Loved everything about this place!!!
- 5/5
Staff, pool area, bar, sushi, and location. The room was small with one mirror. It would be fine for two travelers, but we had 4.
- 3/5
Overall, we had a good experience. The staff were kind and helpful, the location was great, and the food was good. The room had an unpleasant smell, and I wish the beds had been more comfortable, one of them was definitely broken! I also would have appreciated being informed in advance about the large event taking place at the hotel for two of the three days of our stay.

The staff are super professional, friendly and nice. The hotel is clean and is located at a perfect location. The pool area is nice and boho vibes. We will definitely come back!!

This was our second time staying at this hotel. We returned because we enjoyed the spacious room, the hotel staff, the amenities, and its proximity to the beach, restaurants & shopping. At the time, the pool was under construction & we did not find out until we checked in but we were able to access the rooftop pool at their “sister hotel” that was right at the end of the block so that was nice. Our second stay wasn’t the best experience. We booked the same room type - superior double - but the configuration of the room made it feel less spacious. There were two issues we had to complain about each day we stayed - the temperature of the room would not rise above 75 degrees and the temperature of the water in the shower was EXTREMELY hot. They sent the “engineer” up three different times and the issue was never resolved. That water could have caused 3rd degree burns and made it very difficult for us to comfortably take a shower. While the staff did attempt to rectify the situation, our consistent complaints and feedback on how it impacted our stay wasn’t enough for management to compensate us for the poor experience. After escalating our feedback, management finally agreed to at least refund the daily resort fees but we were disappointed in how hard we had to fight just to get that. Overall, we still enjoyed the provided amenities (at the hotel, the beach & access to both pools) and made the best of an uncomfortable situation.

Stayed in Room 202 at The Plymouth South Beach and had a great experience. The room was large, the private terrace was awesome, and the bathroom felt super luxurious with a huge bathtub. Service was excellent the whole stay, and the free luggage storage was really convenient. Great location and overall a really nice boutique hotel experience.

I have been coming to hotel for years but after this experience I will not be coming back. During my stay, housekeeping repeatedly knocked on my door after I had already informed them I would be leaving shortly. Despite this, I was still in the room and felt rushed, as they continued insisting on cleaning even though I remained there until around 4 PM. Communication was also difficult as staff did not speak English. At the pool area, I was provided towels that appeared to have small insects in them. After using them, I was bitten multiple times and developed a rash that lasted for the rest of my vacation. When I requested new towels, I was again given ones with the same issue. When I raised this concern at the pool bar, I was told “it must be you guys because no one complained,” which felt dismissive and unprofessional. The only positive part of my experience was the reception staff, who were helpful and professional throughout. Overall, while parts of the staff were kind, the cleanliness issues and lack of appropriate response significantly impacted my stay and would prevent me from returning.
- 5/5
The rooms were clean and a decent size. The staff were friendly and helpful... especially the bar staff! Great drinks and the food was excellent. Breakfast was a short walk away but was also excellent. Also a short walk to the beach with access to beach chairs, towels and umbrellas. Pool area was nice, never crowded, and the happy hour is a nice touch! Would definitely stay here again.

We got to the hotel on Thursday night and did not leave until Sunday night. It had everything we needed. Staff was amazing. So friendly. The pool atmosphere was great. Everything you want in a quaint boutique hotel for a long weekend!

This is a wonderfully located boutique hotel in South Beach, FL. It’s located 2 blocks from the beach BUT they provide chairs and towels there for their guests at no extra charge (beach umbrellas are at an addl charge— and you’ll need one). The staff was courteous, attentive and very polite. The rooms were clean and charming. The pool area is wonderful! To bad they close at 5pm, which that we didn’t like too much. Being from Miami and enjoying long sunny afternoons when the sun is at its best— a little more tolerable lol, it wasn’t easy to leave the pool area. Their restaurant is very good— had lunch there and everything we ate (we were a family of 8) was very good. Highly recommended hotel all around! Thanks to the staff of The Plymouth Hotel of South Beach 😎

Staff, was very kind and accommodating. The boutique style of the hotel was really cool, specially the pool area. I just wish there was breakfast served at the property instead of having to leave to get it, but that being said the cafe was a 1 minute walk away, and was very cute with palm trees all around, the food was good but I wish there had been more traditional breakfast options like bacon and eggs, sausages, hash browns, toast and jam, but it was still good.

