    To find the place was hard. The roads aren't great and neither are the drivers but that's another story. Property was sketchy, fences broken down and torn down. the roads on the property worse. Inside was okay, check in was easy. Got in the else and it was pretty damaged and taped on the inside. Arrived on my floor and my room door wasn't fully closed. Elevator buttons on the second floor did not work at all. I extended my stay, unfortunately, and the room was never cleaned just new towels added. Found a cockroach in the room. Rust in the toilet paper holder was bad. Breakfast was decent.

    The bed and pillow sheets were dirty smell bad.I Oscar talk to staff the next day but they said they would not change them. So we left they did not want to refund us on not staying the second day.i would not recommend this hotel to anyone

    Nice big lobby. Clean No cups in the room to get a drink of water. Food at breakfast was cold, microwave was broken, jelly was so hard you couldn’t cut it with a knife. Maids wouldn’t leave me alone so I could my stuff out of room when it wasn’t even time to check out!

    We got there on late Friday and checked in. We got room 307 and when went to shower that night I realized water draining in tub, all lights in restroom out except one. The plug in did not work and remote on tv would not work. Advised front desk and all he did was give us another remove but we had to use both, one got volume and one to change channels. Next day we told lady up front and she was very nice and switched us to room 108. Housekeeping in hall and she apologized and helped us move into new room. As soon as we opened door it smelled like someone had just smoked in room. She went and got lady up front and then put us in room 107 or 108 and it was much better until we showered and the curtain barely covered shower so water got all over floor. We called housekeeping and they brought us 4 floor towels. We did not like there were no coffee pots in room. Entire stay was a joke. The last up front very nice but gentlemen Rusty worked Friday night very rude. He would not advise of breakfast time he told me to look on room key. Unreal. Not satisfied at all with stay.

    Breakfast was NOT good.. potatoes weren’t cooked, sausage was old.. I wish either ingredients for a breakfast bowl or burrito were available, make your own, or small burritos to microwave .

    Outside when you pull up there was construction trash right in front of the entrance of the building. Check in person not very friendly. 2nd floor lighting in the hall way were almost all out, very dark & kinda creepy. Breakfast had gravy, no biscuits. Room was comfortable enough for one night. We have stayed at several hotels in the Wyndham family, this one was disappointing.

    The staff were nice but no tv that worked or phone and no smoke detector. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Elevator wasn’t working the first day and the second day they duct taped it. So not wanting to use it but I just had surgery and I still took stairs

    My staff was kind and courteous at check-in. The elevator was down. I had booked the king room and was only able to get double room due to the key for the only King room didn't work. Room that I had had no reinforcement for the lock. The room was kind of a musty. Breakfast available was three yogurts two slices of white bread. A variety of condiments. Half a pot of coffee was there. I came down at 7:30 a.m. so if you want to eat, not the place to look

    I liked baymont corporate office customer service unfortunately they cannot call third party booking agencies to modify any reservations. They are slow to update the correct email address and phone number to these agencies. I needed a modification to my reservation and the hotel and agency could not contact each other to modify my booking. The contact information is not updated on booking agency. As a result booking.com could not get a hold of baymont hotels. The contact information provided by baymont Wyndham is inaccurate. booking.com is slow to take action in this matter of updating contact information even tho they know it is the wrong contact information.     This hotel is not in a great area. Behind a truck stop! The weeds outside were taller than the bushes. Guys that work in the area stay here. The beds are hard as rocks. The lady that works during the week day shift was so nice. She is the reason we decided to stay. The rooms are old and need cleaning and updating. They did not even have one bar of soap when we asked for one…..

    It’s an hotel which appears to leave in his past, very little sense of style . Walls are thin, so you will hear anything happening in the rooms next to you, as well as loud floor surfaces. I manage to sleep ok.

    The address listed is not correct. Elevators didn’t work. Rooms smelled disgusting. The room was not cleaned at all ! Walking to our room they just had a dog running loose in the hallways. Asked for another room and it was also disgusting. Everything is rusted down to the bath tub. Parking lot was filled with men drinking and peeing outside of the building. DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE‼️

    I've stayed at some cheaper hotels in midland through the years. This one was a good value for the price and the staff was very helpful/ friendly. I would stay there again. The elevator was out of service. The staff was kind enough to help me up to my room.

