The host was amazing prior to and during the stay. Providing information and suggestions, he even arranged a taxi for our departure. The location was perfect, with great restaurants and shopping etc, everything we wanted to dee and do was within walking distance and it was easy to do day trips outside of Naples also If the shower had a handheld shower head as the overhead was lovely but not so convenient if not washing your hair.

The B&B is spotless, modern and its location is super central. Stefano is the best host you can have when travelling! He was very very nice and gave us so much useful advice regarding what to visit, where to eat, how to get to the airport etc. Would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic small accomodation in a quiet street just next to all the hustle and restaurants / bars. Super helpful owner how could always be reached. The room was modern and spotless. Really nothing much to complain. The beds were a bit too soft for my liking and the matresses moved over the bed (should be fixed).

Everything was perfect! Stefano and Giuseppe are amazing people. They were very helpful and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed and provided us with info to make our visit in Napoli as perfect as possible. The bnb was clean and in the perfect location everything was super close. If I ever visit Napoli again I will definitely stay there again. 10/10 would recommend!

Stefano is an amazing host who pays attention to every detail, so the apartment was always spotless, breakfast and coffee were great (we even got additional savory food as we mentioned we prefer that over sweet). Location is super central but in a quiet street, so it's perfect for a proper rest in between long walks around Naples ? /

Stefano was the best host we had till now. Very polite, helpful and concerned about our well-being and positive experience of Napoli. Although the B&B is absolute central it was a quiet place (for Naples). If you don’t want to stay in an anonymous big hotel but in a personal and italian-stylish house Cloister Inn is a perfect choice.

Stefano is an incredible host with eye for details and keen to always share information about his city Naples. The rooms are very decent and clean. It is located in an older building so there can be some noise coming from the street, upstairs neighbours or even the kitchen.

The owner Stefano is very helpful, he gave tips about the things I want to do. He is very hands on and you will really feet at home.. If I am going back to Naples, I will definitely stay again here!!

Everything was amazing. The location in the center, close to everywhere. The host is very nice, and his help is invaluable. If I were to go to Naples again, it would be only to this place. I recommend it with all my heart.

Absolutely fantastic host, Stefano knows everything about making your stay in Naples as agreeable as possible. He'll find out for you what you need to know. Room is maybe a little small and you do hear other guests from the entrance, but it's spotless clean and the breakfast is good and cosy. Room seems to be recently renovated so everything is good and all necessary facilities are available. Location is great, just around the corner from main sights in the historical centre, but the street is quiet, so no noise during the night. And the softest mattress! If I must find something to complain, then maybe the bed that made some squeaking noises when sitting on it, but that's really it ?

Stefano was a fantastic host, friendly and approachable. Always available for help and tips on food and sightseeing, both for Naples and the surrounding areas. Location is perfect, in the middle of the old city, but still very quiet. Nothing to complain about :)