Well located, with access to its own beach facilities, a nice swimming pool, a very comfortable and well-equipped room, and very friendly staff members. That I have to move to another restaurant for the breakfast.

Really enjoyed our stay. Staff were so friendly and accommodating. This was an excellent alternative to the pricier hotels on Collins that we considered. Very close to beach and a few sister hotel properties with pool access as well. Great service and spacious rooms. Will def go back!

Location and pool Room a bit cramped for family of 4 Private beach very closed in … definitely preferred the hotel pool ….
- 3/5
Position and apartment was fantastic The pool and area were being still being renovated whilst we were there. We were made aware of this prior to booking by the owners. Not their fault ! But access to the beach and town was fantastic
- 5/5
They offered complimentary rose upon arrival & a bottle of cab was waiting in our room to celebrate my guests birthday. There is complimentary beverages during happy hour at the pool on top of that! If alcohol is not your thing - the seasons cafe coffee had a superb latte. The sushi is brought to poolside on a tray making mid afternoon snacks a breeze. Definitely will be recommending this stay to friends & family.

The atmosphere was lively and there were a lot of events provided. I wish there were more storage options and a way to open windows.

From the second we walked in, this hotel didn’t just give us a room — they took care of us like family. The staff was genuinely warm and attentive from front desk all the way to housekeeping, security, room service, valet, and the amazing bartender at the tiki bar. When I lost my phone, they immediately let me use theirs and even helped me track it down. When we wanted a bigger room, they made it happen without hesitation. They treated both me and my girlfriend with such kindness and care the entire stay. We truly felt spoiled and looked after. The Plymouth isn’t just a hotel — it’s a place with a heart. We’ll definitely be back. This stay will stay with us forever. Thank you to every single person on the team.

This place is adorable. The pool area is so well designed and there are always chairs and towels. You also get complimentary chairs and towels at a local beach club. They offer bikes, ginger shots, morning yoga and an evening cocktail as part of the resort fee. Rooms are quiet and clean. Walter at the pool bar is the best. Remembers you, asks about your day, works hard to make sure your day is so carefree. Location is great. Central, a block from the beach but away from the loud, clubby strip.

The room was very clean and the water pressure from the shower bathroom was just to my liking!

It fully gave boutique hotel vibes. The cleaning of the floor in the room - I feel like they didn’t clean the floor any day of our stay. Just wiped it dry.

Pool was nice and warm. The staff was kind. Sushi was delicious. Pool bar drinks are sub par. Location is not the best either. Rooms are small. Hotel lobby needs furniture updates.

Amazing location! The property is beautiful and the staff are more than welcoming. I enjoyed every second at this property and will definitely return for another stay!

Extremely small room, the sink is located outside the bathroom which was a nuisance. The sink was not draining initially and we had to ask someone to come fix it. After the first person “fixed it” we saw that it was still not draining. We called again. They sent someone else who opened up the pipes and cleaned the drain and it finally worked. We were offered a free bottle of wine, which was nice but this is not the experience I was expecting when paying such a hefty price each night. The bed that I slept in was caved in and was quite uncomfortable. I would suggest you look for another hotel that is more spacious and well maintained.
- 2/5
The manager was unprofessional and disengaged. He walked right past me and said someone else would help instead of checking me in himself. I only knew he was the manager because a security guard pointed it out during an unrelated conversation. He eventually retrieved my bag from storage, but the overall experience felt disorganized and poorly run. To their credit, staff did ask if they could help resolve the issues, but by that point I had multiple friends staying at the hotel who were also having problems—one of whom had already changed rooms twice and was still unhappy with the third. That same friend showed me photos of cockroaches in the shower, which I’ve included with this review. That didn’t inspire any confidence that switching rooms would solve anything. The only bright spot was the daytime front desk attendant, who was excellent—friendly and accommodating. At $600 per night, this is completely unacceptable. If this were a $200 hotel, maybe you’d tolerate it. At this price point, it’s inexcusable. It was bad enough that I forfeited my second night and checked into another hotel.

