- 4/5
The pool wasn't open. The water pressure in the shower wasn't good at all. Everything else was fine - the beds were comfortable, the air conditioner was good and cold, the breakfast was adequate.
- 3/5
Room needed a little better upkeep. I booked two rooms with king beds but only 1 room had the king and the other room was two queens. The furniture was very used and room was outdated, could use some touchups.
- 5/5
Very nice staff and a clean place.
- 5/5
Staff were very friendly and hotel was comfortable and clean!
- 2/5
Upon arrival, staff at the front desk did not look, professional or very welcoming as well after arriving needed a snack and some drinks very short limited on drinks and snacks. Available cooler was empty. Shelves were empty morning staff as well at the front desk was not very happy when speaking to them in general about hi, how are you doing? Very vague response.
- 4/5
Everything was good. But If you can extend the hour of breakfast and notified customer @ what time starts and ends the breakfast. Because we almost missed the it..

- 3/5
We checked in the young lady was super helpful. I think her name was Brianna, but I might have gotten that wrong looked very well kept went down to our room and there has been a leak in the bathroom ceiling. The bath tub needed, cleaned, and re-grouted there was tons of rust in one of the areas. I actually took some pictures. The interior door lock was broken and the ladies for breakfast in the morning did not speak any English and the TV in the lobby was broken.
- 5/5

The staff members were very polite and helpful. Our room was BIG and very nice!! Clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was EXCELLENT! I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

- 1/5
Didn’t get to stay at the hotel because they were overbooked
- 4/5
good enough
- 5/5
Quite, clean, great breakfast, great staff!
- 2/5
The breakfast was good, it had a lot of options. Gym was good as well. The rooms are big, the only bad thing is that my pillow cases were dirty. You could also hear everything from outside
- 5/5
The room was cleaned and cool doing the entry. And the checking, the front desk was able to check me early and quickly.
- 5/5
It’s was really clean and everyone was respectful
- 2/5
Hole in the bathroom ceiling above the tub. Room was dirty
- 3/5
The room had 2 light bulbs missing. I also saw what looked like a blood stain on the comforter. The staff was nice and the breakfast was okay. The hotel looks like it's a little rundown. I will not be back.
- 1/5
Room the door wouldn’t lock. I had hair all in my shower. Had a dog in the hallway barking
- 1/5
People next door was having a party
- 4.5/5
The breakfast was fine. Liked the availability of coffee all day. Location was easy to find and very accessible to services. Tried to wash clothes. No soap available, no change and could not get clothes in the dryer because it was occupied. Nice service to have, maybe expand it.
- 4/5
yes
- 5/5
It’s always clean staff is friendly
- 2/5
Beds are comerfotable lousy pillows Way to many tv channels on payper free tv extremely limited
- 4.5/5
Great, newish property. We had an Executive King room that was really nicely furnished / designed and topped all other La Quinta experiences we've had - and we've stayed at many all over the country. A lot of workers stay at the property, so the parking lot is full of (large) construction vehicles...but it's really not a big deal.
- 5/5
The room was clean. Staff was courteous. Only problem: we could not block bright light coming into our room at night.
- 3/5
Otherwise everything else was great
- 5/5
Parking was good. Room was clean. Breakfast was very good. Check in was awesome.
- 3/5
Staff was great.
- 4/5
Best stay so far in the Midland/ Odessa area so far
- 4/5
Good location for our needs
- 4.5/5
Nothing
- 4/5
The breakfast was free and was the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. I felt really safe and comfortable here also. The room could have been cleaned better but that is on the cleaning person. However overall I would stay again.
- 5/5
very easy check in. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet.
- 5/5
We arrived very late and the staff was very courteous
- 3/5
It was a good hotel. Our only complaint would be the water pressure. It was like there was no pressure at all. Otheriwse everything was awesome! Room was clean, good size. Staff were super friendly.
- 4/5
Breakfast was good
- 4.5/5
Pictures in the room of Midland. Somewhat in need of updates in the bathroom
- 5/5
big rooms
- 3/5
Staff was good place was clean.
- 5/5
I stayed in Room 122. Room was great, but the Bathroom shower was in terrible shape. The walls were coming loose the shower, the chaulking had pulled away and was exposing the inside of the shower.
- 5/5
Clean and good service. Lots of shopping around and easy to get around
- 5/5
Was mostly clean. Blanket had weird black stuff all over it. Not enough towels and they had none at the front desk.
- 5/5
A nice place to stay. Close by stores and hospital is close by the hotel.
