This was the most disgusting place I have ever stayed. The smell of Marijuana filled our room at night. There was sound of people fighting at night It was so dirty that we would not even eat the free breakfast.

The room was not clean, the breakfast was just waffles and cereal, did not have to deal with the staff because we could not wait to get out of there, the pictures on line was deceiving. Never coming back to use Days inn.

Floor was filthy. Had to mop it with the towels provided. Paid a “resort fee” but this is a very basic motel with a simple pool, not a resort. Continental breakfast was lacking. 2 cereals, waffle make, toast and yogurt was only thing provided.

We arrive and was required to initial that if I leave early I would still be charged for the room. There was bedbugs the mattress had blood at the head of the bed. My husband and I was in the room 2 minutes then checked out I should not be charged for filthy bedbugs and blood is not my idea of a clean room and bed!!!

Nothing What is the status of my complaint with my terrible stay at this hotel… I was at a hotel with an autistic child who they didn’t have elevators working for meaning we had to go up 3 flights of stairs then the room was damaged outside the vent was torn I paid for a hotel with stove etc and they had no utensils to cook or eat with so I had to use aluminum foil to eat with. The staff was very rude and left for the night because they stated they was there all day causing another family to get stuck on an elevator that only worked one time. The entire experience was terrible. The breakfast if u can call it that was non existence this entire stay was very upsetting I couldn’t even enjoy the time I was there. The phones also didn’t work so I would have to walk up and down the flight of stairs since their elevator didn’t work. I sent pictures etc and still no response. We are going into May now and I went at beginning of April

The only issue was I had to take my key card up to the desk 3 different times to get it reprogrammed. The last time we got locked outside but thankfully my husband had the other card in his wallet.

Stacey was the only nice front desk staff I encountered during the whole trip. She was kind and attentive. All other front desk staff did not have any customer service skills and had much attitude upon arrival. They were not approachable or engaging at all. The first room I was booked in, had an air conditioner that stopped working so my room was switched to where I found a dead waterbug in the second room's bathroom. Housekeeping was able to promptly clean it up. Breakfast was fine. I would not stay again unless the price is right.

No suit case holder or iron. Ironing board was broken and only cold air came out of the drier. The remotes for each TV had to be exchanged because niether worked. Fridge cut off on Thursday, but did come back on the next day. No soap in either dispenser. No dishes, utensils or pots/pans to use while there. I didn't mention that because I wasn't planning to cook anything, but if a kitchenette is in the room, I think these items should be available. A large trash can was located outside my door and some guests left trash outside of it that was too big to go in which attracted bugs. There were so many things to complain about that I just stopped but the few things I did report (remotes, iron and board, fridge, trash, bugs) were taken care of fairly quickly. Who mentioned an additional $35 charge. I asked why it wasnt mentioned or included in the charge from expedia she said don't worry about it is standard. I mentioned contacting corporate she said i didn't need to do that.

The pool is really small, the property is dirty and the steps to the beach are really rickety. We found a cockroach in our room and immediately left. When we went to the front desk to leave and report the issue the lady wasn’t a bit surprised that we seen a roach and said we couldn’t be refunded so I talked to Expedia and they are getting a refund process started. I wont stay here ever again.

Location was very good and room was relatively clean if you overlooked cockroaches, bugs, and NO housekeeping. And the facility looked like something from inner city slum lord oversight. Facility was in state of disrepair. I can't believe it had not been condemned! Also trash overflowing trash cans in corners on balconies.

Easy access to the beach The front desk clerk was so very nice the pool was nice and the beach was great

I like that it was close to the oceanfront. I didn't like how small the bathrooms were it was very claustrophobic and the elevators were always getting serviced and we were on the 4th floor and when we checked in and we're about to check out we had to carry stuff up and down the stairs and it was just really heavy.

My bedding was dirty upon arrival. There was urine around the bottom outside of the toilet. There was one dirty chair sitting on the balcony there is mold on the curtains. The breakfast was cold cereal a very small yogurt or make your own waffle with coffee to drink no juice, milk enough for the cereal.