This has become my favorite boutique hotel in South Beach. The staff and service are incredible; the property is quaint, clean and has character; and it’s in an amazing location 10 min walk to the beach and close to restaurants and shopping areas. The pool is wonderful as is Walter the bartender at the pool. Highly recommend this hotel for a weekend getaway.

Decent location Small rooms.
- 4/5
The workers and front desk staff were super nice and welcoming. We had an early flight and they let us hang out around the property until our room was ready. The hotel is decorated nicely and is very intimate. They provide pool and beach towels and free sunscreen. The hotel is also just a block away from the beach! I appreciated that it was more chill and the pool area was relaxing. Cleanliness could be better. We had to have our room cleaned again since it was not up to our standards, but the staff handled it quickly and were very nice and apologetic about it. Again want to emphasize how quick their service and how sweet all the workers were.

It was ok, just not as expected with the high season price point. No heat in the property so it was very cold entire time.

Pool Bar happy hour 2 free drinks were terrible quality. Would be better with simple Rum Punch with Rum. My few days experience was (beer or Pinot Grigio), then Vodka soda. Not what is expected at a 4/5 star hotel.

I love the Plymouth ! My 4th stay and enjoy it every time. We had the 2 bedrooms suite this time and it was perfection. Nothing beats the patio overlooking the pool. I love the low key pool vibe and Blue Ribbon sushi poolside. Don't hesitate to book !

Honestly, some of the best customer service we have ever experienced at a hotel! We plan to come back to Miami specifically to return to The Plymouth South Beach Hotel. Absolutely beautiful. A short walk to the beach and even outstanding customer service at the beach. Special shout out to the front desk team who worked on 2/20/26. We will be back!

this is a small'ish boutique Miami south beach hotel, typical of the area. If you are driving, there is no motor court and need to get the attention of the valet quickly before the aggressive Miami parking people starts writing tickets. the common area is small and crowded and quite noisy with people mostly imbibing and having a good time from the enclosed restaurant. The pool, while tiny, is nice with good amount of lounge chairs. Rooms are on the smaller side but is typical of the area hotels. My room had the wash basin on the outside of the bathroom, which, by the way, has louvered (air flows through) sliding doors.

The location is closed to the beach, very convenience. My booking was a Pool View King room with Juliette Balcony, but the room is too tiny for a king size bed. Not recommended for this type of room. Two nights (Friday & Saturday) for almost $1100, not worth at all.

Heated pool is nice but closes early (5 pm) to turn into a patio for the restaurant. Gym is very small(2 pelotons, a weight bench, free weights, and a currentlt broken weight machine. Staff was helpful to hold our bags and flexible with the type of wine we had as our welcome gift and with late checkout. Resort fee was a little bit of a bummer but I enjoyed the stay and would choose this hotel again. Appreciated also the sunscreen and after sun products on the pool patio.

We were upgraded from a basic room to a room in the neighboring building. We only stayed for one night but were in the building with the café. It opens at 7 AM, so there was some noise we could hear as they were getting set up and turning on the music. The room itself was spacious and the amenities were good. The gym was right across the hall and pretty small but fine if only a couple of people were there. I would imagine most people in Miami tend to run outside, but it still seemed a little weird that this gym had no treadmills. Front desk service was extremely friendly and welcoming and they held our bags because we were coming back for a second day a few days later.