- 2/5
This hotel has tears in the room carpets , it’s very run down and needs to be remodeled. I would not stay here again.
- 4/5
Them employees were great. The hotel was nice. The continental breakfast was good. The only complaint I have is that in our room the coffee pot overflowed my husband used towels to clean it up and then we got charged $25 when you know the coffee can be washed out of those stupid towels.
- 2/5
The room was humid, the beds felt like sleeping on a cardboard box. The pillows were like couch pillows, but not as comfy. The toilet seat was broken. The shower was super slippery and also caused a slip and fall. Water pressure was fine though and the front desk people were nice.
- 4/5
It was as expected
- 2/5
The first room they gave me the TV wouldn’t work.so they gave me another room and the a/c didn’t cool worth a damn.there is still no lid on the commode.so that proves these surveys are useless because I wrote up the same room with the same problems 4 months ago.so save your money this place sucks
- 4/5
The property was clean and provided everything we needed. It was pet friendly and I felt comfortable with my small dog.
- 5/5
everyone was kind!!!
- 5/5
Living room TV was out of order
- 3/5
Toilet seat had big chunk out of seat should have been noted by cleaning staff and replaced. Sink and shower had drain problems.
- 4/5
Bedside lamp didn't work, maintenance didn't fix during my 4 day stay.
- 2/5
Outdated, missing bathroom light fixture, weak water pressure, stains in the carpet and tile, loud slamming doors (no quiet hinges), doors, not leveled, did not completely seal around the edges. Booked a five person room, but it only slept four. Only enough linens for two people. Very friendly staff.
- 5/5
Great

To start off we go to check in at 4:30 after being in the hot sun for hours. All we wanted was to rest so then the receptionist tells us her a minute because she had just sat down to eat when she gets done. She heads over starts getting us checked in has a male in the lobby with her who she had been conversating with talking about dating eventually we get checked in after 20 minutes. We head upstairs to go to the room when we get to the room the door is open we walk in the bed isn’t made there’s pillows on the floor and there’s trash in the room so we go downstairs talk to a receptionist. She tells us to give her a minute to find out who was supposed to do the cleaning eventually we tell her we’re gonna go grab dinner to give them time to clean it up. we call back at 5:50 to make sure the room was clean and she tells us to give her 20 more minutes. Finally, we go back around six. No one‘s at the reception. We head upstairs to the room. She’s still in there getting last-minute things cleaned up my kids go get the pullout bed set up. There’s no linen for it so we tell we need linen and she says you’ll have to go downstairs for that. That is not my responsibility. And there was still trash in the trashcan. Later on that night we go take our kids to the pool then the same receptionist who’s supposed to be working walks out there takes her sandals off dips her feet in the pool and gets on her phone with friends or family having a full blown “adult” conversation. So we just left.
- 1/5
Door Locks not working. One room didn't need the key, it just opens. Blinds don't shut! As a female traveling solo i do not feel safe. All rooms were on 1st floor. I would leave but paid in advance.
- 5/5
The room was very clean and cool; the staff was extremely helpful and plessant. The only negative is the lack of parking, particularly when it is full or close to full.
- 5/5
Great place good staff
- 5/5
Very safety place, easy parking, very clean rooms
- 5/5
No comment
- 4/5
The room was very clean, no issues. The pool area was nice and clean. The negatives were, no blow dryer provided. The bed frame is positioned nearly a foot away from the headboard, so when you try to stack pillows against the headboard, they fall through to the floor. Very annoying odd design! Lots of traffic noise from outside, but putting the ac on constant fan helps. There were loud guests yelling in the hallway and slamming doors multiple times all night long, the second night which prevented sleep. How can ppl be so inconsiderate?!
- 4.5/5
Comfortable and close to bowling alley in Midland. Less than 30 minutes to the one in Odessa
- 5/5
The woman at the front desk was so kind and helpful and made sure my family was taken care of.
- 4/5
The front desk girl was very nice friendly and approachable.
- 4/5
We didn't like that there were no blinds to block out the light into the room from the window at night.
- 4/5
It was clean & people were all polite & helpful
- 2/5
Worn condition, cleaning never thorough, coffee not resulted, trash left in wastebasket from previous tenant.
- 2/5
Pet fee watch out. When called about any fee they said no but during booking had to sign paperwork on pet fees starting at $25 on up. Customer service not informative, rude and odd.
