Good location in Medina and also easy to navigate back at night as it is well lit. The room was cozy and adequate for a short say. Breakfast was decent (you can ask for eggs and customise) and they provided hot water on request for tea in the evenings. The staff were also very kind and friendly. Room on ground floor was a bit on the smaller side and weak water pressure in shower

Communication felt difficult at times and the level of service felt inconsistent. The bathroom had a damaged tile behind the shower head that with lower water pressure would cause the shower head to randomly fall and the wifi was either slow or non-existent. I accidentally damaged a comforter but before I could explain, I was approached aggressively and told I needed to pay, with mention of sending photos to Booking.com. Even after I paid for the replacement and apologized, the attitude was still unnecessarily confrontational. When I asked to share feedback, the response felt inappropriate and I was approached in a way that felt cornering instead of allowing me to speak to them when I was available and ready.

The staff were excellent, helpful and accommodating. I can’t say enough about the manager and the staff. The location was very convenient for walking to many places. The room and the bathroom was a little bit smaller than expected

Excellent location for easy access to the medina and pick up for excursions. Kind & generous owner who took good care of us. Loved the rooftop garden. Wifi is weak as is the case in many locations in the medina.

Friendly staff and very welcoming. Helpful for any advices for shopping, transportation, etc. Wafa , Usama and Abdo all are nice people . They teaches me how to make Moroccan tea No thing

Clean. In good location. Close to everything in the Medina but in a quiet street. The property is basic but for the price you pay, it’s a very good value. The owner is so kind. She made us feel at home and even upgraded us to a bigger suite.
