Is a little difficult to arrive.

The hotel appears newly renovated and the room looked clean and modern. The bathroom had a strong unpleasant smell that was hard to ignore.

The proximity to the train station and amazing restaurants that are affordable. Decent size room and bathroom. The room was cleaned everyday which was nice. The owner was super easy to contact and responded very quickly to many questions and even helped us with excursions. The breakfast was slightly falsely advertised as it was more snacks (but they were still great options!).

Nice room close to station . Very comfortable and clean. Shops and restaurants close by. Noisy at night but is in city centre but good service and good price. Good instruction to access.

The fact it was on the 5th floor made me feel safe in what appeared to be a very unsafe place. The area, but that was my choice because I needed to be close to the train station. The bathroom could do with a deep clean as there was mould between the tiles and leftover hardened plaster all over the shower walls.

We like how close it is to the food strip and other landmarks in Naples. Accessible to the metro/train station as well. The food is accessible in the pantry. The property was clean and have a nice view from the balcony. It is more on during the cleaner went in our room she just change bath towels and throw the trash and that’s it. I was expecting she will sweep and mop and also change the other towel.

Property and room are always clean, the lady making up the room could not be more helpful. Good to have the kitchen self-serve facilities but, understandably, everything is packaged. Easy access due to clear instructions. Good location for many facilities The shower in Room 3 seriously needs a new handset and rail. It cannot be used as normal as the vertical rail bracket does not match the angle of the handset. You cannot be expected to shower with one hand.

Proximity to public transport. The lift. No face to face contact although indicated on several occasions.

The owner , location , price , rooms , balcony view , breakfast , coffee amazing This is my 4 th visit and I will be back again soon So I’m happy to say there is nothing about this hotel I don’t like

Exceptional

Location Though I requested a quiet room, the room was facing a main street and very noisy. I could hardly sleep well. In addition the shower is broken.

Location was convenient for our short trip. Not a great fan of pre-packed breakfasts. Possibility of doing deal with caffe at the entrance door for a simple voucher? Needed some work e.g. bedside tables hanging off the wall, screech when closing the shower door. Bidet was ridiculously located, tight in between the wall and the WC - below regulations - making it virtually impossible to use. We asked by email, in reasonable time, if we could leave our luggage for a couple of hours after check-out, but received no reply until after we had arrived home. Not knowing if that was going to be acceptable, we used the left-luggage service at the station.

The host, Fabio, was fantastic and very accommodating. The property was clean and comfortable, super close to Gerabaldi metro station to get to Quarteri Spagnoli etc. Overall a really pleasant experience, would stay again.