- 4/5
Came to watch our 8 yr old grandson play in a baseball tournament. The hotel had the best pillows. One of the bad things was the tub needs a mat or something as it was slippery. The other thing was we have a handicap parking but people without handicap plates/placard’s were parked in the handicap parking spots. Although I am sure the hotel can’t control that. Overall it was great.
- 1/5
They doubled charged me!!! Expedia took it out and then they took out another $100 the day I checked out I immediately went in to question it and the guy at front counter said it’ll refund in 3-4 business days over week later and still haven’t refunded my money!
- 2/5
I was checking in at 6:15 pm and had to wait 20 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. Once checked-in I was giving my room key. Went to the room written on the envelope, no room with that number. Went back to the front desk and was told I didn’t know how to read number's (112). It was room 117. I was then lectured on how to read numbers. Never going to stay there again.
- 5/5
Very clean and atmosphere was very good. Staff was excellent
- 2/5
Overpriced maids were a pain in the ass.breakfast sucked and the room sucked
- 1/5
It was overpriced 1st room I stayed in 208 didn’t have a lid on the toilet seat.a/c sucked.and the damn maids were beating on the door three different times after I had received a text asking me what time I checking out which I replied 11am.the next night I stayed in 201 and there was no hand soap or shampoo and the freaking maids again.would I stay there again?Hell no.And the breakfast pretty much sucked also.Save your money and stay somewhere where they appreciate your business.this place seems like it was run a bunch children
- 5/5
Nice place
- 1/5
Door didnt lock correctly! AC barely cooled.
- 5/5
the room was clean and surprisingly the bed and pillows were very comfortable, the only issue was that there was no hair dryer in the room, however as soon as i approached the front desk they did get me one
- 5/5
Perfect
- 2/5
There was what looked like black mold on our shower curtain, but also the bath tub was dirty. There was leftover food wrappers under the couch and crumbs all over the floor. The ice bucket smelt awful. The window was able to be opened but the seal was so worn out you could hear the wind coming through. The staff at the counter were helpful with our room keys but they kept not working after a few hours.
- 3.5/5
Staff was exceptional at trying to find my reservation which took almost an hour because of Booking.com's mistake. It was not resolved with Booking.com, but there was a room available and I stayed the night. Thanks to the wonderful staff for trying. Shower needs repairs/updating!!
- 5/5
Very helpful staff. Taken care of, except the tub faucet was very rusty looking. The rest of the hotel looked good.
- 5/5
Convenient and staff
- 5/5
Very clean, staff was great, breakfast was good. Quiet, felt safe as a single person staying here
- 5/5
I appreciated staying here as I was surprised by the shear size of my room. It was clean, the staff was friendly and I felt like it was a great value.
- 5/5
Nice place
- 1/5
When we returned we of course wanted to shower and get cleaned up since we had to be at the gym the next morning at 6:30 AM. That’s when we found out we had no water. We went down to tell the front desk and he argued that they had water! We showed him videos and he still wasn’t helpful. I was told to call customer service.
- 3/5
The person checking me in didn't know if there was an ice machine on the 3rd floor and there is no office chair in the room so I can sit at the desk.
- 4.5/5
The room was very clean. The a/c unit was good not noisy and room stayed comfortably temp. Bathroom was very clean. My entry door did not lock correctly nor did it have security latch. Half of latch was mounted on wall but no secure on door. When I left the room door would not securely close and lock behind me. I had to slam door shut several times to get it to lock.
- 5/5
Great Stay for a work trip!
- 4/5
Comfortable beds. Great that it’s pretty friendly. Bathrooms could use some upkeep/updating.
- 5/5
Easily accessible, clean property. Highly recommend!
- 3/5
Hotel is under renovation and got moved twice. First room didn't have a functional lock bolt and second room didn't have a functional heater. Last room was fine but you could tell it wasn't ready for 'showtime.'
- 1/5
The hotel did not have a hot breakfast for guests Tuesday and Wednesday before Thanksgiving after confirming on the phone Sunday they would have a hot breakfast on the day of our Tuesday arrival.
- 4/5
I transferred to this property because the La Quinta on Wall Street was in deplorable conditions. It had water leaks in the floor and walls and ceiling, the sheets were dirty, the lamps didn't work, there were cigarette remains and beer bottle caps in the parking lot, the door had dust and Cobb Webb's on the inside. I felt extremely unsafe. I asked Expedia to transfer me to the La Quinta on the loop. It was much nicer, cleaner, I felt safer, and overall it was a better experience. I did have neighbors who argued at midnight and were loud on Friday to Saturday evening. Other than that, it was good. I didn't like that I was charged $182.00 more for moving. I feel I should not have been charged the extra. I was in town because my sister's husband died. I was there for his funeral. It was already hard enough. Then, experiencing the first La Quinta which was terrible and having to pay extra and the moving all my things to the other made me late to the viewing services for my brother in law. At any rate, thank you for allowing me to give you my thoughts on what happened.
