Abandoned hotel! Do not book! Hotels.com this hotel needs to be removed from your site. Also having to wait 7 to 10 days for a refund

I wouldn’t stay with this people they blame u for room they haven’t cleaned and then they don’t know how to communicate the actual property need to contact any third party reservation and not call center because a lot of communication goes wrong .i have worked hotels to know this and by far this is the worst property my family and I would never again get a room so old , outdated , u can’t even call it a suite compared to other hotel. Like the owner of this place I feel sorry for cause this says a lot about your character and you care for your property .

The whole experience was TERRIBLE/HORRIBLE!!! Absolutely NOT as advertised as it was online! First & foremost, when we arrived at 3:00pm (check in time) the office door was LOCKED! We had to wait a hour & a half outside in the cold for the receptionist at the front desk to arrive to check us in. We booked an Oceanfront room & upon check in was told there’s no longer any Oceanfront rooms available! So being that we traveled over an hour to get there we still decided to stay being it was always Valentines Day! We get to our room & OMG, it was filthy, we had no toiletries, no wash cloths, no towels, only a half roll of toilet paper, we had NO hot water, the toilet would not flush, I mean I can go onnnnnn! The outdoor & indoor pool had absolutely no water inside it Smdh, it was empty with green residue all around it! 0/10 !!! Would NOT recommend this hotel!!! Will NOT be going back!!!!! The most HORRIBLE vacation experience of my life!

No one in office to check-in are out had to wait 2 hour to check-in an out

Couldn’t even find or get to the hotel. The hotel is under 3 separate names which direct you to 3 different locations within a block of each other. We tried to call 4 times over a hour span and no one answered. Then it was blocked off with police and an ambulance.

Nothing service was horrible , tried to check in no one at front desk . Called the number off of google no answer. Never contacted anyone from the property Everything

Never made it I couldn't find the hotel

It’s on the beach, there was a very nice maintenance man who let us in our room when we locked ourselves out. There was shit stains on our towels and they don’t give you new ones , our showers didn’t have warm water anyway only cold, no one is in the office from 11-5 so you can’t check in after then or ask for toilet paper or new towels . We rented two rooms and only one room had toilet paper. The pool was broken, and the hallways had dirty towels and linens just on floor outside for all days we were there. No parking if you park in the wrong spot you’ll get towed. Every hotel I’ve been to gives one key person they only gave us one per room. The white lady at the front desk her name starts with d I think, was so unprofessional and disgustingly rude. Worst experience in a hotel my entire family has ever had.

That the staff was friendly and a maintenance worker let us know that the building is scheduled to be torn down. The air conditioning was the only good thing about the room. At checkout the receptionist, appeared to have heard the complaints before and told me to address these issues back to Booking.com. She looked embarrassed but at least she was honest. The name of the building was not correct. Extremely hard to find, even with the correct address. After talking to people on the street and literally walking the strip, did we see the address. The check in building was behind another building. There was no good parking, had to park across the street, behind a building. At night it was very scary to park and walk to the hotel. One of the maintenance workers, told me and my guest, not to go down 14th Street, "There are a lot of junkies down there". Note the hotel was on 13th Street. The name of the hotel says "Oceanfront" but the receptionist state, the name is misconceiving, I know. You have a choice of looking at another building or 3 pools. Of course, I settled for the pool and needless to say, one was totally green. I guess algae buildup. A pool employee was pouring something in it. We asked was that to clean it and he responded, "No, it just keeps the algae from building up. They're getting ready to tear these buildings down". The water in the sink remained cold and the water was hot from the shower only one time and that is when we first arrived. Only 1 person got a shower with hot water. No phone in the room and the elevator floor felt too soft. Didn't trust it. We literally lived out of our suitcases because did not feel comfortable putting clothes in the one dresser they provided. The deception was everywhere. Also, the flooring was 2 different types with spacing between it.

Old and dated, but clean except for the two cockroaches.
