Very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The only issue we had was our AC had trouble keeping up. Overall excellent stay and will definitely be back!

There was no furniture in the room, other than the bed, but it was a nice and clean stay for my family.

I liked the location! This is my second time staying at this location. Smells and is very clean honestly the first time I stayed here the staff was so nice, overly nice and helpful. This time the lady that checked us in wasn’t. She wasn’t mean she just was very monotone and almost spoke like she wasn’t happy to be working .

The pillows on the bed could have been a little better, you could tell it was time for them to be replaced, that was the only “bad” thing!!

I have stayed here at least 10 time in the last year. I have never payed has much as I did for my last stay. It was almost 3x the normal rate.

Clean, quiet, and convenient to the expressways.

Traveling with young children is always a lot of work. The front desk Clerk was amazing! It was quick and easy, she offered up fruit to the children, asked us what floor we'd be most comfortable on. That first initial interaction hands down made the whole stay worth it! I have no complaints. Being that close to the interstate, I expected to hear a lot of traffic noise but the rooms were so quiet!

This was by far my best stay in Midland. The quality for the price was unmatched. Excellent fitness center with free weights. Cleanliness was superb. I will be back.

The only downside of the entire stay was the heat took a while to heat the room as it was cold outside and for some reason they had the A/C on when we got into the room, and the TV kept freezing.

Our only issue was the charge for our dog. The website says that the hotel is pet friendly but didn't mentioned a charge. They charged $75 which was almost the amount for the room. The other hotels we stayed at charged $15. We wouldn't recommend staying there if you have a pet.

House keeping walked in on my while I was changing in my room. The staff there are very rude.

The property was obviously poorly maintained. The air conditioning didn’t work. We had to change rooms twice. Lighting was poor, amenities were few.

My Friend and I had a wonderful trip to Midland. The Spark by Hilton Midland South was an excellent choice for our stay. It was clean, and the room was very spacious and had a/c (which being in the dessert was definitely needed). The staff that we interacted with were all very nice and made us feel as if we were at home. The side/rear entrance door to the hotel has a sensor that you are to tap your room key to to open to be let into the building, and sometimes during our stay my friend and I would try to enter the hotel this way, but we found the door already open or not latched closed tight.

Front desk staff were very nice, polite and happy to assist. Room was clean, beds were very good, room was quiet and AC was great.

The elevator wouldn't work for the 2nd floor. I had to go up to the 3rd floor and walk back down to my floor. All on a bad knee. The TV kept freezing up. Everything else was great

Overall not too bad of a stay, just had TV that wouldn’t connect or work, and toilet was slow like clogged when was there, room was clean and hotel was modern looking. Wish there was more options for breakfast, but if wanted real breakfast IHOP was next door.

Not great. Lots of hidden fees for a "pet friendly hotel", the fees are listed incorrectly on Hotels.com aswell, not to me tion very deep in 4 different menus. Paid for an additional room (cost wise) just to have a cat that's too scared to come out of its carrier in the room.

The staff was very nice and I loved the welcome message on the tv. The bed was incredibly comfortable. It was a little noisy bc of the highway but other than that, it was great.

I had to call the hotel and set up a late check in with no additional charges and they made the process very easy. When I did check in the receptionist was sitting at the table in the lobby and took her a while to great us. Later after checking in I called the desk to complain about the room next door’s loud noise and no one answered. Complained once again in the early morning and the young lady was able to resolve the situation. Checked out shortly after due to the occupant pounding on the wall.

We had a great stay here. Upon arriving, their door keys weren’t working, but they were fixed by the time we got back from dinner. The room was a good size and very clean. Our only complaint was the very limited selection at breakfast. They only had bagels, muffins, yogurt, and juice. Overall, a good place.

The lady at the front desk was very professional and kind she went out of her way to make sure I was happy!! The only issue I had was the noise from the traffic on the interstate

Great one night stay

Remodeling and landscaping was going on during my stay. The lobby was full of construction material, which made it crowded but you could still get around. They wouldn't allow early check-in (about 1.5 hours early) unless I paid $25, so I hung out in the lobby. No public restroom available there, so had to make a trip to WalMart up the street to use the restroom. In the end it all worked out. The room was clean, though weirdly there were no drinking glasses or paper cups of any kind. Breakfast was available and included waffles, eggs, sausage, and biscuits among other things. It was perfectly fine for the money and when their remodeling and landscaping is done it will outshine the other hotels in its vicinity (of which there are many).

Excellent choice of place to stay, snacks, coffee, and drinks available, ice machine on floor. Rooms were comfortable, would have liked more than one pillow, but...and plug in bathroom did not work. Would do it all over again.

They should advise you when booking that they are under renovation.

Front Desk charged our employee for over 400 dollars on a paid in advance booking. Something going on here. Will report to Hotels.com and the BBB.
