Beautiful from the outside in walmart right across for a nice little walk

The room was nice but the main issue was the shower. At first I didn’t have much pressure to shower but I was happy when they did fix that issue. The. Unfortunately the hotter I put the shower the less pressure I had. So a decently hot show had very very little pressure. Also I had to literally reactivate my room key every time I came back from work cause it would never work. It got to the point where it was the first thing I did when I walked through the lobby. The staff was awesome and so was the facilities. The ladies up from never hesitated to help with my room key and eventually knew who I was and what I needed when I did come through the doors

The room wasn’t the room I booked for. The bed was a queen and I booked for a king. The bathroom was rusted and dirty. The telephone at the location does not work so you can’t call the hotel for anything. They do not clean your room daily or give you clean towels daily you have to go down to the front desk and ask for towels if you want them.

hotel was overbooked so room not available, then room they give key didn't work after another visit to front desk key worked but room seemed occupied gave us another room. upon late return took shower inside of shower curtain had stain spot to late to complain just had to tolerate it leaving early next morning.

Proximity to I-20 Baby cockroach traveling the counter as we entered the room. No info regarding reason for fire alarm or when clear to re-enter. People and staff just started going back in building.

The rooms were clean, equipped as described with a kitchenette, refrigerator, coffee pot & dishes! Centrally located to restaurants and a Walmart across the street. The temperature in the room was also on point, as opposed to the hot weather outside! It didn't have a pool or more parking. Parking is limited, but was able to find spaces for both vehicles we drove up in.

This hotel is in the West Texas oilfields and for this reason it is pricey at nearly $200 a night. Vinyl flooring in the rooms and cheap component desk/table combo. My room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff was courteous. I travel with numerous items and need a luggage cart. None were available upon my arrival or my departure. Considering this a 400 room facility lack of luggage carriers is a definite negative.

No as clean as I expected.. the room I stay only look like they only did bed floor was dirty and bathroom also was not clean so I clean it my self and not going to stay ther no more .

Candlewood is really nice and clean. Looks like soon (next year or two), it will need updates or will look like next door. Thanks The location is a bit full of traffic as is a. Ross from Walmart, and at the time, is a lot of construction.

I love the speedy check in . The price is A1 and the rooms are AMAZING. This is my 2nd time staying here. I have family in the area so this will forever be my home away from home. I wish they served breakfast and indoor pool.Thank you keep up the 5stars.✨️✨️✨️✨️ N/A

The hotel is located right in front of Walmart so that's one of the things I liked about it. The check in was extremely fast, literally 2 minutes. The room was comfortable and clean, I was worried because I had read some reviews saying it wasn't very clean but luckily it wasnt the case. It did have a type of odor which was not of my liking but with a couple of sprays from my body spray and I couldn't smell it anymore. I loved that it had a full kitchenette with a full size fridge, microwave, range, sink and even a dishwasher. The bathrooms have complimentary Dove toiletries which I loved. Theres shampoo, conditioner and body wash fixed inside the shower and body lotion and hand soap fixed next to the sink. The beds where clean and comfortable, too. The only thing I disliked from my 2 night stay here was that there where 2 dogs in the room next door to us which kept barking all hours of the day and night and in the other side there was a room with really loud kids and we could hear everything they said. I stayed in two different rooms during my stay and one room was much cleaner and newer than the other, I liked my stay here overall except room service never came by to change out sheets or take out trash at all, there was bags of trash and cases of beer left by the elevator for days, however when I checked into my room it was very clean and was refreshing Room service never came through and trash was left out in the hallways

This property is so nice! The room is like a studio apartment. It’s completely updated and very clean. I enjoyed stopping here for rest!

The problems were brought up to a lady who was the assistant manager. She did not offer another room. The assistant manager did not offer to clean the room and stated that maintenance was not on duty because it was the weekend. The assistant manager did offer a partial refund, but stated she had to talk to the manager for approval. The assistant manager came back and stated that since I had booked it through Expedia that I had to contact Expedia, who inturn would contact her for the partial refund. Expedia contacted her and the manager ended up denying the partial refund.

Not the best and not the worst. Lots of patched walls that had not been repainted and had a funky smell. I asked if we could get them to get our trash and some extra towels after two days and I was told since it’s mostly oilfield that stay there they only “clean” the room once a week.

I liked that it was located in an area with several shopping centers. Convenient. I liked the entire staff here. Every one was friendly, helpful, and resourceful. Thevroom was clean. The bed was very comfortable. I would stay here again and I would recommend.