Cons- the walls are paper thin, you can your neighbors conversation like they’re sitting across from you. The floors are not mopped. I took my shoes off and walked around, by the time I got to bed, my feet were black. There was 2 roaches crawling on the bathroom sink

This place is a joke. We stayed one night and was very disappointed with the whole experience. The rooms were not very clean, the one elevator they had was broken, the staff was a rude, the hot water heater to the whole building broke, the breakfast buffet was a joke. I’d give this place a zero if I could.

The view of the beach and access to the beach was amazing. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I would say the look needs an overall redo but it’s not horrible and was amazing for the price and location. I’d stay there again

There was no hot water and they didnt know when we would be able to shower. There were cockroaches all over the applicances and floor. The bathroom fixtures were either broken or not appropriate for the fixtures. The neighboring room was screaming and cussing at 12am and we have to WALK to the front office because the room phone was disconnected and covered in POOP. Do NOT reccomend. The staff personel refused to give me a receipt for what I paid for the room when we left and refused to stay there.

We had a beach front view. The hotel is definitely a “get what you pay for” but to be as run down as it was, it was decent. The staff were all very sweet. The elevator was broken so the stairs were a struggle but otherwise it was okay.

We didn’t eat breakfast because the smell was not good. Everyone about this hotel I didn’t like. There was hair everywhere. I had to go out and buy towels and cleaning supplies so that my family and I could have clean towels and a clean area to shower and use the bathroom without hair being everywhere.

The beds could be separated by a door, which is nice depending who you are traveling with. The view was good and access to the beach was nice.

The phone in the room did not work, the tv in the bedroom was missing a stand (leg) so it leaned, the sofa bed made you feel like you were sitting on the floor. The faucet on the sink had gunk on it, the small fridge was missing side holders, the freezer was full of ice, the top of the microwave was carroded and there was no coffee pot. To top it off there were ROACHES !! They have to do better this was sad just sad the worst get away I ever had. This was my 1st time staying at a Days Inn and based on this stat I don’t think I will stay at another one.

Breakfast was ordinary: cereal with milk, waffles with syrup, yogurt, orange and apple juice, and coffee and tea. Would be nice if they had some basic fruit: apple or banana. Staff was friendly enough.

(201) The room we stayed in needs a little work as in the bathroom door needs replaced since it looked like it was falling apart at the bottom, the door to the balcony needs a little help as well because the doorknob was stuck and made it hard to open it. We saw a few cockroaches when we would move a trash can or turn the lights on. It also would have been nice to of had a plug for the bathtub because it did make it hard for my child to take a bath.

The place look like it was ran down and maybe built in the early 70s. It was not worth the money I spent. I would never recommend anyone to go stay there even if it was their last resort.

I liked the room inside. My wife loves the beach and it's right on the beach that's one of the good things. Very small parking lot.

Horrible for the price I expected a little more, the parking lot smelled of pee, the elevator stopped that it was going to fall, the dirty room, one of the airs did not work there were cockroaches, spiders, the door maco was falling, the balcony and the dirty windows and it smelled of pee too, and they did not clean or give more towels you had to go to the reception to bring more and take the dirty ones so that they gave you more the only good thing was the location.

Reserved a room for one night and could not even stay the full time. Walked into our room at night to find 3 giant roaches on our floor, went up to the front desk and they couldn't even give us a broom to clean it ourselves. They were unhelpful and unresponsive when we tried to call again later.

Dirty nasty room. Motel like the type that hookers and drug dealers stay in. They made the pictures seem like it was top notch but when you get there you can’t get a refund. They will get sued

Very dirty, was non smoking and bass majority of guests were smoking cigarettes and marihuana . The smells was so strong. People litter everywhere. Drinking and eating in the pool . The latch was missing and it was on the same floor where everyone is parked. Front desk moved me to the second floor and the room was dirty. Both room were dirty. There were crumbs on the floor. When I booked my room, I booked it for six people, and they said that the room would sleep six people when I got there. It did not sleep six people. The room was filthy. The floor was so nasty that it turned my families feet black AC the phone and chairs were broke when I arrived And they did not wanna do anything for me when I went to them about the issues they just told me there was nothing they could do about it and I had to keep my room because that’s what I picked when I booked it whatever you do do not stay there it is horrible

