Was the most pleasant stay I have had in the past year of traveling. Everything was a 10!

I liked that I finally got ahold of someone and the funny thing about it was she was just a sales manager who was so very helpful and showed concern for the situations we had. I did not like that the front desk clerks did not show any concern of the problems we had with two rooms out of the 4 my family had reserved for two nights each. First we checked in, went to our rooms. One room had a bad odor like a urine smell, the other room the AC was not blowing enough and it was hot plus the tv would not come on it was just flickering on & off. So I walked to the front desk clerks, told them about the problems, asked them if housekeeping could please go clean the room that had the odor. They said housekeepers are gone already so she gave me a spray bottle and told me you can go spray if you want, but we don't have any more rooms available. I asked her what about the AC if a maintenance person could go check it. The young girl said maintenance is also gone, so I asked her can you call them in. Her response was they only want us to call if it's an emergency situation. I stayed stunned, like so we are supposed to sleep in a hot room, because you don't think it's important enough to get someone here. She said you can call the general manager, handed me a business card and said she might not answer since she just had surgery. So I'm thinking to myself confused, like why would you give me a number if she's not going to answer. She also said you can come back in the morning to speak with them. I tried calling the general manager and left a message. Walked back to the front desk, grabbed the business cards of the assistant general manager & sales manager. Tried the assistant and no answer, tried the sales manager at this point because I was not getting anywhere. The sales manager answered, can't remember her name but she was so very helpful, polite and showed concerned. She did call front desk and got them to give us different rooms. I am so appreciative for her because I was so disappointed and frustrated at this point. I don't like to leave bad reviews but would not want no one else to go through what I did.

Very clean well maintained property, the pool was very clean, loved the little grill area, shower was amazing, wonderful breakfast with plenty of sitting area The beds weren’t comfortable, needs larger pillows or 4 instead of 3…those are the only complaints I have

The suite was clean and the bed was great. Would be a perfect place to stay for several days. The room had a full fridge, 2 burner stove, dishwasher and kitchen supplies. Would stay there again.

Room 130 had a strong cooking odor. It needs more than just air freshener. I don’t think housekeeping can fix the problem. The bathroom doesn’t have a fan. The room was clean.

Everything was great except when the staff called our room at 10:30 PM asking if we had a luggage cart in our room.

The staff was so awesome! Hotel had everything we needed, clean and quiet. I can’t say enough about the outstanding staff!

The property did welcome pets with a $100 fee for the stay plus a $5 cleaning fee. The staff was very friendly and nice. The only downfall we had were the pillows were way too soft.

The staff was friendly, the property was clean and well kept. The pool has a beautiful water feature. The room was well decorated with all the amenities needed for a great stay!!

The room was nice and clean. I don't like that the sink is in the bathroom with the shower and toilet because it's hard for more than one person to get ready at a time. Also, the lighting is horrible in the room and in the bathroom. The hair dryer provided is very poor quality, so take your own! The hallways elevators are very very hot, but the ac in the room was good. It wasn't clear to me where I reserved online that there is a charge for parking, so be aware of that!! Overall, I am satisfied. I will likely not stay again unless I'm by myself, but it's not a bad place to stay.

Everything was great. I've stayed here several times. I love the kitchens inside the rooms. The only thing that could stand an upgrade is the mattresses. They are the old spring style that are hard on the body. Otherwise it's a super place! Pool is nice, breakfast is always good and the staff is friendly, especially Ms. Alma!

My family and I had to evacuate our house here in town due to a Hazmat situation. We booked on the fly, and it ended up that our room had already been booked, but the front desk woman found us a room that would work for our family. Everybody we had contact with during our stay was so so nice and friendly. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean, it was a really nice home away from home for a few days. We would definitely choose TownePlace suites again.

The location was the only thing good about this hotel. They charge a fee after you check out for parking and dont even advise you about it. The restroom door in our room did close or lock, the fan in the restroom didn't work either. The mattress for the sofa bed had a nasty stain on it. The side of the bed where the a/c it was freezing. All of the laundry rooms were out of order as well as the swimming pool. That was inconvenient.

Loved our stay at this hotel. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean and the breakfast was a huge plus. The coffee was good too. Will definitely stay here again.

There was an AC unit or something right outside my window that was so noisy I felt like I was on an airplane engine. The charge for parking was tacky and unexpected. Didn't even ask for the information on the car, how do you know who is staying there and has paid the parking??

The gym was a bright spot during the stay—clean and well-equipped. However, the pool was completely unusable. It was very green with visible dirt piled at the bottom, which was disappointing considering it was advertised as an amenity. While I appreciated the hospitality of the staff, the condition of the room and facilities made the stay less than enjoyable. I hope management takes steps to address these issues, as the hotel has potential if properly maintained.

This hotel was literally a 5-10 mile radius from everything we needed! Great spot in midland the location was PERFECT!

