The hostess , Julie was exceptional. Was very kind and helpful. She and a gentleman there helped us with our luggage and took my car to a parking garage. She gave us a great recommendation for dinner. I can not say enough good things about how well she treated us. The room was very nice and well equipped. Clean and everything we needed. I just wasn’t expecting the location.

All went well.. Guisy and Richard were exceptional. Main reason we would recommend and return.

We were greeted by Giusy who is a very warm and friendly person, she helped us park car and quickly welcomed us into hotel. The bed is very comfortable, we didn’t want to get up in the mornings. The shower is great. Luxurious to have breakfast served by mini cart to room. We honestly didn’t mind the area and as a couple felt comfortable walking to and from hotel, even in the evening after dinner. Yes Naples is noisy and gritty, some areas more than others, but we really enjoy its vibrant energy. We had a great full day walking everywhere. A few mildew spots in shower need closer attention. Every time we used coffee machine in room (with a/c off) it blew a fuse, lights go out, had to reset breaker (which is in room). Breakfast has many choices, some is good but some is lower quality processed food.

Areai is a little sketchy.

Fantastic location and amazing hospitality. Convenient paid parking around. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay special.

1. Richard and Manuela, the hosts, are very helpful. Richard (He's French) waited outside the hotel building to guide us safely to the hotel. He explained all the the detail how to go in and out of the hotel entrance. 2. Welcome champagne and candies 3. Room is clean and spacious 4. Breakfast: all you can choose from the list (must be filled the day before) and served in the room every morning 5. Location: within walking distance to Napoli centrale & Napoli Porta Nolana station 1. Although not far from the Napoli Centrale station, the cobblestone sidewalk along the way to the hotel made it a little bit uncomfortable if you brought a large suitcase. But this is not the hotel's fault. 2. The area around the hotel is dirty ( also not the hotel-related fault)

This little hotel was a hidden gem in a busy city! Everything was great and Richard and Manuela are incredible hosts! Breakfast was plentiful and beautifully served! Nothing, it was perfect !

Beautiful with amazing personal touches, especially our private garden terrace The neighborhood by the train station is a bit grimy but is filled with amazing restaurants . I loved everything about the property

Room was perfectly equipped and tidy. Cleaned every day. Host was extremely nice and helpful - was waiting for us downstairs when we arrived. Very convenient luggage storage option - you receive card that allows you to get inside and pick up your bags. There is also toilet and shower available - we had flight back late at night so this was very convenient.

Really nice boutique hotel. Small and pretty. It was ideal for a couple of nights. The terrace outside our room was great to chill out on. Staff very attentive with breakfast, etc. Guisy is a terrific host. Made us feel at home from her communication even before we arrived and whilst there. Great value, also.

The hosts on arrival 101% amazing showed us how to get in and out through security doors then gave us beautiful French champagne and strawberries, just to relax , our room was outstanding , capri suite with outside terrace private garden, the hotel would easily class as 5star , decor was amazing breakfast ordered day before brought to our room anytime we wanted , made to feel super welcome and lovely couple , we will definitely be booking this hotel for future visits to Naples as bang in the middle of city Having to leave to go back home as we wanted to stay here

The hotel is above the standards of the area, the design impresses you extremely pleasantly, the rooms are spacious, very clean and equipped with everything necessary. Everything looks like in the pictures. To all this, high quality services are added, with the manager doing everything possible for the guests to spend a perfect holiday. From organizing guided tours, to recommendations of restaurants and tourist attractions, making everything easier and more pleasant. N/a

Giusi was extremely helpful & kind. The room was very comfortable & the hotel was ideally situated for easy access to the station (for trains to Pompeii & Herculaneum) and for the churches in the historic centre. Nothing negative to report.
