Hotel Garden Napoli

Location was great easy to access all the city. View was also great Breakfast was decent We had lot of mosquitoes in the room , Which was bothering us . Bed was not comfortable

Location to the train, bus station and many places to eat. Terrace, views of the city, loungers, chairs and umbrella were great. Breakfast on the terrace was lovely. Wi-fi in our room on the 7th floor was very poor. Unable to connect any of our devices. Rooms a little outdated but clean and comfortable.

Honestly there was nothing I didn't like. This is a nice, well-maintained hotel in a location that is easy to find and easy to get around.

It’s so close to the train station. It’s close to the laundry facilities. It’s close to nice restaurants. The bathroom is tiny. The shower is tiny. When you shower, water leaks outside the shower. Eventually the rag and floor get wet.

Clean, big room, good view, good breakfast, TV has youtube and Netflix and prime video, I really like the hotel overall. The fridge was not working

Great view from the balcony, penthouse over Naples. Quiet. Wi-Fi had a spotty connection

Proximity to the train station was convenient Photos on booking site nothing like reality, roof top area was a dump and could only be accessed by dodging baskets of laundry. Bathroom grout was mouldy, whole bathroom was more like a backpackers than 3* This is a 2* at best and while the price is fair, don’t expect a normal 3* hotel. It is very very simple, cracked tiles in rooms, windows only half open. Charged extra night for city tax ( was refunded later when challenged)

Good location, close to the railway station. Not so clean.

The location was close to the train station and historic district. Breakfast room lovely. Staff pleasant and professional. Held luggage all day. No tea and coffee making. Our room was appointed differently to photos for quadruple room and so we were 4 adults sleeping in a row. Other rooms had much better configurations.

Nice room, good breakfast, great view from the balcony and extra points for that nice receptionist who took care of our luggages while we spent our day at Napoli even we needed to check out the same morning.

Bathroom was in need of updates and a deep cleaning. The fan was clogged with lint, the shower head didn’t work as it should, and the grout in the shower was black with mildew.

The courtyard was so so so beautiful, would love to be there everyday if possible - soaking in the sun and enjoying the

It was very close to the train station. The front desk ran things smoothly. Breakfast buffet was good. Bed was comfortable. It’s noisy and chaotic as soon as you step outside the hotel. It’s located in a frenetic part of town because it’s so close to the train station. Beware of people trying to “help” you before you arrive.

I wouldn't say I liked that there was no kettle in the room for tea or coffee. the room location was the 6th floor. On the second day, they expected us to change to a different one on the ground they wanted to offer the room to a different family, but we refused which annoyed me. The hotel food is good, very clean and good location for shopping.

Great location and very friendly staff A little tired decoration but everything else is good