When the water was finally restored, I noticed that the restrooms downstairs were in poor condition, with all stalls uncleaned and filled with waste. My husband took the initiative to flush the stalls, but it was disappointing to see that the staff did not manage this situation better. This experience highlighted significant issues in management and maintenance that need to be addressed.

We had an excellent stay. The room was clean, the staff was very helpful, and the breakfast was good.

To start off, I paid on hotels.com but the late night clerk charged me also. So I was charged for the room twice… they still haven’t fixed that. The pillows are horrible. Neck still hurts. Make sure you see what they are charging you for before you pay.

Our stay was wonderful as always but when we pulled out the sofa bed there were clothes under the sofa (not ours). The light in the bathroom one of them was out. The window was broken on the outside.

The staff was welcoming and the room was great. The only thing I wasn’t happy about was the charges for our pet. There was a daily charge then there was a daily cleaning charge ( which I assumed was covered by the daily charge). The room isn’t cleaned every day ( every other day).

Lack of good service

The grounds were horrible. Trash everywhere. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The TV is too small for that big of a room. Breakfast was ok. Service was very good. Pool area was great.

This was the best place we stayed on a three-week road trip. Value for the price was outstanding.

Worst is that you said pet friendly, we expected a pet deposit, however they CHARGED $100. That is what the room costs!!!!! Ridiculous and we were there for one night!!!! Our dog doesn’t bark or shed. Feel like they too us for $100. We will not use this app in the future. What good is it if you don’t have the corrects costs!!!!

This place was very clean and the staff was friendly. The Wi-Fi for their tv was very weak we just ended up watching a movie on our phones so it didn’t bother us that much still had a nice time will come back again.

The hitel was nice itself. I was put on the first floor across from elevator. The plumbing was broken all night long i heard a noise like the room was going to explode from screatching plumbing sounds. It was horrible. Fix your plumbing.

The accessible room we reserved was comfortable and safe.

I have not been good about leaving reviews, but since i depend so heavily on them...... short version- it was a pleasnt clean 1 night stay for my husband and i attending a conference. People were friendly. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable to us (firm but not too firm). Room was a comfortable temperature. I checked the beding to be sure it was clean and it was. I was pleased the the closet storage and overall space of the room. (We had a king size bed suite) we were on the first floor and we did not notice any road noise, just when people would walk by the room talking loadly. We would happily book a stay here again even with our 3 kids as we saw a double room and saw it had adequate space for us to spread out.

Breakfast was a joke. Got charged twice for a pet. Website said pet friendly, front desk said service animals only.

The one thing i would complain about is the cost of having a pet. $100 non refundable and $5 a day there after is ridiculous and high way robbery.

The place was located close to a grocery store and restaurants. The area looks safe as well.

Terrible experience I paid through hotels.com still charged me my card for room then called me the next morning at 7 am to tell me I had to go downstairs to pay my bill before they called authorities. Very upsetting. Manager very rude and unprofessional. Next day went to speak to general manger and she didn’t want to speak with me In regards to priors day problem.

refundable pet fee, ALONG.. with an extra $5.00 per day fee. I explained that was no where on the site. They said it was on there webosge. I explained I DID NOT book from there page. ABSOLUTELY REDIQULOUS!. Dishwasher broke, dirty nasty water filled in dishwasher when We got to room..Dirty silverware in drawer.

This hotel staff is horrible! Girl gave me key, I went to my room and the exhaust fan is very loud, I asked her to give me another room and the second room the air-containing did not work. She was irritated I was asking for another room. The manager came out and said that all the rooms have a fan issue. They gave me another room and the fan was even louder. The girl was put out with me and highly unfriendly. Didn’t apologize just looked at me. I was stuck there! I never have had people treat their guests like that especially after I have spent $200 for one night. I will never stay at this hotel again and this girl should be fired! I didnt get her name because she is never at the desk but she has a hair lip. Horrible customer service!!!

Enjoyed my brief stay here at TownePlace Suites, passing through Midland, but if i could i would stay longer at this hotel, the room was spacious, bathroom was clean, shower drain was excellent, beds were comfortable, not squishy or dull in the middle like so many other hotel beds, kitchen area was very clean, outside surroundings pretty mellow and quiet, I will definitely stay here again when i visit family in Midland

It was clean despite it being a dog friendly place. We saw a few and would’ve never known.

There were signs up that hot water was being serviced overnight. I woke up to no hot water and even no water pressure so I couldn't even take a cold shower. As for the usual sleeping hours, there were alot of loud noises, pipes rattling, and other loud noises that would wake you suddenly.

The breakfast was terrible other places we've stayed at even with covid had someone serving a breakfast instead of buffet but this place only had store bought muffins or cereal. Next, they charge 40.00 per night on incidentals and it takes forever to get the charges dropped. PLUS their hotels.com placing has one charge for pets but when you get there it is a higher charge.