This hotel is being vastly misadvertised & a literal roach motel. Claimed ocean views but limited to 12 of 60 rooms. The pool area is less than maintained or cleaned regularly. The deck crossing to the beach is a hazard and rotting wood is in serious need of repair. Given room 408 even after advising them we had a handicapped person. Waited 20+ minutes for an elevator that never came in a steamy open air corridor. Only one handicapped space available, and zero space for lg cars without it blocking the very narrow driveway. Entered room 408 after climbing 4 stories in the sweltering humidity , an attempt to use the restroom was met by 2 cockroaches and a toilet that didn't flush. After chatting with the staff about the lift, they switch us to a different room (209), but completely ignored the request for supplies to accommodate 4 adults. Overall, the staff were indifferent to the quality of service and never once greeted us or seemed to care about our experience. Both rooms (& possibly all of them) had gaps in the frames which let bugs, hot air and noise in. They also had to be forcefully shouldered open as none were sealed or set correctly. Bathrooms tiny barely broom closet sized. Only ice machine was outside & didn't work. "Breakfast" was yogurt & all bread items. No fruit or proteins. This place deserves zero stars. Never again. Expected better from a Wyndham property. Beware of "suprise" per night fee at check-in 4 beach access.

DO NOT BOOK HERE! We had planned a family getaway for the weekend, it was a terrible neighborhood. Right on the strip with many questionable people wandering around. We did not feel safe in this place. We did not stay the night and the hotel would not refund us.

Did not like how the tub area looked like it was falling apart on the ceiling and the tub fixtures were looking like they didnt fit--saw pipes sticking out. The bed had a wad of black/brown hair between the sheets. The floors were super dirty. Walking around in socks made your socks black.

I saw bad review was very skeptic of coming but after arriving did not see any bugs. Only thing wish the Breakfest be better.

Upon arriving my wife and daughter were verbally accosted by black dirtbag hoodrats. We feared for our safety and left. Lost 454 bucks as they lied to us about charging only one day rate. They took it all and never refunded. Disgusting low life scumbags. I hope those punks who tried to intimidate us get theirs soon!! Avoid central Myrtle unless you are a good hood rat. If you are a white person fear for your safety. Days inn I would sue you for my money If I thought I would get it back. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE IT IS NORTH PHILLY AND YOU ARE A WHITE PERSON.

The room needed a few repairs, I dont mind cosmetic stuff as much as the floors, they were horrible. Upon arrival you can not walk in without socks or shoes. The floors were black. When notifying staff they blamed it on the floors in the room and outside. Im not aure they were cleaned upon arrival. They definitely need some deep cleaning and pressure wash outside the concrete.

I have seen a lot of dirty floors but this one took the cake! I hand mopped with rag 4 times and it was still blackening the rag Everytime. Not beach sand, it was filthy. Maids are really sorry

Loved the room, spacious, clean, new tv’s. Only complaint is ice machine broken and we got a loud bunch on our last night next door. Not much sleep. It could happen anywhere. Front desk person was super friendly. The property is old but clean.

It’s basically a crackhouse posed as a hotel. Had 3 kids and after being in a horrible, unsafe, room for 10mins with everything smelling like weed we asked for a refund and left. Never got a refund but rather waste my money then endanger my kids lives.

Left after only there for an hour. The hotel looked like it hadn't been remodeled since the 1900's. When we got our hotel keys they didn't work. When we rode the elevator to the top floor there was a sign on the elevator at the top stating it was out of order when we just used it. When we asked front desk about it they stated it was to give the elevator a break to make people use the stairs more. That the elevator gets stuck and traps people in it. When we got into our room their was black mold on the curtains, mold on the baseboards of the beds, mold in the ice bucket, paint peeling off the walls in the bathroom, brown stains on the bed and sheets. The air conditioner fell apart and was covered in lint and mold. When returning from the beach before we got into the hotel we tried to use the shower to wash the sand off our feet, but t it was broken. People from the second floor yelled at us to wash our feet off in the pool. And the ice machine was destroyed with police tape on it. Was not offered a refund and I will Never stay at a Days Inn Ever Again! This hotel should get zero atars

The employees were very kind and easy to talk to, however the accommodations were not great. There were clothes left in the room from the previous person I imagine. The room had what appeared to be water damage on some of the doors and base boards. The phone in the room was plugged in but had no lights or dial tone. The room was booked for 5 people and only had two towels. The air/heat unit would not power off so it had to be unplugged. Once the other unit was unplugged, I noticed an electrical burn mark on the outlet cover. The environment outside of my room the next morning smelt of weed. The entire night screaming could be heard. The window beside the door could be seen through even with the blinds closed. I had to scrunch the cloth blinds together and set them on the window sill to prevent being able to see in or out while sleeping. The individual conditioning/shampoo and lotion bottles were accommodating but did not have seals so I am hoping that that were not previously used, but have no way of being certain. The soaps were small but were individually wrapped, which I appreciated. The accommodation was made for two nights, we only stayed one and checked out the next morning. The hotels.com app offered a cheaper rate for a no refund option. I should have paid the extra.

