It was a bit difficult to find

The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was good, and the location was excellent—everything was easy to reach. I really appreciated how friendly and helpful everyone was throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again!

The hotel perfectly suited my needs. I was very happy with the room and atmosphere and most importanlty the staff, especially Vincenzo, helped me with great recommendations for food, shops and cultural activities. He was polite, friendly and hardworking. I will be back!

Location , location , location

Great, central location in the old quarter. Large room with access to the back terrace which was lovely and lush with great, quiet ambience. Staff was very helpful, kept my bags for the day while I went to Pompeii. It’s a long walk from the train station. The breakfast was a bit skimpy.

Great location. Patio area is very relaxing. All staff were kind and very helpful. Mattresses were a bit stiff.

Once inside the annex building, the place was clean, well-lit and comfortable. Staff at the main building was friendly and helpful. The location of the annex building was in a dark alley in a sketchy area with people hanging outside the building at night.

Location was fun with a great vibe and energy on the streets surrounding the property. Staff was very friendly and took great care to make sure we were welcome and all our arrangements for arrival and departure were taken care of.

Nice Location Small room. The annex rooms are inconsistent. Had an acceptable room last stay. But now its so small. Noisy- i can hear the party on the streets from my room.

Locating the property then check-in was confusing. But just a little inconvenience. The What’s App helped

We did not have hot water for a shower in the morning.

Unit was clean and stocked with necessary items. We should have been in the location we reserved, but they put us in a different location that was not in the historic center. Also there was no Breakfast at this "B&B". There isn't a single picture showing the room we were given which was NOT on the property we booked. The directions were unnecessarily confusing, especially because we were not in the area we booked. Instructions on how to get to our room once inside the building were also very confusing. "The apartment is on the first floor, down the stairs and to the left. Exiting the elevator, you'll find "Le Ninfe" on the right..." In Italy, the first floor is really the 2nd floor. So we went up to the "1st" floor on the elevator, and took the stairs down to the left... putting us back in front of the elevator on the ground floor. Unbelievable lack of direction clarity.

Good location, nice staff, and clean rooms. But… the terrace advertised on Booking is only accessible with some suites, not all rooms. Our bathroom was separate from the room, which I don’t remember reading in the description. There was also noise from the street in our room. Good for a short stay, but I wouldn’t come back.
