Stayed in room 118 and had bed bug bites in my leg when I woke in the morning. Had a terrace room and our view as of behind the restaurant bar so garbage and broken chairs from the bar. Incredibly unsatisfied for the money. Also no towels at the hotel pool.

Good mid tier room for Miami Beach

Good stay, with comfy room and bed. The restaurant offers nice food for breakfast and dinner. The rooftop pool has nice loungers and is clean. You can rent bikes outside the hotel. The hotel offers tea/coffee in the room but no milk - when we asked for milk it was $7 which felt steep.

The hotel is a bit dated. The staff is nice but communication between them breaks down often. The valet parking is a nice feature bjt there is no where to park to register your car with the hotel to use it. Once you get past that huddle, it wasnt bad.

It was ok. The facility is dated and the parking is goody. They have valet but you have to set it up at the front desk And there is no where to park while you are doing that. Most days there is only one person at the counter and messages dont get shared or followed up on.

Wish there was a gym closer by. Otherwise great.

Don’t come before 3:00pm or else they will keep you waiting outside even if the room is ready, if you want to check in earlier than 3:00pm they will ask you to pay $40. Communication from the staff is very very bad.

I booked a reservation for my sister Fatima Azzahrae for those specific day’s 15 to 17 March. The guy working at the front desk, said at my sister there is no room available for here. Now i see the transaction in my credit card cost me 589.69$. In need an immediate refund on my credit card cause the hotel refuse to offer at my sister available room.

The staff was really accommodating and helpful when it came to receiving extra towels or answering questions about beach access. This hotel is a perfect spot for a quieter South Beach experience, which I personally loved. You do get free access to the beach and they offer beach towels and chairs for free. You do have to pay $28 for an umbrella. The pool upstairs was so peaceful and perfect for tanning while doing some reading. The restaurant that is on site is definitely not good but South Beach offers so many other great restaurants!

We booked a room, received confirmation, and when we arrived there were no rooms available. Now they're saying we never showed up and can't be refunded. We have proof from Uber and Lyft that we were there, but Expedia doesn't care about that; they just lied to us and refuse to give us a refund. We had to sleep on the floor at the airport. What a scam!

Amazing property

Staff are friendly and exceptionally helpful. Parking is of a premium in South Beach, the hotel offers valet parking with is helpful but can take 15 to 20 minutes to get the car when you need it, so planning is required.

First Indiana at reception was so pleasant. The pool was amazing. The rooms were great. The shower was spectacular and the bed hugged me to sleep. The customer service was great from other employees as wel!!

The hotel is located pretty close to major shopping and restaurants . The hotel was good . The front entrance tiles are worn , not making a good first impression , but other than that I would recommend . Breakfast included is a very limited menu which you can’t alter any of the items . You could order from the regular menu but would have to pay for that .

Pauolo and Indiana epitomized a standard of service reminiscent of the erstwhile Ritz Carlton’s five-star excellence. Having recently resided at the Ritz on Saturday, I can attest to the exceptional service there; however, the service rendered by these two associates transcended mere familiarity with my name. They elevated the experience by assisting with my luggage, procuring ice, and facilitating a seamless checkout process. Not only did they greet me with unwavering enthusiasm and a smile on each occasion, but they also offered assistance in any capacity required. While I hold the Ritz in high regard, I must concede that this hotel, also under the Marriott umbrella, possesses an additional layer of meticulousness and fervor akin to the Disney experience.

Property was in a great location, easy walk to beach. Rooms were pretty small, but stagg was great. Watch the restaurant on property with there 20% gratuity already added.

I worked a large portion of day in my room and unfortunately they sanded the walls almost the entire day which was distracting. Necessary maintenance it just made for a bad experience as a guest. In addition, the front desk was nice but not well informed on the surrounding areas to be helpful with local questions.

Was just “ok” noisy on the front, pool was nice but very cold and confusion around access to it on the roof top.

The location is great, a short walk to ocean drive, the beach and lots of shops within walking distance if shopping is your thing. Perfect for me as a solo traveler but there are plenty of families and couples staying here, would definitely recommend and will definitely stay again. Thanks team for a great stay.

We caught a red eye into Miami and showed up at the hotel at 6am with hopes that our room was ready (we were prepared to pay the fees associated with an early check-in). But the person at the front desk was gracious enough to not only get us into our room but also waived the fee for us. We are utterly grateful b/c neither my wife or I had slept for about 24 hours.