Hotel is absolutely gorgeous, was not expecting a room that we received. It wasn’t really a hotel room. It was more of a condo. We were there for a few days when Miami was at 39° hotel had no heat, which is something you don’t think of when you’re in Miami….. no worries they got us taken care of with plenty of extra blankets. They really look out for their customers. Highest star review I could possibly give for this place.

No hot water. This was a work trip and had to take cold showers the first 2 mornings I was here. They waved the resort fee but I honestly don’t think that makes up for me paying $400 a night, I expect better at that price. People got stuck in the elevator so my boss couldn’t access her room for about an hour. Staff was nice. Room was clean. Food was good at restaurant. Unfortunately my company will not be staying here again.

This is definitely not a 4 star hotel and should not be advertised as one. Room has wear and tear, funny moldy/ musty smells, pool is not heated, which was really a bummer considering it was 40-60 degrees our whole 5 day stay. No room service, front desk was not quick to help with things we needed to make the stay more comfortable. I would not stay here again and do not think it's worth the price.

Ask several times for a rope to be delivered to the room that should’ve already been in the suite and was never delivered the night of went to the counter at 8 AM in the morning, asking for robes and it was still never delivered even by the time I checked that at 1 PM, the fridge did not work in the room and the food that I put in there completely spoiled over $100 in meats spoiled I told the staff the night before that there might be an issue with the fridge they said no it’s just dark and not as cold, but it turns out that it wasn’t even on at all never staying here again. I’ve seen motels with better quality.

The halls and room were scary to me. The room looked like slave quarters. When I got to the hotel I was starving so I ordered ribs. The ribs smelled awful and I asked for my money back. I never attempted to eat the ribs after opening the container that they were in because of the stench.

Fantastic mattress and even better pillow. First hotel pillow that is not completely soft that goes flat and doesn’t let you rest. Beautiful decoration throughout. The happy hour drink of the day and 2 beach chairs & 2 towels by Boucher Brothers are nice touches. The Colombian housekeepers are delightful. The walk to the beach is 2 blocks and 5 mins. tops and the hotel is quiet that you actually rest. All the front desk girls are very sweet and helpful as the guys at the entrance. Would stay here a thousand times.

We stayed summer of 2024 and November of this year 2025. Both times the rooms were very clean. This time though our room was absolutely infested with mosquitoes. Went twice to the front desk to let them known the second time I was given a can of mosquito repellant and was told it was not an issue. My son was absolutely eaten alive from mosquitos. I noticed they were particularly bad in the bathroom, and think they were coming in through the drains. For a $400 a night hotel I think this is un acceptable. It is a beautiful hotel , no doubt. But you should not have to spray yourself yourself with DEET while staying in the room. Period. Also when not being eaten alive by mosquitoes, there are few places to relax on the property. Last visit , the pool area closed at 7 , it now closes at 5pm ! This is to provide more space for the sushi restaurant downstairs to have more tables. The lobby is packed with restaurant guests and Uber eats delivery drivers and there is no where really go besides your room .. I truly felt like it’s a restaurant first $ and a hotel second. And on a side note 2 “complementary “ coffee pods for a 4 night , $1600 stay is absurd. Do better. Probably won’t be staying again.

Pool was closed on the evening of arrival for private event, no microwave, refrigerator is a joke. Beach chairs without an umbrella are useless. Have to call for ice, sometimes more than once to get it. Very clean, staff is friendly and helpful, good location.

Our creative retreat at the Plymouth was wonderful. The ambiance was cozy and stylish, and the staff made sure everything felt effortless. Would definitely return for another getaway.

Beautiful boutique property with excellent attention to detail. The decor, service, and overall vibe were elegant yet relaxed. A perfect spot for a quiet escape.

