My stay at The Abbey was excellent. The front desk staff were very attentive and professional. It’s clearly a business-oriented hotel, and it met all of my business needs perfectly.

We weren’t in the room much hotel is located close to the beach, and downtown shopping/food. Staff was friendly, very quiet hotel w not real amenities. Overall was fine since we were staying for a conf at the convention center. All walking distance

No Breakfast, the room was not totally clean, the sheets they were stain and no body in reception knew nothing, also there was no body who clean the room eaither

Didn’t like the property experience. We booked a Marriott partner expecting the level of service or standards. The property is very under serviced. There’s like one person at the reception and maybe some other help staff. There’s no phone in the room to ask for any help. There’s no housekeeping at all! They don’t even have a dental kit in the room. For the price you pay all you get is a small room with no service at all. First day we couldn’t get hot water and at night they said that we don’t have any maintainance team at night. Next day morning the same reception person only came to check hot water (if he only had to come he could’ve visited the previous night itself). But would not recommend at all. They don’t have any parking as well (many other hotels I was considering do provide the same in similar room cost). Dissapointed.

Overall, the hotel room was nice and the lobby had a pleasant scent. However, I could hear every time someone flushed the toilet or used the shower through the walls, which was disruptive. Additionally, there was no microwave available in the room or in the lobby to warm up guests' food, which was inconvenient.

Great place for couples or a guys/gals trip. Wonderful location. It’s a couple blocks to the beach. Walls are a bit thin and make sure you have streamable entertainment

Had a great stay. Great location very walkable. Hotel itself was nice, staff friendly. Only issue was how thin the walls were, you can hear conversations in other rooms.
