We liked the location, very close to metro station. The room is just like in the picture - small, but very well maintained. Great to have access to the open terrace on the floor. Everybody complained in comments about the stairs :D Yes, it is an old building and the stairs are indeed high, but not impossible to climb!

The coffee machine was broken partially ?

91 stairs of a stairwell full of scaffolding When we got locked out of the building due to a technology issue, we called the help number and they hung up on us after a short 20 second conversation. We were stuck outside the hotel and needed to sign into WhatsApp on a different phone to access old messages

The view of the ocean is great, the balcony is shared but is really comfortable, it's a nice place to chill after the day and watch the seagulls in the sunset. The coffee is free and the room service is good, the cleaning lady is very professional.

No elevator . Very little hot water.

Nice and clean appartment, great communication with host, no problem with self checkin. I would book it again.

It was a really nice accomodation. The streets around were calm. The owner is really nice. I could check-in earlier. There was no problem with leaving my luggage before and after checking. What really helps me. The room was clean and comfortable. There was also heating what is important during winter time. But at the same time Napoli was really sunny, beautiful and energetic. Thanks ? The stairs at the beginnig seems really high. But I was aware of it and later this wasn't a problem ?

The room has an absolutely gorgeous view and the little garden is a lovely touch. Coffee machine is great fully stocked with pods, very big room and comfortable bed. Great location within Naples to reach everything you want or need and supermarket two minutes away Only that it’s on the very top floor, the stairs are quite a lot!

Location! Owner extremely helpful!!!! No lift so luggage had to be carried for 4 floors. This was not an issue of the property itself just the building infrastructure was not there

There is a huge terrace with a sea view and the host was really helpful when asked for some recommendations in Naples. The building has no elevator and there are a lot of stairs to climb but this is something that can not be managed by the host.

Perfect host, helped out to find best places around. Awesome and authentic food reccommendations. Grazie Location is very noisy- if you are sensitive sleeper this is not the place

On entering from the street the rather ancient and dilapidated stairwell towering above us looked a little forbidding at first but this is a historical city after all and these inner courtyards, which inevitably show the signs of the many years they've travelled through, make up part of its special character: when we got to the top floor though, we found that the room itself was modern, bright and high-ceilinged and there was a view out over the sea and the port with the big cruise ships and smaller ferries. There was free coffee and a coffee machine inside and all other conveniences. The instructions were clear and our hosts were very pleasant. Above all, the location is absolutely optimal for both the station (with the handy Alibus airport transfer for departure for example - you can pay the driver 5 Euros in cash or by card - it took quite some Net surfing to find this out so good to know) and most importantly the buzz, life, taste and colour of the Old Town/Historic Centre which includes the labyrinthine, cobbled-streeted, motorbike-infested Spanish Quarter and its cheerful, noisy chaos. The seafront with the ferry links is a street away (We went to Procida). One last tip: there is a very useful, low-priced, friendly laundry service just round the corner if you don't want to carry too many clothes with you. Overall, we had a great 4 nights and highly recommend this accommodation!

Bed is small (I think 190cm), the location is ok (you can get easily to places of interest in Napoli) but there isn’t really much going on in that particular neighborhood.

Loved the place and Bruno was great host. Seamless check in, location of the apartment central - walking distance from main SpaccaNapoli and Duomo. Loved Nespresso coffee in the suite.

It was a really great experience - the hotel is located in a historic and architecturally beautiful building, close to the sea and the historic centre. The staff was very nice and helpful and the room conditions exceeded our expectations. We will definitely come back! Indeed, it is difficult to climb 5 floors after walking all day - but we didn't mind! It was all part of the experience.