Fantastic area! The staff is really nice. Shanna was very welcoming and helped make sure we were accommodated during our stay and after we got off our cruise. We stayed last year and chose to stay again because of how nice the room was, but the staff made the experience even better this time! I can say confidentially, this is where we’d stay for future trips!
- 5/5

- 4/5
The hotel overall was lovely as were all of the staff. Great location on South Beach! However rooms were very small which we expected but one thing that was very disappointing which was the main reason we booked this hotel was the pool area was closed due to refurbs and we were not made aware of this when booking nor was it reflected in the price.
- 3/5
Pool was under construction. Offered one down the street that was just ok and chairs needed restretching. Room itself was nice.
- 4/5
The hotel was nice and convenient to the beach. Would have appreciated knowing ahead of time that the pool was closed and had been for weeks. We had to go to a different hotel to use the pool instead of walking downstairs. Also, only chairs for beach service is a bit annoying. $22 for an umbrella should be included with a $40 per night resort fee.
- 3/5
Not many handicap accommodations like a ramp up front or more handicap shower chairs. Although we called to request a shower chair upon arrival it was not available as they only have two chairs and were in use! Location is Amazing! Overall nice hotel but I would book somewhere else if you need more space. Also the pool was not working and we weren’t notified.

I like the aesthetics. What I didn’t like was the hidden fees (not including the security deposit). Bathrooms were pretty cold and the showers water seemed to never get hot enough. Staff was amazing and very accommodating and heart warming.
- 5/5
The Plymouth continues to be a fantastic place to stay. Rooms are great, clean and the staff is super friendly and professional.

Loved it
- 5/5
Staff was extremely helpful and the sushi was top notch
- 5/5
This was my second time staying at The Plymouth and it won’t be my last. The hotel has such a cool, retro Miami feel. Perfect for couples or solo travelers looking for something more intimate than a big resort.
- 5/5
Such a beautiful, quiet hotel with a gorgeous pool and courtyard. It’s the perfect escape from the busy streets of South Beach. The room was spotless and chic. Highly recommend
- 5/5
The service was top notch from check-in to check-out. The staff made us feel so welcome. We also had dinner at Blue Ribbon Sushi in the hotel — absolutely incredible. If you're looking for a relaxing stay in South Beach with style and great service, this is the place.
- 5/5
The Plymouth is a gem in South Beach. Just a short walk from everything but tucked away enough to be peaceful. The rooms are beautifully decorated, the beds super comfy, and the whole property has such a boutique, luxury feel. Great value for what you get. Highly recommend!
- 5/5
I absolutely loved my stay at The Plymouth! The Art Deco vibe mixed with modern touches makes this place so unique. The pool area is stunning and never too crowded, and the beach access with complimentary chairs was such a nice bonus. Staff were friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. I’ll definitely be back!
- 4/5
The Plymouth Hotel Miami was a very nice stay. I truly enjoyed the service and accommodations—front desk staff went above and beyond to make everything easy. Although the pool was under construction, they provided an alternative option, which was thoughtful. I loved that beach chairs and towels were included, making the beach experience seamless. The location is excellent as well—I was able to Uber or walk to most places with ease. I would definitely book here again, even just for the exceptional service
- 5/5
We really enjoyed our stay! And the many perks they offered- happy hour, and the ginger shots at reception…. This place is a real Gem! Highly recommended. Thank you
- 5/5
I really enjoyed my stay at the Plymouth - I’ll for sure be returning! The hotel was SO cute and it’s definitely as colorful and fun as the pictures. The staff is very welcoming and accommodating which of course added to the great stay. Loved the pool and the outdoor seating area - the coffee shop being right next door was perfect, too. I have did have critique one thing, it would be the access to the beach / towel hut being confusing, I would recommend labeling the area to be a bit more clear for guests. Overall, I can’t wait to return!
- 4/5
The Plymouth was recommended to us and did it disappoint. Art deco hotel with a lot of origional character. Nice courtyard pool with pool bar , japanise resturant. Just a few blocks away fro the beach. Complimentary beach sunbeds. Walking distance to ocean drive where all the night life is. Room was cosy well equipped , mini bar however water was chargeable and only two coffee capitals included per visit. Rooms are nice but most don’t have balconies. Not a problem for a short stay. We would stay theee again if we were visiting as price was good value compared to others on southbeach and have character.
- 1/5
Very inconvenient parking is not on property have to walk to a public garage, no accommodation in the hotel. Staff is very rude and also racist. I had a horrible experience at this hotel for a overnight stay. Unapproved additional chathes was charged to my card upon depature with no vaild reason. I will not recommend or rebook with this hotel

