidy, the location is very close to the center and the public transport and the service was on point! Hosts are very friendly and understanding, thank you for making our staying even better!

The room was incredible! Cleaned up every day, beautifully decorated and the bed was super comfortable. It is very close to Via Toledo and all the main City attractions. Simona was the best host, answering whatsapp messages fast and giving us directions, tips and tricks to get around the city and she was very welcoming and sweet. She even helped us with storing our luggage Before our late flight so we could enjoy another day in Naples after the check out. Don’t worry, the city is not dangerous and it is clean, the people are nice and helpful. We will come back for sure, as 5 days were not enough to visit all the wonders of the area! And we’ll book a room at I 4 Elementi again. Everything was perfect.

Simona, the host, was very accommodating, even allowing us to leave our luggage on checkout day, so that we didn't have to carry it with us on our ferry trip to the islands. The apartment was clean & uncluttered. There were tea/coffee making facilities + a wide & varied selection of cakes, pastries, sweets in the dining room which could be accessed 24hrs. There were juices kept in the dining room fridge, but also in the apartment. These are thoughtful extras! The room has a balcony overlooking a busy street but not noisy at night. It sits beside a restaurant which serves excellent food. The location is very central & a short walk to the Port, where you get the ferries to Sorrento, Almalfi Coast & the various islands. The only thing that could be improved upon, in my opinion, would be the mattress... a little too firm... & the pillows are a little flat!

Very convinient location. Stuff very friendly. Free water, juices and cakes,candys. Hot water in bathroom not always available. Price is high for the overall quality of this B&B

Perfect location

The location is outstanding, and the room is exceptionally clean and comfortable. Additionally, complimentary food and drinks, including juices, are provided at no extra cost.

The location. Close to the port. In the middle of the Toledo and Municipio stations. In the middle of the Chiaia, Santa Lucia and Centro Storico districts. The mattress could be better. Many things in the room are about to break. Have to handle them with gentle care.
