Napolit'amo Hotel Medina

could not find this place because the "hotel" exists on the third floor of a random building. Had a really hard time speaking to the front desk person as he only spoke italian and we spoke english. I think advertising this place as a hotel is misleading, it is just a room.

The location was great - especially to the port and the metro, the breakfast was amazing, including made-to-order coffee, and many other special treats and most importantly Fabiana was so helpful for rookie Italy travelers like us. We did everything we needed to do in Naples/Amalfi and discovered all the cool, interesting neighborhoods with her help! We slept with the windows open to the busy streets below and generally received the full Italian experience here! Our room was very close to the front desk and got loud especially at night.

Breakfast was good, location was excellent. The hotel is in the 3-rd floor of an administrative building, which is old and non-heated. The rooms lacked professional solutions specific to a modern hotel.

I do not find anything to complain. As a point of improvement, maybe I would pay more attention to cleaning of the floors, but that's all.

The property is strategically located- near eateries , churches and stores. The air conditioning unit wasn’t wiring well- although the staff was always very accommodating and trying to assist in any way they can. Josephine was very accommodating .

The location was near the cruise ship and ferry terminals and close enough to the main tourist areas as well. Good location to take a few day trips by ferry and tour Naples before embarking on our cruise The room and bedding were basic but fine for a one or two night stay. Breakfast was a little limited. The elevators were small for travelling with luggage.

The accommodations were perfect. The place was clean & well maintained with friendly staff. It was very confusing trying to find the place. There are no signs to inform you of the correct place.

Breakfast was very good with adequate choice. Staff very friendly and prompt with coffee service. Location was great and near the port with many interesting areas and attractions within 1 km with easy walking. Also , when we had a problem with some floor tile in our room, it was attended to very quickly by Antonio at the desk who arranged another room. He was overall excellent at his job and extremely friendly with very good English skills.

Our stay was great! The reception staff were absolutely lovely and helpful. We definitely recommend this hotel!
