The location of the Riad is really nice, few minutes walk from main attractions. The riad itself is well hidden and quiet, very peaceful for the location. The staff is friendly and helpful, even though we arrived quite late they were waiting for us with some welcome drinks and snacks. The room was spacious and very clean, the decoration is very authentic. The rooftop is lovely, really enjoyed chilling there after the long walks. The breakfast is nice and substantial, little variety every morning. It's a bit tricky to find the door, but as I learnt this is typical for most riads. The taxi won't be able to take you to door (wasn't a problem for us though).

Grate location mum loved it

We stayed at this property for 2 nights and everything was great. Khalid was a phenomenal host and took great care of us. Breakfast was very good and abundant. The location is great as its close to the main road which makes it easy to find so you wont get lost.

The Riad was absolutely amazing and the staff were even more so. Everything was spotless, breakfast was wonderful and the location was great. Fatima, Selma and Khadijah were some of the kindest, most friendly and welcoming staff I have ever met. We won’t forget them! There were a few things like a part of the shower broken and some loose tiles in the bathroom that needed attention, but did not detract from our stay at all. The bed was perhaps the firmest I have ever slept on…so that might be a positive or a negative depending on personal preference.

Great location, very kind hosts and owners, nice, comfortable, clean and very safe… highly recommended

Breakfast and location top! The breakfast was really good and the staff was very kind. We had to leave early two times and they prepared us a breakfast to go. The day we had the opportunity to have the breakfast on site it was very tasty. The location is not dangerous and, even if it is central, it is not in the crowded part of the city (so it is less noisy). You will still see many tourists and locals around. There is no sign outside. At the beginning was hard to find the place and you may think you are in the wrong place. We stayed in two different rooms (because we did two different bookings). The first one was not very nice because of the bathroom but the second one repaid us in everything.

The staff were great, a man and a lady tag team, covering the whole 24 hours of a day, along with some cleaners. Very helpful. The room was clean and spacious. Bed was massive, comfy for me, a tad hard for the missus, but great, can't please everyone. Free wifi was great everywhere. Large wardrobes, although I've never understood why enough coathangers aren't provided to match the size. The facilities didn't match the description. The "swimming pool" was as you see in the pictures, not a pool, more a large bath, with zero room to swim, and was FREEZING COLD, considering it's indoor. There's no spa, this is off site. Airport shuttle driver stole money from our bag. No restaurant No tea/coffee maker in the room No wine glasses in room (they've since removed this from the facilities list) No bar or snack bar. Breakfast was repetitive and no choice, they just bring you the same as everyone each day. No alarm clock (not needed, but why say there is) No kitchen, so none of the other amenities that are under that description. The socket near the bed was needed for the lamps. The room was dark even with those on and the main light. Take a double adaptor or extension lead. Activities - These are all off site, as you would expect with tours etc, but no games room, no happy hour (as was no bar) Currency exchange WASN'T available at reception, we had to go into town and exchange. No indoor play area (we had no kids, but in case you do) Would have preferred key access to the property, as, whilst there was 1 person there always, felt like we couldn't stay out late, as wouldn't want to disturb them at like 2 or 3am. Just give guests an external door key. The rooms weren't soundproof, we could hear the AC unit on the wall outside always and any noise from outside the room in the courtyard could be heard. Fortunately, there weren't many guests when we were there. Basically, it's a standard bed and breakfast, but authentic Riad I guess. It's down an alleyway and, inside the walls of the medina effectively, and, walking throught there after dark can be intimidating, whilst I'm sure safe, but come out and go right, safer. Most of the above wasn't a deal breaker, but nicer to know before booking, For sure though, if you say there's tea/coffee in the room, make it happen.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The breakfast was exceptional, offering a great variety of delicious options. The staff, especially Fatmia, were incredibly helpful and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Their attentiveness and availability throughout my stay were truly appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and warm hospitality.

Beautiful stay in Marrakech at Riad New Moon. My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. We felt welcome and the location was perfect for exploring all the sites in Marrakech!

Beautiful, authentic Moroccan riad with a small pool and relaxing rooftop space. Situated in a quiet alley just off the souk. About 10 minutes walk to the square and the mosque. Bedroom was spacious and light with a lovely bathroom. Heating and AC in the room that you control. Healthy breakfast to start the day. Lovely staff, especially Fatimah who was always smiling and helpful. Ismail did the night shift and helped us when needed. Would recommend this stay. Would be a good idea to have access to a fruit bowl throughout the day. The building also needs its name on the front as we couldn’t find the right door initially.

Location was perfect for the Medina. No signage on door.

Staff were amazing, roof top terrace beautiful and so peaceful. We felt completely safe and relaxed here. The stairs between floors were a little difficult for my mother as there wasn't a handrail but I understand that probably isn't traditional nor in keeping.
-
The location, the staff especially fatima was so helpful. The room. There were no boards or any kind of sign to the property. We were knocking at the wrong door for 20 mins..
-
The room was spacious, clean, well decorated. I will be back! Maybe a sign with the name at the entrance so we can be sure to be in the correct door.

The property is in a great location close to the Medina. It’s nice and quiet and you get a good nights sleep. The staff are nice. The property needs to be cleaner and could do with a new paint job. you have to keep asking for toilet roll we had to buy some. On the second night, I took out the duvet that was folded up in the press, there was makeup on it from a previous guest, when I asked could it be changed. They told me it was changed the day before which it was not and this was not my make up because I do not wear make up. The breakfast is not sufficient you get a one egg plain omelette. One small pancake or piece of cake. I asked was it possible to have toast one morning as I wasn’t feeling good and I was told “No”. There is no yoghurt or cheese or meats its the same breakfast every morning. I feel this does not do the riad justice if they could open their game a little bit regarding cleanliness and the breakfast it would be such a wonderful place to stay

Fatima and Ismail are a delight. Great place and awesome breakfast!
-
Lovely riad, great location close to everything but nicely tucked away from all the hustle & bustle of the medina. Our room was spacious, well equipped & spotlessly clean. Hosts were incredibly friendly & helpful Maybe a little more variety for breakfast, especially for guests staying for a few days

A lovely Riad, when inside you wouldn’t have the faintest of ideas that the Souks are a stones throw away. Great staff a

Excellent Riad in the heart of Medina yet so tranquil as down a quiet lane. Safe comfortable accommodation with caring staff who treat you like friends, nothing is too much effort. Highly recommend. Breakfast a delight.