When we arrived, there were 2 dinner plates, 2 breakfast plates, one drinking glass, 2 juice glasses, 2 coffee cups, 2 table knives, 2 forks, 3 teaspoons 2 paring knives, one new and clean dish rag. I would have appreciated a set of 4 in all the dinner ware! A kitchen hand towel and a scrubber would have been appreciated! In the bathroom, only 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels and 2 wash cloths were available. It seems that in a room with 2 double beds and 3 people checked into the room, a full complement (4 of each) towels/cloths should have been available! We appreciated the staff not entering our room to change out towels and sheets. We try to conserve water and energy during this time and when workers are at a minimum!

Hated the elevator, was scary and shakey, The office staff never answered the phone. Trash cans outside were always overflowing. Luggage dollys both needed wheel replacements. Due to the resident Permian Basin Oil roughnecks, unacompanied younger females should avoid this hotel.

Our room was great. It was spacious and clean, however, we did not toiletries. We only had enough towels for one person and whe we requested for more for two days in a row, we were told both days, towels were in the laundry.

We booked this for our Tech's to stay at out of town, and Theft was a cause for us to relocate and cancel our stay. They would not refund the full 7 days only for 4 nights. We lost the remainder of the nights.

The stay was pretty nasty. The elevator was out for a few days and the staff seemed to all just play "the victim." I had a lot of luggage, so they put me into the last room available on the ground floor. The room really just smelled from backed up sewage and was run down with broken cabinets and tiles missing. The microwave didn't work. The staff just really didn't seem to care. Pretty bad, overall.

There weren't any amenities in the bathroom (i.e. soap). I had to leave the bathroom vent running just so the smoke wouldn't seep into the bedroom. I left around 2am because I was uncomfortable and not able to sleep.

I really did not appreciate the front desk lady’s attitude as we arrived. She did not even greet us and was not approachable. Also was not wearing a name tag (otherwise, I’d have stated her name here)

It had a cool feel to it. I loved having a full size fridge and stovetop. My only complaint is that my sink was plugged and wouldn’t come unplugged, but I wasn’t there long enough for it to be a major issue.

This was the worst hotel experience in my life. There was no maid service at all. Had to ask for linens, towels, toilet paper, and soap. Never received the soap and toilet paper. Linens didn’t for the bed. Had a king size bed with queen size sheets and standard size pillows. 32 in tv’s in large area. Will never stay at this place again.

Among many places that call themselves "SUITES" Candlewood is among the unique that has a kitchenette. They have a great spacious desk, being a long continuous wall mounted combination of desk, dresser to one side and a peninsula to double as either return or dining table. Very practical if you have a lot of organizing to do. Also very much like the shower dispensers for body wash, shampoo & conditioner. I have used Candlewood at least 4 times since early July and 3 or 4 of the last business trips.

Total diferent room from what was posted on booking site. Also tv was a joke little tv hanging on wall. Hotels are not what they need to be. This all starts from management on down. Its all about customer satisfaction. We are in Midland every other weekend will not ne back.

The hotel room itself was nice and the staff was nice, but there were issues with our room. Our bathroom did not have a shower curtain and I had to call to have one brought up to me. The young lady who assisted with my request was prompt in bringing us one. I have never stayed in a hotel and the shower curtain was missing.

The first room I was assigned was filthy, had a broken ice maker and the phone was not connected at all. When I asked for a refund, they gave me another room and said the original one was a "maintenance" room. The new one was just ok and the bed was not comfortable! Also, the trash service came at 6:45am and made a very loud noise when dropping the dumpster, which after not sleeping due to uncomfortable bed, was not appreciated.

They double booked the room. Upon arrival to the room the second night - key did not work. Went to front desk and they supplied a new key. Upon entry to the room there was another person IN THE ROOM with my belongings.

The rooms were clean and spacious. It was nice to have a real refrigerator and a big bathroom. Air worked great.

The next morning the cleaning lady was trying to get in my room at 9:00 am. She walked in on my mom in her room and said aren’t u checking out? My mom said yes later!!!! Wasn’t happy with from desk girl either!! Very rude not just to us but to other guests!!!!!!!

Our room had a kitchenette which is nice for a longer stay. We were just passing through so did not use this to it’s full extent.

I love the bathroom style but the curtains isn’t fit in the shower tub to prevention from wAter soak.
