-no elevator the entire time and I was on the 3rd floor -key cards would stop working every 3 to 4 days and I wouldn't find out until I got to my room, on the 3rd floor -no bowls, 1 fork 1 knife and 1 steak knife, no spoons -cleaners came twice during my stay until I called and reminded them I needed m y room cleaned -WiFi was spotty, worked about 60% of the time, the rest was completely unusable -free laundry, machines work great -water pressure in the showers is really good

Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was nice and spacious. Only downfall was several things weren’t working; elevator, one of the entry doors where we had to park due to full parking (could only be open through the inside not with keycard) & the treadmill wasn’t working.

I did questioned staff about doing room he said they do not clean them daily. if that is the case leave some supplies for customer to clean at least. You pay a per day i believe cleaning, making Bed and at least clean towels daily is not a burden for your Hotels.

They don't clean/service your room unless you ask them to. Saw small cockroaches in our room. Breakfast is ok. Had to ask for a new tv remote. First room they gave us smelled like an ashtray. We quickly got a new one.

Staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast was pretty good with a waffle iron, scrambled eggs, biscuits, potatoes, sausage, bread/bagels, and a selection of beverages. The room was decent, nothing fancy but comfortable, not super clean, and the bathtub leaked. However, for the price it was comfortable with good A/C.

I think too much about the property. I just need a room to sleep in, but as a person that comes from hospitality, the night shift seem to be on top of it dayshift that’s another story. What I did not like about this property was the Hispanic female on her phone playing loud music at the front desk. She had an attitude problem because I asked for a folio of my checkout. This is standard practice when traveling for business purposes, and receipts are needed. She is very short and blamed it on the fact that she was not wearing her glasses. Her behavior sucked. It was inferior. She was very combative and just rude. He treated me like another. Yes, I am an African-American, but she is a Hispanic. I didn’t understand the tension between us, but she seemed very racist.

THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND THE KITCHEN WAS NICE . THEY DID HAVE A GOOD BREAKFAST SELECTION AS WELL. THEY OVER CHARGED ME FOR ANOTHER WEEK ! THEY CHARGED AN EXTRA $550 AND THEN SAID THEY COULD REFUND IT IN 5-10 BUISNESS DAYS . THEN AFTER WORKING A 12 HOUR SHIFT THERE WAS NO HOT WATER TO SHOWER.

To start with it was not clean. They had hair and lent in the bathroom countertop. One of the lights in the bathroom did not work. One of the comforters on the bed was ripped in two different places. The sofa and carpets have many stains. I asked for some water at breakfast, and one of the employees did give me a bottle, but was not very nice about it. The air condition in the bedroom had a very strange smell to it so we did not even run it. I would never stay there again.

I hated everything about it. For one, I walk in the two workers were fine, she gave me my room, I went to check to see if everything was clean & it was NOT. It was so nasty, you walk in and see visible dirt. I went into the restroom, there was a dirty foot print in there & you can see dirt around the shower. Then I checked the bed. Pulled the covers back to discover something that looked like dried blood , all over the topper. It was horrible, I made a video of it, told Javaiar about it and he said he’ll change my room. So he did. I checked that room it’s still dirty, he said he cleaned it himself but it was still disgusting. It seemed like he did not care. He was so unprofessional. I hated the fact that he even have that position. Then when I was checking in the room, the workers said they need a card on file for incidentals, they did not tell me they were charging my card $50, then when I asked about it, the sign they had was over the counter and turned towards them so they can only see it. When they pulled it out I got so angry because it should have been communicated. Then my $240 I paid for the entire weekend was non refundable when I was only there for 20 minutes. The entire experience was a -1 out of 10. I hated it.

Overall, we felt safe and the property was clean. It is very clear that the property and staff cater to the workers in the oil field industry which is very nice for them. Unfortunately, our booking was dropped by Hampton Inn in error and most hotels were booked so this was the best option at the time. The suite was very spacious and had a kitchenette that was nice for our longer stay. Overall, it worked but just not what we were expecting.

The gentlemen was very nice about it. Everyone has an off day. Even the cleaning crew. He apologized and offered to take it out. With all this being said, I’d definitely recommend and I would definitely stay again. Despite the milk.

Parking in front on pavement is very limited. Most parking spaces (4) are handicapped but are often filled with non handicapped cars. Hotel management is very sympathetic to complaints and try to correct this. They put me in another room but did not even have a toothbrush available for me. They said they resolve the issue and the next morning again I was not able to get into my room when I got off work that day. I was told they would see what they could do about refunding my money and I still have not heard a word from a single member of the staff a week later. There is even a sign at the front door that says hundred percent satisfaction guaranteed or refund of one night and like I said the worst experience At a hotel I have ever had.

Had serious trouble checking in. Worked over 14 hours then went to the hotel to wait and wait to be checked in. Not a personnel issue, a computer issue. They finally gave me a room and had me finish checking in the next day. The people were friendly, the issue was not and apparently they have nothing set up for when their systems don't work except to inconvenience the customer. And no, they didn't offer any type of discount for the problem.

Pretty disgusted with this place. Trash in corner by wall, housekeeping just barges in no announcement, housekeeper was on her cellphone talking and also had her kid with her, so many flies, no dish soap or sponge for dishes, dishes were dirty and covered in grease so had to wash everything before use, bedding had lipstick and some black makeup on it (probably eyeliner), floors were nasty (stains and smelled terrible). I called to speak to the manager and was told he wasn’t in. House keeper also left trash on the floor. I came here because it was one of the newer hotels in the area, I am so disappointed that I wasted my money on this nasty place. Front desk staff also told me they could not bring coffee to my room (said that’s not something they do, but there’s coffee I’m the room when you check in) I had to go downstairs at 6 am with my 7 month old to wait for the front desk clerk to give me coffee for the room.