- 3/5
Our room was dark, missing any lamps. When I told the person working the front desk, she did offer to move us but it was late and we were already moved in. There was no shampoo and only one tiny bar of soap for both the sink and shower. There was no place to get a glass of water to drink except the bathroom sink unless you wanted to buy a bottle at the desk. The breakfast was good.
- 1/5
It’s definitely ran down throughout the hallways, trash overflowing when walking into the building. Our windows to our bedroom did not lock first floor, so that was unsettling. The staff was nice, just ALOT of oilfield workers stay there. The parking lot was full of all their trucks and trailers making parking not great.
- 3/5
The front desk jipped me out of money for the laudry room and then didn't have quarters for the laundry room. The shower wouldnt go so hot and low water pressure and it had a musky smell
- 5/5
Great place to stay after a long drive.
- 4/5
Good place to stay.
- 3/5
Sink was slow to drain. Notified front desk twice. Not sure anything was ever done...
- 5/5
Great accommodation staying at hotel
- 5/5
Everything was good.
- 3/5
Only issue we had that we would go to our room and our key card wasn’t working so we had back to front office to get them re-activated, that happened 2 times, we were tired and wanted to rest but we had to go back downstairs
- 2/5
We arrived very tired from a long trip, the front desk was empty. We looked around but the luggage carts were all missing. We waited a while and finally a clerk appeared. Asked the front desk about the carts they answered "we don't know we're they are". Asked if they could ask someone they said "no", they said they had called the manager about it and could do nothing else. Once we finally got all our stuff to the elevator we noticed it was very dirty, went to our room and noticed our door lock was broken. After the encounter we had with front desk we were too tired to request another room, they apparently were not in the mood to help anyone. The bathroom was in bad shape too. There was a hole in the floor, the paint was peeling off and the towels were very worn, small and very thin. Don't know who the owner is of this particular franchise but they seem to want to cut too many corners. The walls in the room were also stained and dirty. The cleck in the breakfast area was very nice and helpful. I believe her name was Deniris. I spoke to the morning desk clerk about all this, she just said "her night staff should know better" that was it. So that was the last straw for me Would love to add pictures but app won't let me at this time
- 2/5
Hotel said it was nonsmoking but first room I was offered was definitely the smokiest hotel room I’ve ever been in. Second room offered smelled better but wasn’t very clean.
- 1/5
Some of my ivlothes and 200.00 perfume was stolen woke up to hose keepers in my room serval times without me knowing
- 1/5
Staff will lie to you about their immunities and their washer and dryer. Whatever Just to get you to stay the night
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Super smooth and very clean and nice !
- 5/5
N/A
- 4/5
Hotel was convenient to route we were traveling. Suite was very large. One trash an for the entire suite was rather inconvenient.
- 4/5
The stay was great, i just didn't understand why i was told the Hotel was booked full when, i had a two week reservation and then they had look for me a room. Which i was given a handicap room. Beside that problem, the breakfast is on business. the BEST!
- 5/5
Nice place to stay. Great location.
- 4/5
This was not the worst La Quinta I have ever stayed at. That distinction goes to Kerrville. La Quinta/Wyndham Hotels are my first choice when I travel. I don't have a scathing review by any means. Just a couple of this to bring attention to. The sheets and comforter, while comfortable, had some previous stains on them. Could have been food or could have been, who knows what. They didn't gross me out or anything. I just wanted to let you know about them. The hotel, overall is good. The bath and showers are bit out dated. I had issues staying connected to the WiFi on my lap top. Maybe it was weather related. A big plus for me with La Quinta is the breakfast. The girl in the kitchen during my stay was on top of things. She kept refilling right up to the cut off time so us late risers could get something to eat. Wish I would have asked her name. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to others.
- 3/5
Everything was great but MANAGEMENT PLEASE GET NEW LINENS AND TOWELS I had to go buy a whole bed set and towels cause it looked like it had never been washed before DISGUSTING!!!! PLEASE GET NEW LINEN!!!!
- 5/5
Location & Staff
- 2/5
We picked it because it was pet friendly and decent price. But room was dirty upon arrival— dirty bathroom and stained bedding etc. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good. But unfortunately will not stay at this la Quinta again.
