Perfect location , clean and perfect for groups . The staff was very good and they helped with everything . Rooms got clean every day and we found everything perfect each time we went out. Highly recommend

The location is perfect, close to the train station but at a safe distance, very close to the ferry, close to the busy streets of Naples but in a quiet area. Clean, a big plus is the common area and the terrace. A minus is the furniture on the terrace, which needs a replacement, but this is just a small issue.

Location is great to visit Centro Storico with many desirable tourists site nearby within 20-30 minute walk. However, a bit noisy at night from road noise. Some exposure to road noise at night due to crazy Napoli scooters and other traffic.

The Decor and Ambiance was authentically Neapolitan ; Lisa, the host, was charming, informative, and accommodating; central and walkable location Nothing!

No breakfast, but a clean kitchen. Exceptionally tidy flat. Wonderful bed. Good bathroom. Some initial miscommunications, but after that all was well.

The apartment is in a old building with all the charms of an italian old building. The apartment itself is lacking personality, but the bed is super comfy. The proximity to the train station is a plus and a minus. The journey to the apartment, especially at night, can leave you with an unease feeling.

It is really a very nice apartment. I highly recommend it when you visit Naples. It's close to everything you might wanna see, as well as to the train and bus stations. The idea with honesty box and water/beer/cola in the fridge is absolutely amazing. The elevator that gets you up or down only with 20 cents coin (don't worry, if you rent this apartment you'll get the special stuff to hack it) provides you a new funny experience. The plates and cups in the common kitchen area were very dusty (like nobody touched it for months) although they were staying in the place for clean ones.

We really enjoyed this flat convenient to the metro, short walk to spaccanapoli. Checkin was easy with good communication in advance via whatsapp so they were there to greet us. Not always staffed, but coffee and beverages, including beer, always available in the lobby to be bought on the honor system by dropping money in the box. Comfortable with A/C. 1 room has a large 2 person bed plus a 1 person bed, the living area has a couch good for sleeping, worked fine. TV, fridge, stove all worked fine, shower was nice. 3rd floor didn't have any noise issues. It was great!

Location is great. The shower head in the bathroom was broken or leaking water. Bathroom cleaning is not really good. Other things are OK.

The receptionist was quite helpful. Apart from that the only positive things were the good WiFi and the AC. Everything else was catastrophic. The room is advertised as with city view, yet has window. There is a hatch at the roof which does not open. As a result the air in the room is unbearable. I cannot stretch this enough. I had a continuous headache all along my stay. There is mold in every single wall of the room (photos). The room is not clean, the water at the shower is not properly evacuated, the shower no longer has a door, and there is rust everywhere, in the bathroom as well in the room. There is no bin in the room. There was an army of ants in the room. The soundproofing is non existent so in the morning you can forget sleeping. This is even worse given that the maintenance room is adjacent to the room. Finally, the coffee machine, the boiler and cups at the shared spaces were ridiculously unclean. Once again see the photos. I have traveled 2-5 times per year for the last 15 years. I have never had such a bad experience regardless of a hotel's category. Keep away.
