Clear instructions to follow for finding location and entering premises, spotless bedroom and bathroom, Alessandra is very communicative over WhatsApp, great water pressure, clean sheets, good ventilation in bathroom, appreciated the attention to detail (thoughtfulness to include second set of keys for bathroom when using to keep electricity running in the room, provided luggage storage arrangement after check out. Mini fridge with a bottle of water. Nespresso machine and small in-room safe available tho I didn’t use. Terrific lighting (I hate when rooms are super dark). AC worked well. Sound insulation wasn’t an issue for me since I wasn’t in the room much. Well-functioning black-out shutters. Thankful for elevator since not all buildings have this. Decent WiFi, signal was strong enough to maintain a wifi call, had a couple momentary fade in and outs. A few separate neutral points to note: 1) need cell phone signal to check-in. 2) City tax needs to be left in exact change in cash. 3) bathroom water pump is very loud and will startle you the first several times it turns on after water goes down the drains. I chose the single bed w/separate bathroom— bedroom and bathroom are directly inside the entrance to the apartment, with a straw folding screen (mostly opaque) available to kinda cordon off the corner btwn bath and bedroom. for a single female I had no problems though this may not be a scenario others are comfortable with. Also this corner of the apartment is located diagonally in front of a window that faces the inner courtyard of the building with other windows, which I didn’t feel that comfortable with potentially people seeing into the room when I open and close the doors. TV is a bit glitchy and responded slowly to the remote, at one point the screen just turned on without me using the remote to turn it on, then I had to power it off. Towels were a bit worn, a few small stains though seemed clean. The hallway lights are by motion sensor and turn off very quickly (like in seconds), I found myself in the dark many times and had to move around in a specific area to trigger the light. Late at night one night (around 11pm I believe) I heard someone trying to enter the apartment (NOT forcefully) and wasn’t sure if it was a guest or other, bc there were over 10 tries and it felt a little weird, wasn’t sure if it was a guest that couldn’t recall how to get in. Either way I stayed in the room and was ok. There is a camera in the hallway for security and the apartment felt safe. Last thing was when I arrived the main door to the building was broken into (literally a hole punched thru the glass) it looked fairly recent (see photo), right above the lock to the door, which suggested a random person could unlock the door and enter the building. This is not the fault of the owner, though I feel obligated to mention this. The surrounding neighborhood is brightly lit, a little more quiet at night and again I didn’t have any problems when I was there, coming back between 9-10pm.

Alessandra was very helpful for our stay. The room perfectly matched our expectations in terms of size and furniture to be used. The price was very good considering the very good location.

My husband and I stayed here. This place was clean, comfortable, and in a great location! Communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay. We really appreciated the self-check-in process—it was smooth and very convenient for us. The apartment had everything we needed, including a washing machine. There’s also a kitchen, though we didn’t use it since we prefer not to cook while on vacation. Overall, a great stay—we definitely recommend this place! Everything was great

Having a kitchen was wonderful and really helped with the budget. We were able to make breakfast at home. The location is great. Very close to the ferry to hop to the islands, or the train if you're using that. Close to the historical center, a bit further from the shopping center/mall, but was a manageable walk or we used the subway quite a bit also. Great AC, and the WiFi was also very good. I saw the router right by our room so I'm not sure how it compares to the other rooms. We stayed in the one with the cool mismatched tile in the kitchen. Also the owner was very nice and made things easy for us. Three things were on the bad side. The shower was not good. The water pressure was hard then soft then hard. Also the hot water was almost non existent. Showers go from hot to very cold back to hot and to cold again. We would turn the water off to lather then back on and wait for hot or warm water. Also the bed is very very firm. You may like that but for me it was a painful sleep. All in all the good drastically outweigh the negatives.

