Nothing really List goes on, room was humid, no hot water was n my shower, breakfast is gross and only good thing was the Greek yogurt bowl, location sucks, counter staff hides in office and is on their phone and makes you wait for ten minutes before they realize you’re there. Place just sucks, oh and the burgers are dry and flavorless.

Pool was dirty with leaves, had a smell of something either dead or animal poop…breakfast is not complimentary…$16.00 per person for a pick of eggs, sausage/gravy, biscuits, cereal and fruit. Room floor was sticky when we got to our room. SHOWER hardly had any pressure with LUKEWARM/COLD WATER!!

Maintenance person come the next day to fix it. Instead of repair he used tape to make it work. No other room was available. Graduation weekend and Memorial Day weekend. Staff had no way to help us.

This is a pretty new hotel so everything was in excellent condition. The staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of green space surrounding the hotel that made it nice for the dogs to get out for a bit. Easy walking to several restaurants.

The stay was wonderful and the only small disappointment we had was there was only one lay out lounger at the pool area for tanning.

For the most part the stay was "fine", not great, not terrible, just "fine". We stayed 2 nights, 2 different rooms, and the water in the shower never got hot, only mildly warm, which was very disappointing because one the weather was cold and rainy and a hot shower would have been wonderful, but unfortunately that didn't happen.

The hotel was nice. Used the bar and Brandon was an excellent host. Rooms were good. Hotel was convenient and very clean. The only things negatively to remark upon were that (1) there is no bar soap nor liquid soap at the bathroom sink. You have to step into the shower to use the soap pump to wash your hands at the sink. Our friend did not have any in her room either. When we asked the front desk, they did not have any soap. The other issue (2) was that two of our bathroom pumps were not filled by the cleaning staff and thus were empty -- the conditioner and the body lotion. If you are going to have those pumps instead of actual mini bottles, please be sure you keep them filled! But that is it. Would stay here again for sure. Even though we did not use the pool, it was gorgeous and clean!

The wood bed frames were covered with the linens and stuck beyond the mattress about 3-4". Kept hitting my knees on the bed. No regular soap in the room. Only lotion and the stuff in the shower.

The location is nice. Off the busy interstate and easy to get where you need to go. It had rained the night before and there seemed to be some leaks in the casinos smelt kinda musky.

Bugs in the room. A/C did not work. Was told there was nothing they could do about ether. Tried to get the room attended to twice just for bedding and towels and was disregarded. We ended our stay early because the room got to hot.

Ac didn't work in my room. They did move me to another one that did work but it was a down grade from the king room i had originally booked. I understand that time book quick in the area so i was just glad to be moved to a room with working ac.

The first room was good but way way too noisy at night. Second room was perfect. They did run out of coffee for your room which was a bummer, but they did find me a working hairdryer. Breakfast was ok, but buffet overpriced for what was offered. Overall, I would say the stay was ok.

Very nice. Great staff!!! The bed had a frame that extended out about 3 inch’s from the mattress that both of us hit with our legs!!!!!!!! Fairly painful!!! This is the only issue.

Room was dirty from over used by oil field workers. Very large cocroach bug in bathroom. Told front desk and didnt do anything; killed it myself. Walls had very large stains on wall. Walls by bed had boot scuff marks, chairs were oily. Shower was slow draining and very slippery.

The location was great - central to a lot of restaurants and right off the highway. The staff was friendly and very quick to help when needed. I did not like that the main bar was closed on the weekends - it was the main reason I chose to stay at this hotel because my husband and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary. We had a quick drink at the smaller bar that had less options and not the proper ingredients to make an old fashioned, the bar tender did his best though. I also was so excited to take a relaxing bath and even put that in my request at time of reservation - our bathtubs drain stopper was broken and I had to use washrags to help plug the drain and the water still drained. The lights in the lobby were flickering and it triggered a migraine for me.

Friendliness of the staff. Great Bar/ bar staff. Breakfast was great, They gave us a one day pass for breakfast. Pool was super dirty. There were chairs in the pool. Trash and towels everywhere. Our fridge did not work in the room. We had a light in the hallway that kept coming on and off during the stay. Breakfast was very expensive.

The bathroom fixtures were coming apart and rust was evident in various places. It’s obvious this place was built quickly with little supervision. The construction is shabby and the hotel, although appears nice, is far from it.

Signs in parking lot said, "Park at your own risk. Guests assume all risk." Last day of my stay they hung paper signs that told guests to make sure they had their parking passes visible. I overheard manager telling her employees that she was putting up signs to keep event goers from parking in hotel lot. So that was one more thing i had to do to be able to stay here

Mentioned this to the front desk, but it never got fixed. The breakfast was good, the lobby area is a great place to prep for meetings and the general condition is good. However, there are signs the maintenance program could be beefed up. Particularly at $330/night.

Room 233 air conditioning doesn’t seem to work right. Thermostat never got below 76 degrees. The bed was absolutely hard as a board and made a loud creaking noise every time you moved around. Driving up from work in south Texas, I did not arrive until about midnight. The woman working the desk treated me like I was intoxicated or something. Was very rude and talked to me as if I was intoxicated which was not the case at all. Having to drive 6hrs after working 12hrs can have its toll ya especially traveling. Fast forward to 330am I’m sweating so bad laying bed I just got up and packed my things and left. Stopped at the desk to check out but was never greeted. Also the elevators only work to take you up. You have to call the desk to have the elevator sent up to your floor. Otherwise you have to use the stairs.

