The room was well appointed and bright and comfortable The lack of a front desk staff/ concierge. All correspondence needed to be done via text. But when I did need something, they did immediately address it. Loud location .only tea offered in the room no coffee.

It was clean Be aware that “Room 2” on the so-called second floor is actually reached by climbing 66 steps, which may be a serious issue for anyone with luggage or mobility concerns. Unfortunately, the room itself also had a strong sewage smell throughout our stay, which made it quite unpleasant. Another important point: if you arrive on a Saturday night, expect the surrounding streets to be absolutely packed with revelers. Taxis cannot easily get close to the hotel, so you will likely need to finish the journey on foot through crowded cobblestone streets while carrying your luggage. :::

Great location for those looking to stay in Napoli’s Centro Storico. There were a few downsides: The building is old and very tall. Although the B&B is technically on the second floor, reaching it requires climbing over six flights of stairs - more than sixty steps. The bed was uncomfortable: the mattress sagged noticeably, and only one pillow was provided. The sink in the bedroom emitted a strong, unpleasant sewer odor. Breakfast was served at the bar next door, but it was very limited. The bar owner was rude and arrogant, essentially telling us he was doing us a favor by offering breakfast for free. We ended up having breakfast elsewhere.

Great location, clean and comfortable. Breakfast included (voucher given for local bar). Helpful staff. Plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Two large flights of stairs to go up (no elevator).

Very comfortable and quiet property. Bed was one of the best I’ve slept on in a hotel. The stairs weren’t a problem for us but hopefully anyone booking should be able to see that there’s not a lift. The property is nestled in the old part of the city, just a few minutes walk from the underground, walkable to the port area and the shopping streets. We felt very lucky to stay here and enjoy Naples Nothing

Very convenient downtown location, near Santa Chiara beautiful church and very close to the busiest downtown area of Naples , Spaccanapoli and Via dei Tribunali. Bursting of restaurants with all the typical neapolitan food. Old buidings without elevators, but that’s quite normal in an ancient city , get used to it.

Great Location , quiet room well decorated , very secure as multiple keys to enter room authentic minimal Italian breakfast up the street, no lift and very high floors, leaking basin drain took 3 days to fix, black tea bag not replaced each day,

Lovely small, comfortable and beautifully designed rooms. A great central location, walking distance to everything Naples has to offer. Gennaro is a delight and was very helpful. The laneway is quite loud at night

The breakfast of a drink and pastry were quite adequate from a nice little shop very close by on a very quiet street. The only think to be aware of is that it is on the second floor with no lift. This is well advertised by hotel management, but unlike in Canada, the ground floor is zero so it is really like what I would call the 3rd floor, up two long flights of stairs. Ok for me and my son, but perhaps not everyone.

The location was good and a lot of the attractions were easily accessible. The area was lively with a good choice of restaurants and bar. A decent breakfast was provided at a loca bar. Pin'8, and included occasional entertainment by the bar owner. The staff were friendly and the rooms were cleaned daily. The only problem with the hotel is that it can ony be accessed by stairs, there is not a lift/elevator. This will prove difficult for anyone with mobility issues. My party were OK using the stairs and the staff were helpful with moving the luggage. Apart from the accessibilty, there were no issues with the hotel. Public transport is a few minutes away, so a taxi is best to arrive at the hotel.

We had the twin room and it was beautiful. Lots of space and the bathroom was amazing...best shower! The loctation is perfect for exploring the historical centre of napoli. Very easy check in which is always good.