Great location minutes from all the touristic attractions, shopping, and the port. The room itself is updated and large with small kitchen, balcony, and nice bathroom. The host was very generous and helpful. Overall, very good experience that is definitely recommended. Nothing

Very good owner / manager, even though we have not met personally, we felt properly serviced, all the information received, quick responses on all questions for touristic reasons perfect location close to duomo metro station, train station Napoli Porta Nolana is less than 15 minutes walking, all major tourist attraction within walking distance or easy to acces with public transport, airport bus stop 5 minutes walking in Piazza Pisacane, silent apartment (as for big city as Napoli),

We enjoyed our stay in Agora. The host is very helpful. The location is perfect, close to the city centre and ferry, however still quiet in the night. There are shops and cafe around.

The house is located in a quiet street however it is near the city centre and tourist places. The host Alessandra was such a nice person and we she was always available if we had questions.

It was a great stay for 8 nights. The room was spacious and very nice. I loved the view from the balcony! The kitchen was well equipped so it was possible to make a dinner at home. The coffee machine worked as well. We really felt like at home ? The area is safe and nice, filled with great cafes, restaurants and there is a supermarket nearby. The apartment is near Piazza Garibaldi and Porta Nolana, so you can easily travel by train to other places nearby Naples. There was a possibility to leave our luggage during the last day! I greatly recommend this host ?

Alessandra was wonderful -her extra personal help was appreciated and she completed it with a generous smile. We enjoyed many aspects of the apartment - the balcony for breakfast, beautiful shower, high security, close to everything and the easy directions to find and enter the apartment. After 5 days we did not need to use the Netflix TV because Napoli provided so much both night and day. The apartment simply enhanced our Napoli stay. A microwave would be helpful!

We were very happy with our stay at Agorà. The property was located in the historic centre but on a quiet street. There was not a single moment that we felt remotely unsafe in the property. There is a door at the entrance of the building and Agorà is on the third floor, with an extra security door which was accessible by a code given to us by the hostess. After entering the property, the corridors also had security cameras, so it felt extra safe. Although the area around the property was quiet, it is only a 5-10 minutes' walk from the busy part of the centre, with all the little shops and restaurants. There are supermarkets and bakeries just a couple of steps from the property. The metro station and bus station are also just a couple of minutes away on foot. So, location-wise, it was ideal. As far as the room is concerned, it was very spacious and clean. It was like a small studio apartment, with a bedroom area which had a spacious closet and a working desk, and a small kitchen with appliances (a cooker, a coffee machine and a small fridge). There was also a table near the window where you can enjoy your breakfast, a cup of coffee etc. The bathroom was also spacious and well equipped. Shampoo and body wash were also provided, as well as a hair drier. The bed was very comfortable, although when we first sat on the mattress seemed a bit hard and we were worried that we might not be comfortable. But we did not face any issues at all and we enjoyed a good night's sleep every night. Our hostess, Alessandra, was very kind and helpful. The property has a self check-in system, but she provided detailed information about the process and was always available to answer any questions via text. Although there was no cleaning service provided during our stay, she allowed us to take fresh towels from the linen closet whenever we needed some. She really seems to care about providing the best experience possible to her guests and we really appreciated her help. The only small negative thing we noticed was that the water in the shower took some time to go away. However, it is important to remember that the buildings in the historic centre are old and this is to be expected. It really wasn't an issue for us.

Safe area, accessible by subway. Staff is very kind and friendly, very responsive too and reachable by phone. Check-in and check-out process very easy. The place is a shared apartment, not an entire one. The 1-person room is extremely tiny (I would say 6 to 8 sq. m) and doesn't have a bathroom in it (need to go outside the room). Pictures on booking do not correspond (they show other apartments, while you would expect that if you select the 1-guest room you see the pictures of that cell).

Amazing location, safe building for a solo female traveler. Super central near the main train station (can walk but can also take the underground), and also few steps from an underground stop. Near a grocery store and many restaurants too. Room has everything you need. Host is incredibly kind and helpful. Bed is comfortable etc etc. Having shared laundry was great too A drying rack would be great to dry clothes after washing!

shower area has black mold and disgusting scums on the wall. looks like no clean in the area.