The pool area was super chill during the day. Quick walk to a great part of the beach.
- 4/5
Great location from convention center
- 4/5
There were some discrepancies in the Expedia description of the hotel… like the pool is not open 24 hr. But the staff, especially Igiann and Mary were super great!
- 5/5
Great place to stay! The location is excellent and the pool bar staff was amazing!
- 5/5
The Plymouth exceeded all expectations. The room was modern and cozy, the service was top-notch, and the sushi restaurant inside the hotel was one of the best meals we had in Miami.
- 5/5
Good value in terms of ambiance, location, and overall cleanliness. We felt like we were getting more than what we paid for, especially with the design, pool, and service
- 5/5
Service is outstanding. From check‑in to check‑out, everyone was friendly, attentive and eager to help. Special shout‑out to front desk staff who made us feel very welcomed.
- 5/5
we received an upgraded room on arrival because I booked through expedia and a bottle of wine, the hotel is lovely and has a lovely personal feel, great staff and I would definitely book again.

- 5/5
I love the pool and the friendliness of the staff. Will definitely come again!
- 5/5
Room was in perfect conditions.
- 5/5
The room was lovely and very comfortable, as was the hotel. Friendly staff, great food and drinks, nice pool. Well located to South Beach attractions. We really enjoyed our stay!
- 5/5
Gazebo seating by the pull live music were exceptional
- 4/5
The room is little noisy, but it is value for money. Toilet was not clean unless you requested for it. Location is great, close to the beach and walking distance to shopping mall.
- 5/5
This property was outstation and the team was professional and courteous. I'll definitely be back!
- 2/5
The front desk and bellboy lost our bags for two hours as we were trying to get to our room after after a redeye flight. They did accommodate us for the trouble, but it was frustrating that that was something we had to deal with. The rooms were small and not at all what we expected from the photos. They also charge us an additional $102 that was not expected through the Expedia website, I guess it’s not really their fault if it’s not posted on the Expedia website, but I’m not sure how that wasn’t already added into the overall price. The pool was nice, but some of the pool chairs and surrounding area of the pool were dirty. It is close to the downtown area where all of the restaurants and bars are so that was a plus though.
- 5/5
I travel a lot for work and The Plymouth has become my go-to hotel in Miami. It’s peaceful, elegant, and always clean. The staff goes out of their way to make everything smooth.
- 5/5
Perfect escape from the busy South Beach scene. The Plymouth offers a more relaxed, boutique experience but still close to all the action. Room was super clean and the bed was heavenly!
- 5/5
What a fantastic boutique hotel! We came for a weekend getaway and ended up extending our stay. The vibe is classy but not pretentious, and the service is excellent. Highly recommend The Plymouth.
- 5/5
Loved everything about The Plymouth. The room was cozy, clean, and stylish, and the complimentary chairs and umbrella at the beach were such a nice bonus. 10/10 experience!
- 5/5
Our stay at The Plymouth was incredible! The hotel has a charming Art Deco style and a super relaxing vibe. The staff were attentive and made us feel right at home. The pool area is a hidden oasis — absolutely loved it!
- 5/5
Small details like sunscreen and after sun by the pool, a pool attendant who pops by with fresh orange slices and samples of drinks. The pool is delightful! Well designed with lots of space to sit IN the pool and lots of space to swim across. Both family friendly and couple friendly. Cute pool towels. There’s also beach access a few blocks away. It was too hot for us to stay at the beach but it looked lovely! Towels at the beach and chairs. The cutest and yummiest breakfast ever (buy the breakfast package!!) at a restaurant two blocks away (Orange Blossom). And the staff! We had such great encounters. From someone nearly always being around to open the door to you, to the front desk gals who are kind and attentive! If we ever come back to Miami Beach, this is the hotel we will come to again! If you want a pristine hotel that is new, this won’t serve you. This is an old hotel that’s been restored beautifully! Full of character and charm.
