In contradiction with the photos the hotel was a big mess starting from checkin to breakfast to the overal quality

Nothing This hotel was an absolute disaster from start to finish. The cleanliness standards were unacceptable — the beds were so dirty that I had to put my own t-shirt over the pillow just to sleep. The room was completely infested with flying mosquitoes, making it impossible to rest comfortably. When I complained, nobody cared enough to act quickly. After more than an hour, someone finally came and started spraying Baygon all over the bedroom, leaving behind an unbearable chemical smell instead of actually solving the problem. To make things worse, there wasn’t even basic complimentary water in the room. Guests are forced to buy water directly from the hotel at ridiculous prices, almost five times higher than outside shops. The bathroom smelled horrible the entire stay and clearly was not properly cleaned or maintained. This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Poor hygiene, terrible service, awful room conditions, and zero attention to guest comfort. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this hotel completely.

I liked the breakfast, and the staff were nice. - there was hair on my pillow, and my room bathroom needed updating, I felt like the shower was growing mold due to the lack of ventilation witht hre steam coming from the hot water. also there was a tax for each night we stayed there that was not advertised on the website.

Bed was good. Hotel is safe and near the Madina. Breakfest is good. Toilet and shower worked fine. Price is OK for what you get. Staff could usually answer questions about things in the city. Staff spoke reasonable English. Dinner was expensive. Staff did not spend much time being helpful. I mentioned the tour of the Sahara dunes that I booked at the hotel on the other review. Tour was VERY BAD as poorly run, and too fast, and my wife got a GI infestion from the buffet from the first night. No maps of the city.

Breakfest good and lots of good coffee. Safe OK Location OK Supermarket near. Staff was Ok but not great in being helpful. Easy to get to madina and train station. Hotel has a big lighted sign on roof so easy to find. TV not working and not fixed. Had a listed tour for 3 days and 2 nights to the sand dunes and it was cheap but very badly run. Driver not good. Wife got a GI infection for 8 days from the tour buffet. We refused to go on the last part with camels and tents as getting very late and not organized so stayed at a hotel at extra charge for room and food.. Tour was 11 houra of driving per day for two days. Van very full. Had some vans break down and tried to push more people into our van. Ran out of room at the good hotel and had to run arround to find some place for us to stay on first night of tour. Had pool in the Maracash hotel but not working. Room very noisey as parties on desk below till 2 AM. Food at hotel cafe high price with only one item and few other places to go to near by. NOTE all taxis in the city are in a Mafia and rig prices especially at the train station. Go out the front of station and bargin hard. Do not be nice.

The hotel is close to the airport, convenient and inexpensive to get to in the evening by taxi, there is parking, very friendly staff speaks English, the room is small but sufficient, clean, prepared for guests, the breakfast is small but sufficient, the internet works There was a bit of noise from horse-drawn carriages on the nearby street in the evening, but not all night. They don't offer meat for breakfast, there was chicken.

Close to main town , Medina, etc… Very old and dated hotel . The room was very old, needs major renovation.
-
The location was great for daily walking and shopping and all that. The hotel doesn’t change their furniture it’s really old.
-
Heating system , tv , lift.
-
The hotel needs renovation, a lot of noises outside due to traffic on streets, I think it’s all the same in that area.

Excellent position. A set basic breakfast, but good. Very friendly and helpful staff. No English speaking channels on television! The dining room opens after 8 in the evening - too late for us.
