The lovely ladies who host this accommodation go “above and beyond”for their guests! They helped us get a dinner reservation prior to our arrival as we were unable to call or email the restaurant. When the taxi did not show on our day departure, they loaded us in their car and drove us to the ferry! This accommodation is well situated to the harbor and to the Duomo and other key sites. They serve a lovely breakfast. We were so grateful to be on the receiving end of this unsurpassed hospitality ? N/A

Centrally located, great sized rooms, and amazing staff

The room had awesome AC and my husband and I slept great! The shower had great water pressure and the water temperature was great as well. Our hosts were so sweet and arranged a ride for us to the port for our next destination for less than the taxi prices I viewed on Uber. The location is about a block off of the main tourist street and was easy walking distance to many restaurants, but had a quieter vibe which we loved.

The hosts were absolutely amazing! So kind. The place was very clean, most attractions within walking distance. We had breakfast included in our stay and the hosts were so sweet and generous.

We arrived at 319 al Duomo at 8:30 in the morning, straight off our ferry ship from Palermo. We texted to see if we could leave our baggage there, expecting check-in to be available later that day. Instead, our host Antonella invited us to stop by immediately for breakfast, and asked us what flavor we wanted in croissants! What a welcome to Naples. Our room was clean, bright and comfortable to stay in. The bathroom had an ample-sized shower, which isn’t always a given in my experience in Italy. Our room was also extremely quiet; we didn’t have problems with noise from the street, or from other guests during our stay. The B&B is very well situated - it is convenient to the Naples subway, to the seaport with ferries and cruise lines, and the historical center with the main attractions, restaurants, and places to see. Our host Antonella gave us an excellent list of suggestions for nearby restaurants in Naples. She also offered us a clear and easy-to-follow tourist map and described a suggested itinerary on the map covering all the major sights, which was also extremely helpful for our stay. That said, it may not have been so useful if I had not been able to speak Italian with the host - her English was not the best, so it was easier for her to present her itinerary in Italian and have me translate for my traveling companion. Breakfast every morning was superb - the star of the show was a filled croissant along with coffee or cappuccino, but there was also a selection of meat, cheese, fruit, juices, and savory pastries so we could have the breakfast of our choosing. Furthermore, at every breakfast we enjoyed conversation with the other guests, swapping stories about our travels and talking about our plans for the day. This was fun and made us feel like we were part of a small community. Antonella was very attentive to our needs, and made us feel welcomed and comfortable. Recommend without hesitation, and would definitely stay there again. There were some downsides to our experience, but none of them were major. The first was the unusually large number of keys to manage to get into the building, then into the common areas and finally into our room. They were a bit bulky to carry around, and though they were arranged in order, it was still confusing to use them to get in and out of the building. Further, there was a rather gruff doorkeeper at the building entrance who was there for security reasons, but gave us less than a welcoming greeting when we arrived.

The rooms were very clean and maintained well.

Our hostess, Valeria, was fantastic and made a lovely property even better by showing us very clear photos on Whats App of the facility and the steps to get into our room. She also helped us locate the restaurant we were interested in for dinner and helped us greatly by letting us know Naples was having a marathon the next day. We had to leave for the airport very early before road closures, and so missed breakfast, but she had kindly taken our breakfast order via text earlier and was so kind to call a cab for us which was waiting at the door when we came downstairs. She insisted we text her to be sure we were in the taxi! I've never felt so cared for by someone I didn't even get to meet. It's a lovely place and well-run by lovely people. I can't think of anything.

The ladies were super accommodating and friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

Everything at the B&B was excellent

Communication was an issue. As a solo female traveler I’d prefer to stay in a location where I can communicate with the owners.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Walking distance to the ferry and city center. Excellent breakfast included. The staff was so kind and helpful. Excellent and quick communication. Nothing!