- 5/5
From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth. The room was quiet, even though we were in the heart of South Beach. Great Wi-Fi and comfy bed. I travel a lot for work, and this place was one of my favorites
- 5/5
Traveling solo and felt totally safe and welcomed here. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The beach is right nearby and I loved being able to relax in such a beautiful space. I’ll definitely return next trip!
- 5/5
Loved the boutique feel of The Plymouth. The rooms are stylish and comfortable, and the beds were so cozy. The pool area felt like a little oasis in the middle of South Beach. We’ll definitely be coming back!
- 5/5
We truly loved our stay here. Since we had limited vacation time this year, we checked many reviews for other hotels as well. That’s why I’m writing in detail for those who don’t want to waste time or money. Staff were kind and welcoming from check in to check out, always problem solvers. The hotel is designed with a lovely art deco style, which makes the atmosphere even charming. Pool area is beautifully designed for relaxing, but a little small for swimming. Rooms and all areas were very clean, and housekeeping kept our room fresh daily. They always provided what we asked or needed. Truly 15 out of 10. Walter made our pool time special, he was so kind and genuine. If you choose breakfast, menu is limited but tasty and filling, though the place is 3 min walk away. Beach (21st street) is 10 min walk, with towels and chairs free, umbrellas extra. Depends on chance, but hotel guests were multinational and nice people. During our stay no one disturbed our relaxing time. Rooms are soundproof, you don’t hear noise and can rest well. Small cons: mini fridge was tiny, you may wait a few min for breakfast, gym is small, but not a big deal. That’s why we even extended our stay here 3 more nights instead of going somewhere else. Overall, I recommend this hotel to anyone who doesn’t want to waste time and money, and wants a chill, guaranteed vacation.
- 4/5
Overall enjoyable experience. Just need some updates. Also, rooms are rather small.
- 5/5
I travel often for work and this is by far one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Clean, quiet, and super comfortable.
- 5/5
Absolutely amazing stay! Everything from the room to the staff was perfect. Will definitely return.
- 5/5
Perfect location—close to everything we wanted to see and do.The pool area was gorgeous and well maintained.
- 5/5
Staff is friendly and accommodating to their guests.
- 3/5
The property is nice! but there is not enough seating/longe chairs outside for everyone to enjoy the pool. My personal hairdryer and sunglasses went missing from my room, when I brought up my concern with the front staff they dismissed it. It’s walking distance to a lot of places. A lot of surrounding buildings are being built/renovating. Beach is is really close too!
- 5/5

This was a fabulous hotel, we were immediately welcomed by fantastic front counter service who couldn’t do enough for us having travelled from NYC. The appearance of the hotel is a boutique style in lovely art deco building. Conveniently located for Espanola and Ocean Drive. Rooms were excellent and well stocked. The pool are is really nice but Walter the barman really made it with excellent service, which was efficient and incredibly personal. He is a credit to the hotel and made the whole of the pool clientele able to enjoy their stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thanks