One wall of the shower/bath was made of opaque glass. At night, if you turned on the bathroom light, the whole bedroom lit up. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Just a heads up, there isn’t a gym on site at this facility as at when I was there. It’s at a another nearby Iberostar hotel (4 mins away) and staff can assist with transit.

when we checked in we were surprised that they collected another 50.00 for Resort fee, so it ended up costing almost 200.00, we thought Expedia published the final price. Very disappointed in that regard.

Although I booked the Premium King room somehow the bed seemed smaller than a king sized bed. Either way the bed was still comfortable. We couldn’t get the TV to work but we didn’t care much because the purpose of our stay was to disconnect from everything. The rooftop pool felt amazing and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I would stay here again.

This is a really cute property if you don’t want to be directly on the south beach strip. The neighborhood itself is quiet but the level of noise of people closing their doors and talking is quite annoying especially when you’ve been out all night. For some reason I also had an accessible room which I did not request but maybe the hotel was just overbooked. The pool was really nice and relaxing. They just need to get more umbrellas. I flew in from New York so I walked everywhere and it was really convenient. Try Las Lap, they’re right down the street and opened a Miami location! It’s amazing!

I stayed at this hotel and I couldn’t believe how clean the place looked and how amazing the staff was. Especially Indiana she was such a charm and very helpful! She provided more than what she should have and made sure everything’s was always good. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay here!

Beautiful property with great people working there that are extra-friendly. There was a bit of a problem during check-in and afterwards. Was over charged an extra night and still waiting on a refund. The phones weren't working either, so if you wanted to have your car pulled out of valet, you had to walk downstairs, ask for it to be retrieved, and then wait another 15 minutes. The phones in working condition would have saved you the trip. Overall, i would stay again if presented the opportunity.

And proceeds to tell me like she doesnt get why i dont like it as its been served all morning and other guest liked it. Which is cool for them but not me. I felt the back and forth was unnecessary when i simply just wanted it gone.

Rooms. If You have 2 consecutive reservations, mind that the tone used by staff will shift towards borderline aggressiveness if They did not know About it. Which i consider their job to do upon checkin. I was summoned back to the hotel in the Middle of the day to account for my second reservation they had missed (same booking agency hotels.com) whereas they had my credit card on file for both reservs. Not far from rude business practice. Caveat emptor

Since the moment you walked to the hotel, all you hear is people complaining with the manager. The front desk people are very nice. Therefore, you have to pay hotel resource after that you don’t even get an umbrella you have to pay for the umbrella you get only two chairs per. this is not the best place to stay if you wanna avoid complaints go to a different hotel.

Was here all week for a conference. Was clear some staff members could not manage the intensity of multiple guests arriving at once, so many check-in mistakes were made. However, room key issues I raised with the manager were quickly fully resolved after several failed attempts by front desk staff. Ideally located 5min walk from the miami conference centre and all teh fun of Collins Ave.

Shower head kept dripping all night so that was bothersome. One light for the whole room which is near the door and then two little lamps with terrible lighting. I would not stay here again. Close to the beach but there’s closer for better for sure.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was comfortable and the staff was very accommodating. The pool area was beautiful with excellent views of the city. The property does not have a fitness facility which was the only disappointment. Overall excellent.

Check in took forever. She was alone and the machine to activate the keys was broken. She kept taking people on front of me dealing with valet parking. They made me fill out a second set of paperwork even though all my info had been entered from Expedia and I had prepaid. I waited after a full day of flying and my husband standing in the lobby waiting with luggage for over 30 minutes for what should’ve tape 5-10 tops! The one girl at the desk was nice but slow. We checked in at 10:30pm and were leaving for a cruise at 9am the next day and they still have the gall to charge a $45 “resort fee” when all we did was go to sleep. The room was supposed to be an upgraded “terrace view king” and when we opened the door we smelled a musty room with a king bed that took up the entire room. It was so small in there and my terrace view was actually a ground floor view onto the very noisy and public courtyard where people were passing by all night and hanging out and being noisy. I felt unsafe the entire night. Overall room felt thrown together and lacked any comfort. If it had been earlier in the day I most definitely would’ve left and found a better place to stay.

