The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing everything needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel’s location was convenient, and the facilities were excellent. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the high level of customer service throughout my visit. I made my reservation on May 13, received a confirmation, paid an advance, and even exchanged emails with the hotel confirming a Twin Room. However, when I arrived for check-in, we were surprised to be informed by the receptionist that our reservation did not appear in the system, despite presenting the confirmation number and all documents proving its validity. To remedy this error, we were given a small double room that did not match the one we had booked and paid for in advance. Furthermore, the way we were treated was unprofessional and lacking in courtesy, which made the experience disappointing from the very moment we arrived. To get a room closer to what I had originally booked, I was obliged to pay an additional 222 MAD for a superior room. Even then, the room was still set up as a double room rather than the confirmed twin room. In addition, I had to wait around 35minutes at reception before receiving the room. Even we arrived at 4:35 PM, our room was not yet ready despite the confirmed reservation.

It was clean The toilet wouldn't stop running so needed to call about that. Then the air-conditioning wasnt working or the fridge. Both were taken of in a timely manner, but by this time, my patience was gone.

My wife and I spent a whole week here and were treated so courteously and professionally by the staff. Any problems were taken care of immediately and our stay went smoothly.

Bed and pillows were a little hard but ok

Friendly staff. Slow communication regarding airport pickup but it worked out fine in the end.

Friendly staff, good choices for breakfast, nice roof-terrace with pool

The hotel was nice and modern. Also the staff was very nice and accommodating. There is a lovely restaurant downstairs and you can order room service to your room. While checking out someone had used my room number to buy a drink and they were going to charge me for it even when I didnt get it. They didnt have me pay thankfully as I told them I never got any drink. Also, leaving the hotel in the evening I would be harassed out side multiple times.

The rooms are clean, modern and comfortable, breakfast is tasty and offers a very good variety. There are some nice local restaurants across the street. You can walk to the main square in 15 minutes. The doors/windows to the balcony do not close well, and you hear the street outside quite loudly.

The food in the restaurant and at breakfast was good. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and the location was good. Safe was locked when we got into room 201 and not bolted down. It was unusable. The heat would come and go. Thermostat didn’t have any noticeable effect in warming up the room. So it stayed cool all the time. The toilet was not firmly installed on the floor and rocked back and forth. That was very annoying. Finally, the bed wasn’t very comfortable; mostly hard and lumpy. Despite these issues, we made it through our two-night stay. But, would not choose this accommodation again.

Good hotel in a nice and quiet area! Staff is friendly, room is clean and had everything you might need. Didn’t hear any sounds from the neighbors. I stayed here for the Marrakech Marathon and it is at walking distance from the start. I would go here again. Breakfast was good but didn’t offer many vegan options. But that’s basically the case everywhere in Morocco anyway.

Better than most riads. Good value. Breakfast buffet could be better re-filled. To many waiters staying around and not doing anything.
