Very small room with minimal facilities

The riad was in the perfect location for exploring Marrakesh! Breakfast was wonderful on the rooftop, and Abdo our host was helpful and attentive. It was great!

That we had to leave

The owner and staff was very nice and helpful. The location is just in the center of the city, all POI are in walking distance. The rooftop of the hotel is nice and quite.

Location is the best in this Riad. You are 100m from the main market area. but far away of the noise. Decoration and architecture was nice. Rooms were small. Shower did not have a curtain so the bathroom floor got all wet and it smelled bad. The place is nice but not exactly the same as in the pictures. It seems like it used to be all 100% white and not they could have painted it with a slightly darker white. Place is nice, but in the pictures it looks pristine white and it's not the case.

The property manager, Abdul made the stay much better, helping us with recommendations and facilitating transport, room service etc. The location is good, central, although you have to walk through a dark pathway which is quite creepy. The hospitality of the people is really the best thing about the property. The noise from the others staying in. The room is dark and small, and the shower pressure is low when others use it in the morning or evening. It is quite worn out although it was not cheap to book..

The owner of the hotel was lovely and very hospitable. The riad was very central. Room was large and clean and bathroom was huge. The breakfast on the roof was amazing, great selection and beautiful setting The alley way to the hotel is quite long and dark at night so do be aware.

Centrally located within the shopping area and easy to get to the Square. Those pictures must be from years ago! This place is rundown. The towels are thread bear and hard. The beds feel like you're sleeping on a hard cardboard box. Overall, this place definitely needs Rehab! We hated it so much that we left after the first night. We would've left sooner except we needed a place to go and we did not arrive until after dark, so it was too late to find a different accommodation. The rooms were dirty. The tile is stained. Even the old thread bear towels on the floor were stained. They did not supply towels in our room on our arrival. I got chewed out by the guy because I went into the office area and found towels on my own. He told me it is a private place and I should not go in there. I explained I could not find him and we needed towels for the room. Overall, one of the worst experiences we have ever had! I would definitely suggest avoiding this place. The owner needs to repaint and needs to buy new towels and bedding.

Delicious breakfast. Plenty to eat and good variation.
-
Location is in the heart of the old town and close to the secret gardens. The breakfast and food in general was really good. Bathrooms seemed a little old fashioned and uncomfortable.

It has everything a traveler looks for at an affordable price. Excellent location in the center of Medina, but an oasis of peace and quietness at the same time. Above all is the professional quality of the staff. On top of this, there is Abdo the man of many functions who makes you feel like king but also treats like a king. From the pickup at the door of the Medina to bidding you farewell, he will give detailed suggestions about everything you ask for, help make reservations, and give useful and practical tips.

the riad was beautiful and location was convenient to everything. Abdo and his staff were always available and extremely helpful. The hammam was also super nice.

Pick up and drop off at airport great. Abdo has all the info you need and is always available. Breakfast yum.
-
The breakfast was more than ample (and tasty), but even better were the two dinners I had. Fabulous! The airport pickup went flawlessly, thank goodness, since my phone wasn't yet set up for Morocco, and then Abdul went out of his way to help me get my Moroccan sim card working properly, and giving patient advice on any number of other queries I had.