- 4/5
Properity is a little dated. Bath is in need of repair/update. Water pressure in shower is ridiculously low. Breakfast is nice w/bacon, eggs and Texas shaped waffles.
- 1/5
While rated an 8.3 I found my room to be a 4 at best. The air conditioner could not keep the room cool and out dated surroundings and smells reminded me of an early 1990’s room. Simply put the room was highly overrated and outdated.
- 3/5
Its an ok hotel. Not worth the almost $200 i spent for one night. The front desk lady took forever to come to the desk so i waited and waited. She was not pleasant at all. Like she didnt want to be there. Was very disappointed about her attitude. Then when we got to our room there is a dunky smell and it stinks. Had to spray some perfume to make it amell better. Will nevwr stay her again. Sorry its so negative but this room was expensive. Not worth it!
- 5/5
Room was great Nice and clean.. only had decaff coffee but that was not a major issue. Front desk check in was good suppose to sign me up for Wyndaham La quinta rewards Hope she did.. everyone was nice
- 4/5
I gave it a 4-star because my first floor window was not locked.
- 4/5
Lobby area was nice and bright, always clean. Clerks were very cordial and helpful.
- 5/5
Nice, not like San Angelo which was terrible.
- 1/5
Representative was on her phone and talking to someone in an AirPod the entire check in process.
- 5/5
Came for the Basin Bash. Great time good location.
- 2/5
I did not sleep in my bed, just on top of the comforter. My sheets were pilled and covered in stains and multiple hairs the pillows had hairs under pillowcases. The towels were so worn the edges were gone or ripped. None of the linens (bed or towels) felt clean. The woman who check me is was extremely rude, was on the phone cursing at someone barely acknowledging me.
- 3/5
Tv didn't work, one half of the curtains was broken, so light came in at night and in the morning, and bathroom door wouldn't latch so it wouldn't close. For an overnight stay is fine, but if you are with family and spending some time at the hotel it would of make a difference.
- 5/5
Easy to find, check-in process was quick and easy.
- 5/5
Good breakfast
- 5/5
A wonderful experience
- 3/5
Breakfast is not much to choice, food is simple!
- 4/5
First I want to say how pleasant, helpful and kind the staff was. I think it's important they are acknowledged. However, the hotel was very dirty. Elevator was filthy. There was black mold on the walls in the bathroom. Looks like there must have been a major leak in the bathroom above and the patch job was not very good. Sheets were dingy and very warn. We have stayed at this hotel a few years ago and it was in such good condition.
- 3/5
Above made some slamming noises that shook my room a few times. I called front desk and told her it happened a few times and she said if it keeps happening call her back smh okay. But breakfast ok, coffee good. Clean and they were painting, updating.” Seemed like. Nice property overall. Love location. Would stay again.
- 3/5
The ac was loud, water pressure was low in our room, the smell of bo in the bed, no roll away bed brought after requested 2x
- 4/5
We travel back and forth from Midwest to SW and only stay in LaQuinta’s. Beautiful job on exterior and interior. My room was perfect for the exception of the bathroom. That’s where they stopped the update. It is not the walk in shower like the other locations. Thus bathroom is useable and ok. Ty is certainly needs to be gutted and updated to match the decor of the building. If you would ask if I would stay again…the answer is YES.
- 4/5
I asked to use the meeting room for two hours the day I arrived and one hour the next day. I was told it was going to be a total of $50. When I went down so they could open the meeting room, all of a sudden the price changed to 75. That was not cool.
- 5/5
Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was hot and well tended. Staff was attentive, they made a note that we used a cart to get our luggage to the room and when we were ready to leave a cart was waiting outside our room for us to use.
- 5/5
Excellent location close to HEB!
- 5/5
Breakfast was very good with a nice selection. I did not receive my wake up call. But was a comfortable stay.
- 4/5
Close to every place we needed to go.
- 5/5
Very Clean -
- 5/5
Good spot
- 4/5
Nice hotel, staff was friendly and helpful. We had two dogs and there was plenty of room for them to walk and explore.
- 4/5
Very low water pressure for showing in the morning
- 2/5
It was a business stay, but they would not accept my credit card that I have used at numerous hotels during my trip just flat out not even trying to swipe it. Embarrassing, time consuming and unwarranted.
- 4/5
Check-in was efficient. Room was nice and spacious. I could hear doors (from other rooms) slamming shut. I could also hear my neighbor’s conversation through the closed and locked adjoining room door. But other than that, very quiet. I would stay there again.