The hotel was nice and clean, a good walk from their beach section and restaurants near by. Breakfast options at the hotel were very limited so I wouldn't include breakfast in your stay.

Overall it was a great stay, but Some things that could be better is they do not answer the phone! I had called over 10+ times and I never got a hold of a receptionist. This is problematic for people traveling from out of state. For a 4 star hotel I expected at least a 24/7 hospitality service especially paying $300/night for incidental fees. The room was quaint but very clean. We could do without the high quality mini bar. It’s really not needed since you’re in Miami and there is so much to explore. Unfortunately, there is no gym you would have to use the sister community, but overall It was very nice and did exceed my expectations. This is perfect for a mini getaway.

It’s good enough. The staff is very friendly. My room was small with a very small window but luckily I don’t spend much time in my room. It’s not worth paying extra for breakfast, as you have slimmed down options than if you just went to the restaurant and paid every morning. It would be about the same. You have to ask for a voucher, which I didn’t do the first day so i paid for breakfast and it was fancier than the other days. Beach amenities are nice. Pool is small but fine.

The rooms were fair. My only problem was with the valet. They took a long time to get car. We had requested car to be ready at 5:35 am the night before as we had an event to attend early. However when we arrived in lobby car not there and told it would take another 10 min. We didn’t get car until 5:50 which was very stressful and in fact made us late to event.

My stay at Iberostar Waves Miami Beach was great. I was greeted with warm hospitality and outstanding service. The hotel itself is stunning—modern, clean, and beautifully designed, with a prime location right near the beach.

Lovely stay in a beautiful venue. Was able to get an early checkin albeit with a fee. Something to be mindful of is there is no street parking so its with valet, another fee, or parking urself at an exorbitant cost. Resraurant was abit disappointing with a very pasta heavy menu and no steak option. Beers were only limited to three and it took a while to be seated and have my order taken. I then had to find the waitress to pay the bill

This room could not have been smaller if they tried. So small only one side table by the bed. Also a glass wall from the bathroom afforded little privacy when showering and flooded the room with light when getting up at night. The location was wonderful and daily cleaning very good. Nice, but horrible restaurant inside

Booked with Expedia VIP access. Upon arriving at property, was charged the full amount for the room, as the staff said Expedia never paid them? Was perplexed and bewildered by this, and was summarily given a room that was already occupied. After notifying the front desk staff of this major mistake, was given another room and promised an upgrade and higher floor room. Never received said room upgrade. Also, never received the promised VIP benefit until I asked for it on the last day. TV did not work in my room for two days. The hotel facility itself is beautiful and well-appointed, but the overall experience left a bitter taste, and neither the hotel nor Expedia did anything to adequately rectify all the mishaps.

The process to do the check in took us over 1 hour, they have a lack in their payment system and even that we paid more than the 50% they gave us our room until they finally manage how to handle their system. We completely understand this situations happens but one of their person at the front desk, Cesar Castro was really rude, talking us super high and with a bad behavior.

The location was great but the amenities were limited onsite. Stated pool bar but there was not one onsite. Very friendly staff!

The property is in a great location and the staff was nice. The room was clean. However, the pillows were large and lumpy and there were no other options. Additionally, the pool was ok but there was no food or drink allowed so it wasn't the relaxing place I thought I could hang for a day. Also, the room was very loud. We could hear everything the person in the next room said and everything that happened in the hall.

The service at this hotel is truly what makes me rate it 5 stars. Every single person on staff is so helpful. The pool area is beautiful and clean. Rooms are simple but have all the amenities you need — dry cleaning, daily house keeping, fully stocked mini bar, restaurant, etc. Valet always brought our car quickly. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would come back!

Berkeley Park MGallery Hotel is a great place to stay while you are in South Beach Miami. Everything from the facilities, the restaurant/bar inside, the pool, and people working were great and accommodating. This place is very walkable to all the popular spots in South Beach and there is plenty of things to do. The room came with everything and we felt like very welcomed guests. The area is pretty good and quiet, so I felt pretty safe for the duration of my vacation in Miami. Would definitely come to Miami and Berkeley Park hotel.

The typical valet wait time seemed to be 10-12mins consistently.. until Saturday night, when we were left waiting 46 MINUTES; Which ended up ruining our plans of going out to eat because those restaurants closed before we could get to them 😾
