Not in control of the operator: Traffic noise from one of Naples busiest streets. Elevator was sketchy and stopped working on second night.

The hosts were very helpful. I thought it would be a hotel but it was more like a room in a small apartment. It was cozy and clean. The location is a bit "gritty" but it was convenient to so many interesting sites in Naples. It also is close to so many places with great food, especially pizza.

We just needed a place to sleep for 2 nights before and after a day spent in Pompeii and Sorrento. It met our need. It was reasonably close to the train station, which was our greatest priority. There was a view of Vesuvius from our balcony. All the details about how to get into the place were sent while I was touring another city. By the time I could pay attention to them I couldn't get them to download and my phone was dying. Receiving the info a few days earlier would have been helpful. With explicit instructions to download immediately. The a/c had not been running when we arrived and at the late hour, we couldn't tell if there was a/c (first night in the country and no clue how things worked). It was a hot first night. The next day we figured it out and it was fine.

Hosts were very helpful, it was very clean. The balcony next door were very noisy and woke me at 2.30am

Nothing really the room was cosy. The place met the expectation. You could say that the room and bathroom are a bit tight and small but who cares, we only selpt there. The important thing is that it was well maintained and clean.