The bathroom had visible mold, and the room had a strong, unpleasant odor that made the air uncomfortable to breathe and likely because of the mold, I had a headache/stuffy nose waking up. There was pieces of food left throughout the hotel, the furniture and everything was very dirty. To make matters worse, the front desk called my room at 1am, just to confirm I was in the room? For the price charged, this stay was completely unacceptable and I would not recommend booking it.

    The bathroom door did not close whole room smelt like sulfur bathroom obviously not cleaned inbetween visits and I called before my visit to check if they had smart tvs I was told they had one room with a smart tv and they would go ahead and assign me that room also loud neighbors and kids reving engines outside at 2 am but that is not necessarily the hotels fault

    We traveled with kids , the hotel was dusty , ripped bed skirts , we had baby flies in the bathroom the a/c leeks water and they put a towel under ( full of rust) just to hold it we stayed for 3 days and no one showed up to clean our room. We even saw a homeless guy walking thru the back door , definitely won't come back ! Specially if you have kids.

    My room had a clog in the shower that was not fixed. But I was moved rooms eventually. All in all the rooms were not dirty or had any bugs. That’s a relief, but it was dated and honestly didn’t give a safe vibe. Very affordable though.

    The front desk person at check-in was great. The elevator smelled like weed. The chair in the room looked like it should have been thrown out years ago. The shower rod looked like it was put up by the person smoking the weed in the elevator. Which cause the shower curtain to not work as it should i.e., not close.

She just started punching numbers in her computer. The whole staff had terrible faces like they hated their jobs. At breakfast there was never any coffee cups, and when the food finished from the trays, they were not refilled with anything so there was a lot of people waiting for breakfast. Our room had broken labs none of the outlets work but at least it was clean. You really need to take more pride in your property and higher better staff that really love their job instead of these lazy people that you have working there

    We booked a King size room and checked in at about 3:45pm. We were in town because our grandson is in varsity baseball playoffs so we didn’t check out the room or amenities. After the game we returned and tried to turn on the TV and it did not work. So I went down to the desk and they moved us to a room with double beds because they said they didn’t have any more king size rooms, however, there were not a lot of cars in the parking lot so we didn’t believe that was correct. We have stayed at this hotel before and had an issue, but never again.

    Obviously, lots of oil rig workers stay there and were very noisy and one of them even went knocking at my door at 10:30pm. I just called front desk, and the lady took care of problem. The person was looking for someone else staying at hotel. There is a layer of dirt under bed where you could tell they never sweep or mop under bed. The grounds around hotel were filled with trash and litter all around.

    Staff was nice but the hotel was not as reviews advertised. Light fixture onllin my bathroom was falling iff. Light bulbs on certain lamps not working. Mold or mildew on showerheads. The whole hotels smell smelt like the carpets were cleaned then never dried properly. My room smelt very bad almost like a bad septic system and the room next to me stunk up the hallway with weed. Alot of breakfast available but very under par. I paid 180$ and it DEFINITELY wasn't worth the pice. Best thunk was truck parking and friendly staff.

    Repair equipment in the hall. No outdoor sign. Only access was through potholed drive around the back of a truck stop. Had to figure that on your own. Horribly thin walls. Noisy talking all night. Sink didn’t drain well. Towels were terrible, small and threadbare. Blanket was thin. Room heater worked sporadically. Total ripoff.

    They’re in the midst of a remodel, the materials laid in the hallway. The elevator was out when I got here and had to take the stairs and was full of trash all the way up the stairs and in the hallway on the second floor. It seems like you Would make the contractors clean up every day if you can have people stay on the floor, but besides that everybody was friendly and downstairs seem to be clean. And a little lady doing breakfast is doing a wonderful job.

    The property was being renovated. The elevator was not working as it had just been "painted". I was given a third floor room despite there being no elevator. The hallway was filled with mattresses and doors leaning against the wall. When I arrived to my room, I found the door propped open with a trash can. Huge security issue! I will NEVER stay at this hotel again (I actually left and did not stay).