Had to make a decsion on what to unplug to use coffee maker. Old fashioned portable heater sits on floor by bathroom door. Floor by door sags, looks like water damage. Cut my 3 night down to 2.

The staff at this property was wonderful, understanding and accommodating. I really do appreciate the assistance I was offered. However the property and rooms were atrocious. My doors were off and/or didn’t fit the frame properly. One of my pillows had something on it, the refrigerator smelled and I found dead roaches and killed 2 baby roaches. Also the ice machine was broken. The property needs a complete renovation.

Elena was wonderful. The staff was friendly and polite. Based on reviews, the room and hotel was exactly what we expected. The room had been updated, the bed was comfortable, the towels were clean and fluffy. The property needed aome repair and was not.overly clean; there was dust and dirt in non-traffic areas, but the bathroom was clean. We felt safe at the property, but did not feel safe walking to nearby retail places. The breakfast was basic. I paid for an efficiency room and I do not recall a mention to bring my own stuff but there was not one single pot, pan, dish, or piece of silverware in the room. We felt it was a good value for what we paid this time of year.

Everywhere was dirty with roaches and all the front desk lady there she don’t help with she get attitudes if you interrupt her from sitting down and talking on the phone all day, it was There are cockroaches both in the bed and throughout the whole place. The rooms have not been updated in a long time.

I liked the price for a beach front room that was in close proximity to the venue that I was attending for the weekend. The hotel clerk was very friendly and explained all the amenities available. I noticed that the rooms could use major updates, such as more lighting in the walk ways, repaint the rooms. My room had roaches which I noticed within the first minute in the room. I immediately rebooked somewhere else.

Everything about that place is awful, linens and bed were dirty and disgusting, hallways and elevators smelled like pee, sex workers were arguing with clients and each other, there was mold everywhere i couldn't sleep. We had to checkout after 2 nights. We tried to make it work but it was hell.

We had an oceanfront king size room. The room was covered with roaches. The floors I don’t think have been mopped as the bottom of our feet and socks were completely black. Went to the office to get another room staff was good and moved us immediately. Parking garages were dirty with trash that had been there for awhile as it was stuck to the concrete.

Would not accept my Local state ID and Geneva was extremely rude. Low customer service standards. Untidy in her uniform. Heavy accent and rude.

This is my second request for a full refund. The bath room was uncleaned with hair in it. A roach crawled off the bed onto me as I was watching TV. There was only one elevator which was in horrible shape and a previous couple got stuck on. I am very displeased that Wyndham has such a crappy property. This is the only hotel that I've ever encountered that has a large bright red sign at the front desk that warns "No Refunds". There are no photos of this or the terrible non-updated bath room shown on the Days Inn website!! I want a refund!!!

The area is decent, but this hotel is completely deteriorating. The worst thing about it that the reviews are totally true about the roaches. As soon as I enter the room, the floor was all sandy and saw roaches scrambling,mostly in the restroom. Very disappointed!!!

We selected for 6 people stay but when we got there only for 4 people room. Asked for refund but hasn’t need refunded in my card from Friday yet and it’s Sunday. Realized the amount to refund isn’t correct on paper either. Lady was rude at hotel.

Wonderful stay! Loved the totally private balcony and ability to have balcony door open for fresh air and to hear the waves. Very nice people at the front desk. Good parking. I would stay there again, in the same room, 202.

Very reasonable prices for ocean front hotel stay.

Front desk lady, morning, was just a gem. Nice to talk with and help with needs and answer questions!

The lady at check- in was nice however the lady on night duty didn’t care about our door not closing, other things in the room not working, not having towels & my daughter getting hurt by faulty equipment on the property that should have been fixed.