All the way to the other hotel to use their pool which was already full of guest from that hotel. Beds were SO LOUD AND CREAKY and so UNCOMFORTABLE. So I got over charged, nothing was in order and The beds were uncomfortable. Only thing good was that the staff was very friendly.

Took pictures of a few things, pool was not open dirty trash inside chair inside pool room had grass and dirt still even on the bed. Bar was closed for the weekend dining was closed for the weekend. The fire hearted in lobby burnt one of our parents kids and was hot with no warning about it. A few other things as well but was not a good experience and won’t be going back.

Everything was great except for the lack of hot water. Everyone that stayed in the same hotel had the same issue. The water pressure was low and the water was never above lukewarm. We should have saved a couple of bucks and stayed next door with the hot water.

The pool looked nice but unfortunately it rained the whole time we were there (not their fault!) The staff was very nice and the cooked to order breakfast was good.

Great bed and very clean room. I just couldn't cool down fast enough in the room. Even on high the ac just didn't blow fast enough for my liking. Other than that great place to rest.

The only thing that is bad, well one of the important things are the beds. They’re horrible!! They need to get new mattresses .

The handle on the toilet was broken, took the lid off the tank and flushed by pulling the chain. Safety bar in the shower coming out of the wall. Carpet had sticky spots, gum or tar maybe. Ice machine on second floor was broken the entire time of our stay. Cook to order breakfast was very good and very affordable. The staff was absolutely great, friendly, helpful, and very attentive. I was a bit surprised that the bar was closed on what I would think would be the best and busiest time. Closed, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, I booked our stay based on the fact that there was a bar available. Overall it was a pleasant experience, just a little disappointed with a few things based on my expectations for a Hilton.

My only complaint is that one of the nights the elevator went out and the stairs are not clearly labelled. No one was at the front desk to ask, so I had to call the hotel # to get information on where the stairs were.

The room was very clean and nice. The lobby was nice and their little "shop" was well stocked with stuff we needed. The front desk clerks were extremely friendly.

The queen mattress was smaller than the bed frame we kept hitting our legs and knees. So that extra space of the bed frame we would bump into it. And it would hurt

My only complaint is the 3rd floor hallway smelt a little of smoke, almost like it use to be smoking available

Ice machines were out of order. Elevator button did not work and required taking the stairs or calling by phone for help. After walking down the stairs due to the elevator button not working, we discovered the exit door, which was a fire door was jammed and wouldn’t open! Had to walk back up the stairs to find a working elevator and by the way I think it is illegal to not have a fire exit! Where is the fire Marshall!?

Close to airport and quiet

Hilton Keyless app did not work on arrival and nor did it the entire stay. I picked room top floor and had to lug myself and luggage down to desk to get a key at check in. Then that night had to change rooms as AC fan not working. Then had to change again middle of the night as the new room fan worked but never cooled off. Staff was helpful to correct issues.

Elevator on 3rd floor did not work. Ice machine on 3rd floor did not work- had to go to first floor ice machine, a great inconvenience but good exercise. Staff was very friendly for my pup and I’m grateful I could share this travel experience with her.

Elevator was broken. And the front desk people must have been short handed. Took about 10 min for someone to get to desk and check in. Other than that it was clean and quiet

Polite staff

This is the first time I have been charged to park at the same hotel I was renting a room with. Whats up with that? We also requested a 4:30am wake up call as we had a flight to catch at 6:30, thank goodness we set am alarm on our phones cause we never received a call from the front desk.

The a/c didn't work and the hot water took forever!

Hotel was in decent condition. Nice staff. Room was clean. Bed was noisy, air conditioner was loud and the shower had no water pressure.

Everything was great, customer service was excellent! Only complaint is our shower had ZERO hot water. Luckily our sons rooms were all together and we showered in one of their rooms!! We would stay here again.

Pool was filthy. Didn’t have a restaurant it was a bar that served some food. Staff was great!

Open the bar on weekends. At least netween 6 and midnight. Theres a lot of oilfield folks flying in and out that need a drink before and after heading home or to work.

Well located. Surrounded by places to eat and shop.

After paying for a Friday night, I would expect a free breakfast like all other hotels. Nope $$ for an omelette and $$ for one waffle. I also wanted a bottle of water and they charged me almost $8. When I asked if the tab water was safe, the lady at the counter said “oh no it’s not safe. Honestly I think everyone checking in this hotel should be told about the “UNSAFE” water. This is my second time at this hotel and there will not be a third. I will choose another one in the area.

Very nice and clean hotel and rooms. The staff was extremely kind as well and the parking lot felt safe.

This hotel is not as nice as it used to be. The main reason I stay here is that there is a bar. However the bar was closed because the computer in the bar area was broken and they had no idea if it would be replaced. The place seemed dirty and room run down

Had some vehicles broken into. The property does not have surveillance cameras. Speaking with the hostess, her and other employees have spoke with management about installing surveillance cameras, but nothing has been done.

Everybody who very kind and offered to help.

They were so helpful. Even was able to put me on a bottom floor. I will be back