I absolutely love the Plymouth. I always have such a pleasant experience and the manager Shanna was an absolute delight and made our experience amazing. The staff is always kind, great location only 5 minute walk to the beach. Just overall a great hotel.
- 5/5
We had a wonderful time at the Plymouth. Alicia and Shanna at the front desk were wonderful. Will definitely be back!
- 5/5
Everything was soo good, i really recommend this place!
- 5/5
It was an absolutely perfect experience. The beds were out of this world comfortable and the room decor was minimalist and on point.
- 5/5
Nice stay for the cost. Clean and centrally located.
- 4/5
Beautiful pool and room was lovely. They were having construction and we weren’t aware, so the 7am construction noise wasn’t welcome on vacation.
- 5/5
I liked the configuration of sitting surround at the pool with close distance with the restaurant patio
- 5/5
I enjoyed it
- 3/5
I really don't like to do less than great reviews, but I feel like I have too. The property is nice and well kept. We stayed 3 nights and we were never able to have our room made up. Housekeeping did not show up until after 4:30. Thats the time you are back in the room after being out all day thats time for showering and getting ready to go out for dinner. A fairly minor detail but the truly top tier hotels pay attention too. Do not valet, we had an early flight and they will not get you car before 8 Am. I had to park in a public garage and go get the car myself. They still charged me for the day. Its a good hotel and the stay was nice enough but they lack attention to details. The difference between a good hotels and great one. It was rated on this site as exceptional, it was above average in reality.
- 4/5
Nice place stay in an excellent location. Walking distance from the activities of south beach. Great value for the price!
- 4/5
Very nice hotel. Pool is lovely! Pleasant staff. Walter was a great bartender! Happy hour at blue ribbon was nice. I actually like this hotel I would definitely stay again.
- 5/5
Loved the luxurious feel of this place. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The hotel is family-friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Every staff member I interacted with was warm and professional. The sushi bar on the property is definitely worth trying — fresh and delicious. I would definitely recommend.
- 5/5
What a beautiful boutique hotel! The pool area, although small, was luxurious. We especially appreciated being able to check in and out early, a perk of our VIP status. Good location, the beach and Lincoln Mall both within walking distance. Would stay here again.
- 5/5
Beautiful property . Location is perfect, so close too many restaurants and the beach.
- 5/5
The Plymouth was the perfect escape! From the beautiful pool area to the stylish, comfortable rooms, everything was spot on. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the hotel’s location made it easy to walk everywhere. Quiet, clean, and full of character—we loved it!
- 5/5
This hotel has everything you could want for a relaxing Miami Beach stay. The building is stunning, the rooms are cozy and elegant, and the atmosphere is calm and welcoming. We especially appreciated the beach service—it made our days by the ocean even better. A perfect hotel experience.
- 5/5
Loved every minute of our stay at The Plymouth! The pool is absolutely gorgeous, and the overall ambiance is so classy and peaceful. The location is perfect—close to the beach but away from the noisy crowds. The service was excellent from start to finish. We'll definitely be back!
- 5/5
What a gem in the heart of South Beach! The Plymouth has a boutique vibe with fantastic service. The beach is just a short walk away, and we loved the complimentary chairs. Our room was super comfortable and beautifully decorated. Highly recommend for a chic, laid-back getaway.

I really liked a location of the hotel. It was super easy to get to the beach and other beautiful places. Also, it was really quiet and clean in the hotel. As for service, it took some time to check in, it wasn’t quick enough. However the rest was fine. I recommend

The Plymouth has the charm of old Miami with modern comfort. Everything felt personalized and intimate. Highly recommend it if you want something more unique than a big chain hotel.

Igiann at the front desk is a treasure! She is incredible, kind, hard working, and does it all with warmth and a smile. She went above and beyond to make my sure my stay was comfortable and pleasant. She was in constant communication with me when there was a small issue. She is exceptional, 5 stars, and I will stay again because of her service, alone. Walter at the pool bar is another stand-out at the Plymouth hotel. Friendly, kind, accommodating, elevated service, and phenomenal personality. He's fast, efficient and is always smiling. He was wonderful. I can't remember the name of the bellhop from Argentina but he is also incredible! He does the work of 5 men! He's always friendly, smiling and helpful. Thank you to the staff at the Plymouth. I will be back. It felt like my home away from home. Warmest regards!

What a nice hotel! Even gave us complimentary drinks upon arrival, as well as front desk and helper were fantastic. So easy to walk to downtown and the beach service was much appreciated. We had a great time!