    Had to have a room change due to bed bugs. Kept having to get keys recoded constantly.Could hear everything from neighboring rooms. Lots of traffic (people) in halls. Could hear lots of semi truck noise from truck stop next door. Pillows small and flat. Bed not comfortable. Breakfast limited. Only because I paid with a school check and did not have the means of making the move elsewhere. People were nice as they tried to accommodate us because of the room, but the condition of the place overshadowed the nice lady at the front, or the man (scar) there the second night. I hope the renovations really help the quality of the place so that it reflects how it is depicted online.

    Stay was good. Breakfast was good. Room was clean and comfortable. Front desk was very accommodating. one negative entrance to hotel not well marked and entrance has huge pothole that could cause a lot of damage. Feel it should be fixed before some one gets hurt.

    The property is nice, the room smelled of stale cigarettes and the bathroom floors looked like they have never been mopped. The cleaning crew needs to do a better job at cleaning the bathrooms. The receptionist very friendly, the cleaning crew appear they are not happy with their job, bothme and my husband wished them happy new year, and good morning on the few days we were there, and they didn't reply or acknowledge us. RUDE!

    The room I booked online was a suite with a couch the room I got was small with one chair that was very dirty.. food and something that looked like blood all over it… and the wall behind it… the hotel has a weird oder… was disappointed to say the least… we asked for a late checkout 12pm they said sure no problem … but then tried to charge me for it …and started calling my room a little before 11 basically harassing me becaue the payment didn’t go through because I had my card turned off…it just made the whole situation uncomfortable and rushed me out because I wasn’t fond to pay another 25.00 I think 85.00 was too much for the quality of the hotel..And I understand if that’s the policy that’s fine but when i asked for a late checkout at 9 am I I should have been told then that I could have a late check but would be charged for it… I would have said never mind and left at 11

    Hotels dot com called this a "3 star" hotel, but it clearly is NOT. It is a poor match for most of the "2 star" rated hotels. The guest room showed age-wear effects, but it was quite clean and comfortable. The bed was firm and comfortable, and my wife and I appreciated that feature. The exterior door near our 1st floor room was out of order making moving in and out a little harder than comfortable. The breakfast was a complete disaster! Not only were most of the appliances out of order due to an overloaded breaker, making all the "hot" food, except for the pancakes, ice cold, but the food selections in every category were more limited than most free breakfasts in hotels of this class (2 star). There could have been a sign in the breakfast area telling about the breaker outage and the staff's recommended work-around, but the only way we found out was to go to the front desk and register an official complaint about the breakfast disaster. THEN, we were told about the breaker and given the suggestion of taking the food to our room, where we had a free-use microwave oven. Okay, I could understand and cooperate with that, but I doubt if the problem will be solved soon, as the desk manager said she would have her husband try to fix the breaker failure caused by a new, bigger pancake cooker. He was said not to be an electrician.

    After traveling over 400 miles wasn't able to get some quiet time. Individuals outside of the room were very noisy. Call front desk twice. Second time desk replied "I can't send them to their room". I replied that I would call the police. Finally it started to quiet down.

    The rooms need some TLC, the towel racks falling off the wall, one of the lamps had exposed wires and was sparking, telephone wasn't working, the remote was falling apart, the toilet paper holder was broken. The elevator panel taped up with scotch tape. We were only there for about 5 hours. Staff was great, just need to spend a little time on maintenance of the rooms.

    Well…you get what you pay for. The property is overall clean but maybe not the rooms. The carpet in our room was sticky throughout…clearly something they use to clean it. The door to the adjoining room looked like someone splooged all over it - drips going down the door. The bathroom fan was full of dirt, gunk and grime. The shower rod was coming out of the wall on both sides and bowed in. But for $112 what can I expect I suppose…

    Good for a one night stay if you’re on a budget and don’t want a good breakfast. Needs a good update and cleaning. There is a lot of dirt from construction in the rooms but also cobwebs. Breakfast is probably one of the worst hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had. However the staff was very nice.
